Nice family but clearly over their heads about their inventory. They didn't know the specs, even the most basic things. Nobody asked ME a single question about my biking experience, my preferred kind of riding, what kind of accessories I'd want, what weight I'd want, ANYTHING. This shop sells stuff but that stuff does not include customer service or assistance. If you want to buy a bike here, you better know EXACTLY what you want, or you're going to leave with something that doesn't work for you.

The beautiful river that looks like a leisurely ride actually has 7 rapids! They also provide life jackets and a helmet if you choose to wear use them. The river entry point is a 20 min walk with the tube. I chose to pay a few extra dollars and have a van take us to the entry point and skip the walk. You can go down the river multiple times as your price is for the day. It is a couple dollars cheaper on weekdays. Tubing is something everyone should try at least once. The ride down the river in Golden Colorado is exciting and scenic!

It's super easy: book ahead, you get a tube rental and two rides to the "top" with the price. It's cold, even when it's 97 degrees out! But you get used to it. All ages can do this. If you're nervous, you can get a life jacket and a helmet, but we haven't felt the need to do that. It's NOT a lazy river but it's also not a cat 5 white water experience. It's just fun. And then a plug for the Golden Mills Social Hall afterwards for drinks and food!

She helped me choose a trail that fit my level and want. I was connected to Bob by text. Bob delivered the bike at the trailhead as expected. We discussed pick up time. He had extra gear if needed (water, snack, helmet, camelback, hippack). Trail was awesome. Rode for almost 3 hours. I text Bob about 30 minutes before I was done and he was at the parking lot when I finished. This ride was the highlight of my Denver trip. Thanks!
