We purchased a class a RV from these guys. Taylor was our sales person before we took delivery, they went through the entire thing top to bottom front to back to make sure everything worked. We had the opportunity to bring in a mechanic to check the engine and everything to be sure it was all in good shape. Taylor was one of the best sales people I've ever encountered in buying a vehicle. Bill, the service manager, who delivered the vehicle to us, was wonderful, and worked with us and spend time showing us things and has helped us along the way, every time we've called with a problem. Pedata RV, how would I rate my experience? Horrible, terrible, misleading, lied to, quoted prices on tires that ended up being hundreds more for a lesser brand of tire. Upon pick-up of 5th wheel we were advised the black tank gauge was not reading correct, left the drain and petcock unhooked on fresh water tank drain. Today 1 week after purchase, we went to unhook and left side leveling leg lifted but when we went to pull out leg collapsed and almost fell off 5th wheel. So called Don Lewis manager of Pedata RV, he at first answered the phone, when i asked for Don , he stated he was not in the office, well Don has a very noticeable voice so 10 mins later when i called back same guy manager Don answered the phone, lied about who he was, of course unwilling to help, called salesman Paris Inman for help and advise on these problems, he was sick and did not want to be bothered with problems and politely told me in a few choice foul words to #^%67k off. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LYING MORONS! I was looking at a used Monaco RV they had for $50k, there was also the exact same RV with 20k less miles in Seattle for $39k. I spoke to Don L the sales manager and advised him there was another RV the same for $39k and sent him the link to the advertised RV. Despite Pedata having a 100% guarantee that they will match or beat any other competitor's pricing, Don flat out refused to match the price, he would not even provide a price he could do. As per many other reviews on this moron, Don became very condescending and rude in his replies, suggesting I go and buy the RV in Seattle. I asked about the tires on the RV and Don advised they were DOT 44/16, I mentioned they were end of life and really needed to be replaced (yep add $5k to their selling price), as they would be 7 yrs old this year. Don the most incompetent sale person ever replied back stating the tires were only 5 yrs old and that I needed to learn to do math. I had to school this moron in simple math, as he just had no clue. Don, the bill for the math lesson is in the mail, moron! I recently purchased a 2017 Nexus Class B rv. I hired an inspector to check the rig. There was a long list of much needed repairs. They assured me, that everything was taken care of. The FIRST night, the water heater electric element was not working. Luckily I was still in town (I live 600 miles away) they replaced the element. Within 24 hours, 3 more problems were discovered. The slide out quit working, the truck radio quit working, and the gas light cap came on the dash. 2 of those were on the original "repair" list. I purchased a $6000 service contract (at the suggestion of the sales manager,Don). I contacted them and asked them to cover the cost of the contract. The only solution he offered was to bring it back and they would "fix" it. That is not an option, since I live out of state. Ofcourse they didn't offer to pay for fuel,and/or lodging while I waited for them to "fix" it. BUYER BEWARE, expensive lesson to learn the hard way. read more

