We did end up getting drinks and the drinks were delicious. The kind and lovely cashier told us that their drinks are good and that she'll be happy to see us back. Well she was right! We got the strawberry lemonade and the horchata coffee and they were delicious! We can't wait to come back at an earlier time to try the other baked goods.

If I had to come up with a complaint, it would only be that things sell out fast but honestly, that just speaks to how good everything is. You learn pretty quickly that if you want your favorites, you have to get there early. I preferred it over the crumble raised donut which is a surprise to me because I'm usually for the raised more so than the cake. The highlight was the cinnamon sugar croissants. They were SO GOOD! Light, crispy, and soft in every bite. Tasted like churros. The ladies were so generous to throw in a few cinnamon sugar croissants in each box on the house. Thank you so much for the extra sweet treat! Ham jalapeno and cheese croissants were huge. Cheesy inside with not so hot jalapenos plus delicious ham slices. Croissant was super light and flaky. The lady who helped me out was very kind and she was nice enough to take the time to write "happy birthday dad" on the cake thank you so much! We finally had the cake again few days later at my dad's birthday dinner and it was DELICIOUS! I honestly want to come back here and try some of their other cakes. The cake itself was absolutely delicious. Pictures do not do it justice. The sponge cake is super moist and tastes amazing. The butter cream and toppings are all excellent as well. Got lucky with the Yelp pick once again. This will be a regular for my cake needs from now on, and will definitely save me some trips to Porto's (but not all of the trips.. Portos's is Porto's after all).

All i could smell on the whole drive home were the tamales. The tamales were awesome! Meat was tender and very delicious. The masa was moist and very flavorful.
