This shop sells stuff but that stuff does not include customer service or assistance. If you want to buy a bike here, you better know EXACTLY what you want, or you're going to leave with something that doesn't work for you.

She helped me choose a trail that fit my level and want. I was connected to Bob by text. Bob delivered the bike at the trailhead as expected. We discussed pick up time. He had extra gear if needed (water, snack, helmet, camelback, hippack). Trail was awesome. Rode for almost 3 hours. I text Bob about 30 minutes before I was done and he was at the parking lot when I finished. This ride was the highlight of my Denver trip. Thanks!