Beware, they tell you what you want to hear! 1st. Was not ready when they promised. They had over a week to get it ready and I guess they needed two weeks. Water leak when we arrived, but to late it ruined the cupboard. Tv didn't work, had to go on roof and remove tv antenna and hook up cable. Recently bought an RV from Pedeta and the size, style and amenities I was looking for. The sales staff was very nice and easy to work with. The service department took the time and showed me the ins and outs of the RV. These two parts of Pedeta deserve 5 stars. I downgraded the review because of difficulties I had with the coach after the sale. On the 1st major climb on the way home (same day as sale), the motor started overheating. I informed the Pedeta staff. The coach was still drivable but struggled during climbs because of a faulty temp sensor, late thermostat opening, and a few other problems. I was told to take it to my local Cummins dealership by Pedeta. The repair bill totaled $4200+. After negotiations, Pedeta paid for $2300 of the repairs. I'm reasonably happy since I'm not sure Pedeta had to pay fir any repairs (I'm not a lawyer), but not as happy as I would be if Pedeta paid for the full cost of repairs. Hence the 3 star rating. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a 'coach' from Pedata. Flew in from Mn. 2 days after my mom died and purchased the 'coach' and started driving home. The check engine light came on after approx 400 miles. We continued on as it was not an option to stop due to covid. We made it home to MN. It was taken into the local mechanic to have the check engine light fixed and ended up replacing the ignition coil to the tune of $400.00 1 week later we loaded up to travel to Kansas City Mo. to drop my moms belongings to my sister and we made it to South of Des. Moines when the entire rear end blew out. We were forced to sleep on an exit ramp then have a wrecker tow us to the next town. We stayed in the mechanics parking lot for 4 days while it was repaired. We were told the rear end had so much fine sand in it that they thought maybe the 'coach' had been in a flood. The bill for that breakdown was almost $7000.00. The mechanic took pictures and kept the parts because he recommended a reimbursement from the dealer. After we were on out way again to home, The check engine light came on, the automatic step quit working and it began vibrating enough to run you off the road..... Back to the mechanic we went....This time all ignition coils failed and 3 of the 10 spark plugs had no spark at all! ANDDDDD....another 500.00 in repairs, we still have not been able to fix the step (it is stuck halfway out). When I sent the info to Pedata, they were kind enough to send me a letter through their attorney saying I cannot contact them anymore. I will warn you right now, they made all kinds of promises and assured me the 'coach' was so good, safe and trustworthy. Pedata will sell you junk and laugh at you when you leave. I am a hard working nurse and a ranchers wife. This was my first big venture in buying on my own. I bought this so I could travel with my grandchildren and enjoy family camping. It is a shame that Pedata hurts the American family and will not stand behind their 'coaches' they sell. PLEASE be warned. read more

I am in the process of purchasing my 'senior' RV from Pedata. I worked with Don L. and Taylor while shopping. They were patient and willing to listen to what I liked/needed. Finally something popped up on their website in my price range but it was already 'pending'. When the deal fell thru they called me and I got a 2nd chance at it. Today I met the sales manager, Don, and JR the service tech. JR was just as patient going thru the vehicle with me to tell me what he has done and will be doing to insure it is road worthy (a service they provide w/o an additional cost). I bought a 2005 fleetwood bounder from here. The sales team were satisfactory but were not up to date on the Rv. We were 2000 miles away from home and told if our temporary tag expired they would give us one to get us home 34 dollars. When we called back the girl that does the tag and title work says absolutely not. The service man I worked with was very knowledgeable an very nice to work with. The service manager was a nasty man, not one of my favorite people. 5 trips back to the dealership for things wrong with the RV. Finally gave up with dealing with them becauseofthestress. It started with the turn signals . Which wouldn't work from the start. They agreed to fix. #2. Hot water heater had a problem which was because of something they did and they fixed that. Both grey water and black water seals were bad . #3. The refrigerator burner would not keep up on LP setting. Was told by service manager I was my not understanding how it works. Had a mobile RV repairman look at it. Bad burner. Called and talked to the service manager and he said it was my fault. How can a bad burner be my fault since it was like that from the day we got it. I can't get the water hook up to work so I can flush my tanks. Compressor for dash air went bad the first time we used it. Had to be towed. The dash air conditioner froze causing it to throw a belt and overheated the engine. $2000 bill. Both roof air conditioners need replaced. The motors or compressors squeal and hard to get running. That is going to cost us $2800. Again diagnosed by an RV mobile repairman. Door latch to the entry door was bad and evidentlythey knew it and tried to fiddle with it we were told the new doorr latch system would be $800. Can't lock or latch the door because you cant open it from the outside. Oven won't light. Slide leaks. There is a leak in the roof around the antenna that needs to be sealed. The service manager, Mark, just told us to call a mobile repairman, when I asked him if he was going to pay for it he said of course not. I will never buy from them again. read more

