Dr. Jain saved me and fixed problems two other dentists created and could not fix. I live an hour away and drive to Schaumburg for my dental work every time, because it's worth it. My bad experience started when I went to Round Lake family dentistry (on Wislon) for a crown on the upper left side. The result was proof of lack of experience, which left me in pain after going back over and over. After a few times it became clear they were just not experienced enough to fix a problem they created. It was a young doctor, which is understandable, but it was a bad crown. So.. I went to a dentist in Libertyville (1105 W Park Ave - which is now a new dentist) to fix it. The second dentist made it so much worse.. She started working on my regular fillings because I had insurance benefits left over for that year while ignoring the pain area (saying that we would get there). Through the course of quite a few visits she ran my benefits out as she worked on fillings instead of the pain area and finally got stuck on a filling she couldn't finish on the right side (different side from the reason I came there). She ended up drilling into a big filling only to realize the tooth she was working on was a shell for one big filling and stopped half way when the pain was no longer bearable. It hurt so bad.. She realized she could not finish, filled it with a temporary filling and said I have to go somewhere else to take care of it.. lol Since it's a temporary filling I only had two weeks to get it done.. I now had two problem areas and no insurance benefits left for that year. It had become a nightmare. My wife suggested I go see Dr. Jain. At that point I did not want to see any more dentists, ever. But I was wondering what I was going to do, as I only had a few weeks to fix it. I believe, my wife may have even mentioned Dr. Jain to me before I found my own dentist, which was just closest to me, out of convenience, and started down this path. lol I didn't realize how important it was to have someone like Dr. Jain.. I'm not quite sure why I didn't listen.. I am still working on that.. When I came to Dr. Jain, I had a temporary filling in a half a tooth which needed to come out within two weeks, and still pain from the bad crown in the upper left. All of which was hurting, a lot. I was in disbelief that she managed to fix the filling without any pain. She saw how I grabbed the seat expecting pain and realized what I had gone through. At which point I realized how caring she was and that pain free was the priority. Without any pain, she removed the filling and fixed it. She then went back to the initial problem area and fixed the bad crown. Which unfortunately the second dentist didn't even try to fix as she was focused on running out my benefits.. Before I knew it, it was all fixed and there was no more pain. She fixed everything like a pro, I couldn't even believe it, it was over before it began. Fast and pain free. At that point I realized how important it is to not only listen to your wife but to have someone like Dr. Jain in your corner. The entire experience was unreal, and this review definitely does not do it justice. Had I seen her first, none of this would have ever happened. Since then all of the work she has done has been exemplary. You can see what she's going for when she begins and she nails it every time. She also fixed my wife's 6 front teeth (my wife had some decay) and my wife now has a million dollar smile. It could not look better! In the end, I could not believe how good Dr. Jain is and how important it is to have her around. I would not recommend seeing anyone else, period. The gamble for convenience was not worth it for me. It was a nightmare for me and an opportunity for Dr. Jain, which she aced. ACED.. Ps. I saw a negative review here and while I obviously do not know your situation, I can confidently say you are in the wrong. You either did something wrong or were unreasonable, I promise. I've been coming here for over ten years, I have seen her treat everyone the same way, with the utmost respect - so stop being a baby.. lol Thank you Dr. Jain. I have a love-hate relationship with dentists. I've spent a lot of my life in dental clinics and had some very bad experiences with unskilled dentists. Now, I spend a lot of time researching hard-working, honest dentists, and Dr. Jain (and her team) does not disappoint. The entire office is clean and feels very professional. I've been dreading finding a new dentist close to my new home in the Schaumburg and now I'm here to stay. I've done a cleaning and had two huge fillings done; both were quick and painless. The whole staff was caring and accommodating. Money is a big issue when visiting the dentist, but they were very transparent about costs and told me about every possible procedure I may need and their cost. I have found Dr. Jian to be very honest and fair -- meaning that expensive work is not always her first recommendation. She does a great job explaining what is going on and what that means, and potential solutions/ways to address. I have been a patient of Dr. Roukas since I was 11-12 years old, and now that I have a family of my own, there is no one I trust more with my two daughters than she. I can honestly say, she is one of the best family dentists in the area. She is great with both of my girls, who are 9 and 15 years old! She is patient, thorough, and diligent in what she does. If she finds anything during our routine visits, she takes the time to go over her findings and to coach me through next steps and answer ANY/ ALL my questions. Most kids do not love going to dentist however, my kids never complain, and I know its because we've got a great dentist in Dr. Roukas who has found a way to completely remove the scary stigma of dental visits for kids. The office staff at Pearly Whites is always friendly and helpful and with the ongoing pandemic, they take extra steps to make sure that my family feels safe from the time we walk in, to the time we leave. I had the best experience ever as a new patient today! I have never had a more thorough Dentist. Dr. Jain explained things from A - Z. She was patient and knowledgeable. Her assistant was pleasant and friendly, as well. Yoli was professional and personable from the time she called to confirm my appointment on the phone, to giving me my appointment reminder card at the end. All in all, they have won a patient in me. I had great talks, and laughs with all of them at a personal level and felt extremely comfortable. Many times, you go other places to get your check up and you are treated as a number and people are too consumed in their own world to acknowledge you or strike up a conversation. have always been terrified of the dentist, but not anymore! I can't even begin to explain what a great experience each office visit has been. Dr. Jain is a great dentist and a very kind person! She is very gentle and goes out of her way to ensure you're comfortable and not feeling any pain at any point of a procedure. She explains everything very thoroughly so you're always in the loop. Also, she gives you plenty of helpful advise and suggestions to ensure you take better care of your teeth. I also found her to be very thoughtful, as he gave me advise on how to maximize my dental benefits.  Another great perk is that you get to watch Netflix, which is really awesome and makes the visit fly by. Dr. Jain and her office staff provide the best dental experience I have ever had. I honestly have never had a better dentist in my entire life - and I'm picky! I'm writing this review after being in their office 3 times. I had a bunch of cavities filled and they provided costs in advance so there were no surprises. I barely felt anything too which is always welcomed! Dr. Jain spends a lot of time with her patients and you never feel like he is rushing to move onto the next person. Dr. Jain and her staff are the best I have ever encountered. I have three boys and they now are under the care of Dr. Jain going forward. She may not have been my first dentist in my life, but she will be definitely the last one that myself and my kids will be going to forward. I was overdue for a cleaning and didn't know where to begin. My friend referred me to Dr. Jain and it was the best referral I've ever gotten. Dr. Jain is petite yet mighty! She offers a very thorough examination and even included a new screening for oral cancer. I was delighted with that touch. I have been going to Dr. Jain for about 2 1/2 years and love her and the staff at Pearly Whites. Needed extractions, bridgework, and caps along with the normal annual care. Was very fearful. She explained everything to me along with various different options, cost, and pros/cons. They all made me feel comfortable and were very flexible on time, even when I had an emergency. Dr. Jain really cares about your level of pain as she works and more importantly the results. She walks you through the process and explains everything as she goes - can't ask for more when results speak for themselves! She creates a program that works within your budget. Finally! I love this dental office - Dr. Jain, staff, everyone! I heard about this dentist (Dr. Jain) and my former dentist had retired. I had a bridge fall out so I made an appointment with them for a check-up and to glue my bridge back in. Everything was awesome and I was home in three hours! I had a great experience here. Place is super clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. I went in for a routine cleaning and I haven't seen my teeth this white in ages. Got rid of all the coffee stains. The dentist actually listened to me instead of making me feel like just another patient. Overall, this was a super positive experience.
