The worst &$@?/!?" Dentist. They get u in there and tell u they can do it for a price. Then tell u it will not be covered and give u a different price. Then tell u they can do it another way. Write a new plan. Tell its cover. Don't call u back for three weeks and it's not covered. Did this 4 times. They have no clue what the hell they are doing. To pull all ur teeth and put in implants is 64,000. They have lost their minds. To do parcel implants it would take two years to do it. They are all about money and not helping u fix ur teeth. I will never go back. I will never let them touch me again. Front staff acts like they have no clue what they are doing. When I call them they have no clue what's going on and haved to look and call u back. Never again done by stupid dentist!!! read more

I went to this so-called dental clinic. It was my first time. Got my teeth cleaned then was examined by the dentist. He told me I needed a cavity filled and a crown on one of my teeth. Supposedly they had called and checked with my insurance company to make sure it was covered although, after the work was done, they tell me that it was not covered by my insurance company and it was gonna be $1400, the tooth that he crowned still was giving me a lot of pain. I ended up having to go to another dentist and have it fixed which cost me another $500. This is the worst dental facility I've ever been to and I would advise anyone not to go there they don't know what the hell they're doing from the dentist to the billing it's a complete joke. read more

The hypocrite oath says do no harm..... you will be hurt here. We went for our last appointment and Dr O acted like a 3 year old who was told no. We have been very vocal about the poor quality of dental care received. Instead of addressing the issue he got snarky and walked off without finishing. We have an appointment today with a new dentist to repair the damage. However the verbal and emotional abuse you inflicted will be reported to the medical board. Where do I start? If you need serious dental care don't come here. My daughter had 3 teeth prepared for crowns, 1 root canal and 2 prepared for crowns 1 already had a root canal the other didn't. Resulting in 1single and a double temporary crown being put on. They cut her tongue while doing the root canal. After our first appointment............... We called 7 times because of pain and temp crown came off the day after it was put on, and went into the office 4 times before the crowns came in, because the other temporary was causing pain.. Both temporary crowns fell off , and 1 was hitting too high. My daughter's face was swollen and they shaved the temporary but didn't glue it back on. Paid no attention to the fact her face was swollen and her mouth was still hurting 7 days after her dental work because they exposed a nerve the week before. THIS tooth had not had a root canal. My daughter was experiencing extreme pain. She was told to use Walmart dental repair to put the temp back on, at this time she had been in pain 9 days. The next day I got the pleasure of taking her in for an emergency root canal. I talked to the dentist told them to cancel the crowns, we went to talk to them about the situation, we had no idea they were going to put the crowns on, poor girl had just had her root canal by Bright Smiles finished Monday. 3 days later they forced crowns on an extremely sore mouth. Today my daughter's face is swollen because when they were trying to make the crowns bite right, they drilled her natural tooth on top to make the bite work. I have to schedule another appointment to correct the crown bite and the tooth they drilled. My daughter has severe social anxiety, the only reason she even thought about going back was they didn't scold her for her oral care. Run! read more

The first visit there, the dentist recommended several thousands of dollars in dental work and a deep cleaning. They took many scans, ex-rays and a 360 scan which insurance will only pay for every five years. I have had regular dental care for years so I went back to my previous dentist who only recommended a regular cleaning. I have been trying to get my records sent to my current dentist for months. I have been there in person and signed a release and called many times. They seem to forget to send them. This means I am paying out of pocket for any ex-rays since my insurance only covers ex-rays once a year. If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this dental office. read more

This is as inept of a business as I have ever seen. Specifically, the billing department proves to be completely incapable of correcting the simplest of issues. Long story short- My children were seen here approximately 2 years ago and we were told that our insurance was accepted- and it was. Problem is, one of the dentists was not in network, so charges were sent to us. After multiple phone conversations to get this taken care of or waived (because it is apparently our job to make sure the doctor is in network even after our insurance is accepted) all we get is the run around and excuses. Even after attempts to alleviate this issue that is not our fault, Pebble Creek still chose to send this item to collections. Strongly considering litigation against this dental practice. I recommend to anyone that they consider finding another dental care provider. read more

I've never waited more than 5 minutes. The dentist was painless and was able to repair a crown that had broken off with the post still in my tooth. The price was stated up front and more than reasonable. My wife goes there as well and has the same opinion of them. read more

The dentist my boyfriend saw was a complete amateur. He came here for some root canals and crowns. The crowns were so bad that his bite was completely off. The positioning on one of the crowns was causing his gums to constantly bleed. One of the teeth got infected. He got another dentist to check out his teeth, and he had to get all of the dental work redone. It costs us about 5 thousand dollars to get the work done at My Dentist. It cost about another 5 thousand to fix all the mistakes from My Dentist. read more

We bring our entire family here we have had nothing but prompt courteous service. The bill for service has been OK better than expected. Others tend to bash them. We have run into far worse from the regular local dentists. read more

Go to My Dentist if you: 1. Want to wait at least half an hour after your scheduled appt. 2. Want to be over charged 3. Want to receive incorrect bills in the mail and have to haggle with business office 4.Want to be treated very rude by front desk personnel. My husband went to My Dentist in Mustang at the beginning of October. He was told he needed a crown. He had everything done for a temp crown at the My Dentist office in Mustang. When he left he felt a lot pain but the dentist insisted that it was because of the crown process. That night his pain increased tremendously and then the temporary crown fell off. He went back the next day and they said he needed an emergency root canal. He had the root canal done for about $1200 (Not a My Dentist office). The emergency root canal Dr told my husband there appeared to be a chemical burn to his gums. Now we are terrified to go back to My Dentist. I tried to call twice the day after the procedure to cancel his crown and no one every called me back. They called me a few days later and said that the services had been rendered and the crown had been ordered and we owed them 1,120 even if we didn't want the crown. My Dentist also gave my husband someone else's prescription, which had the other gentleman's name, dob, and address. Never have we had an experience like this. read more