We're first time RV Buyers and wanted to buy a 35 foot+ RV to live in and travel the country. We found a great RV at Pedata and they financed the loan through a local credit union. We were told we had 90 days to get our Title and Register the RV in California where we currently live. It was important to get this right, this being our first time, we needed their expertise. Perdata didn't get the paper work to the credit union until mid December and we didn't get the paperwork at the DMV until Dec 29th, 60 days after our purchase. We went to the DMV immediately. Discovering that we needed an inspection before we could get it registered. Long story, short, we discovered California law requires an RV be registered by 20 days after purchase. We were immediately hit with a fine for $1029!!! When we howled at Perdata for getting this completely wrong, and asking them what they were going to do about making it right, their response was "We don't need to file for 45 days in Arizona, so we did what we were required to do!", the fine was our problem, not theirs. WE ARE INCREDIBLY RESPONSIBLE... we're already paid up 6 months in advance, this is the first of a lot of RVs in our future. They could have worked with us, built a relationship that we would have honored... instead they screwed up, dumped the mess in our lap, and didn't even have the decency to take responsibility for screwing up in the first place. That is the epitome of a Fly by Night Operation, avoid them like the plague!!! read more

STAY AWAY!! After taking possession of a used motor home on Jan. 31st we are still dealing with an issue written into the original sales agreement. Four dual pane windows, two stationary above two tip-out, were to be replaced due to failed seals. The first sub contractor that they used installed single pane windows with tinting that didn't match. Even Pedata had to admit the job was unsatisfactory and reluctantly used another sub contractor to fabricate dual pane windows, while all the time we're insisting that they be Winnebago made or approved windows. As of today (8/23), we have two windows that leak, one that fogs up, tip-out mechanisms that don't operate in the same manner, and a tip-out that hits the frame then opening/closing. Oh, did we mention the rubber gasket/flashings between the upper and lower windows are installed upside down? After a total of nearly 3 months without the use of our motor home due to "down time" for two botched jobs we have insisted that our windows meet the standards of Winnebago. Pedata's response was to refer us to their glass company for warranty. We're not done with Pedata. read more

My husband and I drove to Tucson, Arizona (about 412 miles round trip from our house) to look at a used 2015 Class C RV, with low mileage, that we were interested in purchasing. We had already been in contact with the dealership, Pedata Resales, Inc., and were working with a salesman by the name of Don Lewis. We were assured by our salesman that the RV was in good working order. He also stated on our phone call that no matter what their dealership performs a bumper to bumper inspection of the RV and will fix anything they find that is not working or broken. I found this remarkable and this went a long way with putting our minds at ease about the working condition of the RV. We made the trip down to Pedata Resales, Inc. in Tucson, Arizona, met with Don Lewis, looked over the RV we wanted to purchase, negotiated the deal, signed some initial paperwork, and put down a deposit to hold the RV. We made the trip back to pick it up and our RV was in pieces. The generator was not working, the generator hour meter was not working and was registering 54,000 hours (way more than the 362 hours we were originally quoted and how did Don come up with that number if the generator hour meter was busted?) and the furnace was not working and the service department did not have the part they needed (they told us they were guessing that is what it needed) to fix it, and the sensors in the different tanks were not registering correctly.This was just the beginning of the inspection and they did not know what else might be wrong, nor could they guarantee that what they were saying or doing would fix the RV or was even the correct direction to take to fix the issues. They were also trying to talk us into taking the RV still broken and they would send us the parts and we could try to fix it ourselves and/or get another dealership to fix it and they would reimburse us (yah right!). We completely lost all trust in this dealership and our salesman and realized they had misrepresented the RV and were unwilling to follow through on the promises and guarantee's they made us. We called Don back to the service department immediately. We informed Don of all the problems so far and that we were just getting started and that they needed to take care of all the issues before we would officially buy the RV and we were definitely not taking possession of it and hoping they would fix it later. We told Don the deal was off. We went back over to the dealership and he put us in the office with his boss/owner and tried to sell us a different RV, an older RV with more miles, we said no we just want our deposit money back and we are leaving. Don then said well what will it take for you to still buy the RV and we said fix everything that is wrong like you said you would. He said he would ask his boss and hung up. We started the long drive home, defeated, angry, and disappointed. Basically, Pedata Resales, Inc./Don Lewis ruined our chances of getting an RV for the foreseeable future with their lies and misleading promises. On the way home I received a text from Don asking if they took the RV to another service department (we could not trust a thing he said) and had the generator serviced and the correct hours determined and it checked out ok would we still buy the RV and we said no, that was not the only thing wrong with the RV, what about everything else? I called Don just to make sure they were mailing out my deposit refund check and he made a snide and rude remark to me. I got another call from Don acting like nothing had happened and trying to sell me a different RV. He has some nerve! Ummm really, no way! They could have avoided this whole mess if they had just said it was an "As Is" sale. We are thoroughly disgusted with Pedata Resales, Inc. and the behavior of Don and his boss/owner. It really is misrepresentation and you cannot trust a word that comes out of their mouths! Thanks to them we still do not have an RV. We do NOT recommend Pedata Resales, Inc. or Don Lewis. read more

