My kid said his bike rode better than new. He has rode the saddle outside to see if it was proper and while he was doing so the associate made a nasty comment in which I had to rebuke. Then the associate did not mention any installment fee, which also took forever in a day to do showing the incompetence. 1. Do not judge those who come into the shop-because they could be a great profit. 2. Watch the comments made about said customers because you don't know who is listening. 3. Inform the consumer on what would need to be charged -so that if they can and rather install they can. Just customer service skills which should not have to be explained.
