The parking is free and there are plenty of spots available! Signs are setup when you enter the building on where to go for the testing center. The team members were helpful and friendly! This place is very thorough and very clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly, and my testing area was a nice, quiet place where I could focus. I did think it was funny that they checked my glasses for a camera, but hey... you can't blame them for being so thorough. My testing area was clean and sanitized. They made sure to double check my station before I took a seat. Overall, a nice experience. I did show up late at night. So, I didn't get an experience with a lot of people in the room at the same time. I liked being one of only a few people in the room, though. read more

This testing site is on the side of the shopping complex. The numbers are a little hard to see from a passing car, but just keep a look out for the testing center sign. My reason for giving them all 5 stars is because the customer service here was amazing. I have been to several testing sights an everyone has been nice, but the gentleman that helped me was genuinely a good person. He simply enjoyed his job and he was happy to help in anyway possible. I also passed my test that I came here to take, so that made for an even better review. This testing center also does fingerprinting. This is a monitored state examination center. I went here for my Insurance Licensing Exams. Each time I've been there, I've been very impressed with how efficiently they run the place. The check in process is very fast, and informative. The test area is always, quiet, and well lit. I would recommend eating before you go in. Once you're in, you can't leave. There's free parking, which is huge. The other center is by the convention center, and there's no Free Parking. I can't think of a single complaint. read more

2.5 Difficult to find seems to be the consensus from the reviews and my experience was no exception. Located on a side street NOT facing Flamingo it is on the westernmost edge of a largely vacant strip shopping center. I would be a little concerned about safety if I went here after dark. Not a good first impression. Employees were efficient and friendly. The center itself was clean, well-lit and quiet. Noise cancelling headphones were provided which were great. Dividers between test takers weren't big enough and you have students on both sides in your peripheral vision...somewhat of a distraction. The center itself could use an upgrade. Everything here looked very cheap. But the center did do the trick...I took my exam and passed! read more

This was a nice testing facility. They were very kind and helpful. There are lockers to keep your things in and a restroom located inside the testing area. Hard to find. iPhone maps said we arrived but we had to drive through the parking lot and turn the corner to find it. Don't turn into the strip mall, keep going and turn at the light then it's on the right. Nice little place. They take your picture and scan the palms of both hands before you enter and have you pat yourself down. Has locker for all your belongings. Has water. The bathroom is inside testing area. They give you a laminated gridded notepad with a thin sharpie for you to use. You raise your hands if you need anything. Chairs were a bit squeaky. Air was just right, put if you get cold easily ring a light jacket. read more

The location on convention center is lucky they don't have a yelp! I would rather drive all the way to the flamingo location then to the other one. The flamingo location are much nicer. The convention center people are rude! I called to ask for the number to call to schedule and at the moment I didn't have anything to write with, so I'm pulling it up on my notes on my phone to write it down as I'm on the phone with the lady Joann and she goes "you just need a pencil and a paper". First off, that's not how you talk to someone that's simply asking for a question and taking less than 30 sec to pull it up on my phone. It's not the first rude person I've run into at that location. Just came for fingerprints. The girl helping out was so sweet and did great checking everyone in for testing while I waited my turn.

Came here to get my fingerprints and exam for my certification! Location is a little hard, its hidden away at the plaza. But here's a tip, if you're coming in towards the eastern Flamingo, turn left before the crosswalk, vice versa, turn right (right before the crosswalk) if you're coming in towards the west Flamingo. Plenty of parking, and the staff was very accomadating (I was able to do my fingerprinting at an earlier time, give them a call first!), and friendly. Fingerprinting process was quick, and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Exams are taken in a separate room, that is filed with computers. All personal belongings are stored away, and they have lockers there for you. You will get checked thoroughly for all things on you, before the exam in an effort to eliminate cheating. This place was super difficult to find, but that is my only complaint. I would advise you leave early and to make sure you are on time. It is around the corner from the dance studio on the far side of the parking lot. I was greeted by the girls at the front desk, asked what test I was planning to take, and given instructions on everything. They have quite a few lockers so that you can lock up your things as cell phones and personal items aren't allowed in the testing area. Everything is super self explanatory from there and they print out whatever results are available to you. read more

Finding the Location: - From Flamingo Rd turn onto S. Mojave Road, drive 100ft and turn right. Immediately in front of you, you will easily find the building & parking. Do NOT turn into the Strip mall. There is nothing private or pleasant about the open testing room so you will have to tolerate noises and distractions from other testers. Do not expect the Receptionist to know anything whatsoever about the company outside of the testing room. You must schedule your appointment online and book at least a week out or longer if you need a specific day and time. They will not allow people to show up hoping to slide in for a last minute cancellation. For a 24/7 town you would expect this company to be a lot more flexible with their hours of business. I found the pricing for the testing to be excessive but since the State has a contract with them, you're stuck with the only authorized testing company in town. The Pearson Vue partnership with Facebook Blueprint Certification has a very VERY FAULTY, OUTDATED and MISLEADING system and process. I have scheduled a Facebook Blueprint Exam 3 times now, and the software is glitchy and freezes my computer. SO, for the 3RD TIME, I wanted to schedule it at a Pearson VUE location center in my area, yet there IS NOT an option to schedule it at a center, when there SHOULD BE, as the websites for Pearson Vue and Facebook show that we can take it at a Pearson Vue Center!! How come the organization DOES NOT make taking an exam CONVENIENT? MANY of the reps over the phone have a VERY STRONG Indian accent, making it difficult to understand AND many times they cannot seem to help me get to a Customer Service Rep that CAN TRULY find a solution to take the exam AND the supervisors are slow and unhelpful. One supervisor told me to contact Facebook, but it is Facebook that refers me to the 8884352098 number! SO PEARSON IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE and PARTNERED WITH FACEBOOK! Yet a supervisor expects me to contact Facebook?? They also keep referring me to the same number, where reps say the same thing. The reps aren't well-trained, nor is management. AND when I called a Pearson center in my area, a man said I can just show up. When I showed up, I was denied access because I apparently needed to have the outsourced company schedule me. There seems to be no connection between the US location and the Outsourced Indian company. There needs to be MAJOR Improvements. There are even MANY complaints about Pearson Vue. read more

Walked in they asked what test so I told them and she said, "here fill this out". That was it and others were there some with numbers and others staring at the wall. We were all lost, neither of the two ladies called me up so I eventually got up after people kept walking in some grabbing numbers and others not. I asked if I should grab a number and the lady says "oh yeah". REALLY!! Needless to say those that grabbed numbers were probably here before because all he new comers we were telling to brag a number. read more