Bought a 35ft Itasca motor home from these folks. The first thing to understand is that this is a 'no frills' dealership. They specialize in re-sell and 'consignment '. The good news is that this means you will get your coach at a better price than a large dealership. While they are a very small dealership, they do go the extra mile to make sure that buyers are satisfied. I highly recommend them and only took off 1 star because I do think they should upgrade their facilities a little.... they operate out of small, old manufactured trailers and I would recommend that they build a little better facilities for the comfort of their customers. I had nothing but a great experience with the Pedata Team, since I first saw it on their website through the time of walk through before delivery. The Team went beyond to make sure everything was properly working, made minor repairs to items I found during final inspection and replaced my awning motor onsite. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! These guys are horrible to deal with and you would be well advised to steer clear of Pedata RV Cener and the horrific staff that works here. I first tried working with the infamous Bob Sutherland who can best be characterized as a pushy and worthless jerk. Then I had the unsavory experience to try to deal with another sales associate named Bill Harris who proved to be twice as bad. The manager "Donnie" is the leader of this band of crooks who are there to take advantage of you in every way possible! You may think that you are getting a "bargain" by flying to Tucson to pick up your rig, but wait until you find how bad these guys truly are to deal with. I sent them a $500 deposit on a $58,000 coach and they turned around and sold it to somebody else the next day before my check even arrived. I would not provide them with my personal bank numbers over the phone for privacy reasons and chose to mail it to them. Like I said, they sold it to somebody else after my deal was made with Bill Harris. They did not like that I requested a new set of tires for the rig because the originals were simply worn out. So, you have to fight them "tooth and nail" all the way for everything you request and it is "their way or the highway" at Pedata RV Center in Tucson, AZ. I got a better deal on line for my 2005 Dolphin LX that had fewer miles, was in like new condition (unlike the rock-chipped unit that Pedata tried to sell me) at NORM''S RV IN POWAY, CA. I also had all new tires installed as part of the deal(Michelins XL's) and the owner delivered it to me out of state at N/C. All of this I got for thousands less that what Pedata RV was asking for their similiar unit. I have purchased seven motor homes in my life and Pedata RV was the unequivocal worst of all the dealerships that I have dealt with in California and Arizona! RICHARD read more

The response was that they sold it already and hadn't had time to take it off the site but would I be interested in another RV? I wasn't. Two days later I saw a brand new Craigslist posting (posted that day by Pedata) for the very same RV they told me they sold. That's about as low as it gets in the marketing business.
