I also received a reminder call/message before each appointment, which helped us never miss and appointment. Well done Dr. Busch and staff! (I'm not sure why this review says I'm from San Fran. I thoroughly appreciate everyone in the office there! They were all very supportive and encouraging throughout the process. 2. Dr. Stache is EXCELLENT! I had complicated teeth that went through Invisalign and a short stint of braces. Dr. Stache was there to answer all my questions, reassure me of the process, and ended with a FANTASTIC RESULT! They're very organized and offer great reminders in advance of the appointment. They're very up to date and use e-forms which help expedite the process when in the office. Dr. Cho herself is wonderful! She adds details to the appointment that help me informed about my oral and dental hygiene. She may comment on tongue, saliva, etc. in addition to the teeth, which helps me know my own health and shows she's paying attention well! She explains everything and remains very honest with regards to if a procedure is absolutely necessary or not. I trust her judgement and expertise. Very happy with Dr. Cho and her office!!

Sure, the front desk and initial visit feel overly welcoming, but that quickly fades once you're actually in the chair. The quality of care during treatment is completely different; rushed, inattentive, and honestly frustrating. There's a clear disconnect between how they present themselves upfront and how things actually run behind the scenes. Another huge red flag is how often the staff changes. Every time I've been there, it feels like there's a whole new team. That kind of turnover says a lot, and it definitely affects the consistency of care. The doctor herself is very avoidant. It's hard to get direct answers or feel like your concerns are being taken seriously. On top of that, not even wearing loupes during procedures feels unprofessional and careless & especially in a setting where precision matters. On top of everything, the office itself is noticeably dirty. It doesn't feel clean or well-maintained, which is the last thing you want in a medical or dental setting. I was a little on the fence with all the glamour shots on the site but its cool if youre feeling yourself. =) Appreciated the technical efficiency of electronic surveys and forms sent before the appointment in a format where it was checkboxes and dropdown menus. Much better than typing into your phone. What wasnt super cool was the feeling that my insurance was a free ticket to rack up all the possible covered charges from GO. I had a full set of xrays in an online storage folder from December I didnt need more in March... without asking they had planned a whole slew of diagnostics... when I just asked for/wanted a exam, pocket check, and perio (cleaning)... I also had bitewings from a Perio Consult in January. The last straw was being told that the staff spend 2-3 hours checking my insurance coverage to make sure all these things were covered... when I asked why they were so sure it was available... note their papers have you explicitly sign-off that services may not be covered by insurance so thats kinda the opposite. Just overall money grab vibes. Eeeek. Not feeling this would be a place with quality care. I went to the legit place that did the perio consult in Jan for the cleaning and wow... they're good

My first impressions were very good. As I sat with it I grew concerned because the treatment plan included sedation. Expensive and risky. I asked for the X-rays which they sent, but I also requested the plan be written up with a rationale and any other possible options. I'm not a medical professional and do not understand everything thrown at me in the office. There was a follow up phone call where the staff proceeded to tell me verbally the plan. I explained it was intensive and costly and I don't understand so I would like it written up and may seek a second option to make sure this was the right path. I was told they welcomed a second option but that my $1000 deposit was non refundable. I found this really disconcerting. I understand the need of a deposit but when there is genuine concern and you have to make decisions on the spot, I also think making it no refundable with prior notice is poor customer service which I expressed to them. They then sent me an email telling me "our professional bond had been broken". Very concerning for a parent looking to be more informed in making medical decisions for their child. First I felt pressured to agree, then I felt vilified for asking questions.
