This place is not a place you want to bring a loved one to be treated. I feel like any office that is overcrowded during these crucial times is not a good sign to begin with. Me and my son walked in and this facility and saw there was an insanely amount of people waiting in the office. After seeing that, you are then greeted by a distasteful, nasty and rude woman (I wish I got her name). I literally had to grab my son and leave the building for her safety because of how nasty she was. One thing I learned upon starting my career in the medical field, is that you actually have to like people and want to help people to be in the medical field and you can just tell she is just an all around NASTY person. She was speaking to ALL the patients in a rude tone as well as her co workers. I sat there in shock. My son's appointment was scheduled for 9:55 I was there at 9:50 and was there all the way up until 10:40 waiting to be called and still was not called so when I asked her if it was going to be long before the doctor called us, she then replied there was THREE doctors working (yet no one was being called back) her tone so rude and was cutting me off every sentence I tried to speak, so before I stooped even lower, I grabbed my son and made him an appointment today with another doctor. Definitely will not be back here 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! With gas prices being this high I will still drive an extra 20 minutes to get my son seen at a better doctor because this place is NOT IT. read more

I don't know what is happening with this place before time you were able to get an appointment to see a pediatrician but recently Dr Sandoval is never available.. I called on two different occasions and neither times were she available to see my child. They offered me Urgent Care!!! What's the sense of having a pediatrician when she is not available to see your child!! I had to go through the hassle of calling super early on a Saturday morning to get an appointment for same day because it's on a first come based on weekends, and I ended up seeing Dr Hinds. People working the front (Anna to be exact) are extremely rude. Almost impossible to get a copy of my sons vaccines record. Had my sons vaccines record faxed and pediatric partners lost it and had them resent several more times. read more

My son was tested for the flu at Pediatric Partners in the morning. The test came back negative and we were told it was viral and to let it ride its course. That same evening, we went to the hospital because his fever kept spiking and wouldn't go down in addition to his nose was bleeding profusely for 5 minutes. It's not like my kid to have these symptoms without cause. We made a trip to Lakeland Regional Hospital where he was tested for the flu a 2nd time and it came back positive for Type B. In addition to the nurse improperly testing my kid resulting in an unnecessary trip to the hospital (and costing me $200 out of pocket), she made snarky comments to my husband about not giving my son the flu shot. Last I recall, the flu shot is a CHOICE, and it is not unheard of for people to still catch the flu even when they get the flu shot. Her mannerism was unprofessional to say the least! Finally, I called and spoke to the manager, Kelly. Instead of showing some kind of empathy, she took no responsibility and I did not even get an apology from her. They have an employee with an attitude problem. My girlfriend took off work this morning to take her son to the doctor. He is not a new patient. She called at 8:00am to let them know she was running 5 minutes late due to traffic from an accident. 'Heidi' was very nasty to her on the phone, told her she would have to reschedule, and that 'Well, you should have been on time then' when she protested. She asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager wouldn't be there until 9am. I don't have all the details of the conversation, but she called me shortly after and was in tears after her conversation with Heidi. She continued to the place, got there around 8:10 and guess what? The manager was there, talked to her, and checked her in. Heidi later apologized to her, which is why this isn't a 1 star review, but look at other reviews and you can see this is a pattern with 'Heidi'. How many times have you waited an hour in the lobby to see a doctor? I know I have plenty. Doctors are never on time. And she lied about the manager not being there. There is no excuse for the way Heidi spoke to her on the phone -- Heidi may be a great employee but she has no business dealing with customers -- any other job and talking to a customer like that will get you fired. Heidi needs some coaching and training and perhaps a review of her duties to put her in a more appropriate position for her type of personality. I have been taking my daughter since she was 1 month old. The doctors there are conscientious and knowledgeable. They take time to listen and they let me know what to expect each month. One time when I called with an urgent problem they fit me right in. The office is nice and clean and I love that there is a waiting room for healthy infants so they don't have to sit with all the sick kids before their immune system is strong. read more

I've went to this practice for over 20 years. Between my Son and daughter. I over herd the office manager cussing and yelling at a employee. My daughter who is autistic also with with tick disorder Trent syndrome and ADHD. So I had to explain what those things meant. I reported it both employees was in the wrong but as a manager it should have been handled different. Two weeks later I received a paper in the mail that stated that they didn't feel that I was a good fit for them and they wasn't a good fit for me and that I had 30 days to find a new pediatrician and that my child was no longer allowed there at their office unless it was an emergency in that timeframe and she could not go to Owl now. Because the same office manager is over it too. Not to mention I lost my wife unexpectedly in November so my child was already dealing with that of losing her mother. People who have laughed and share so many thing with our family wouldn't even look at us. Went in to get important records for my daughter so that she could see her new pediatrician at Kender care clinic and WINTER HAVEN and they refused to give me the medical records. Wow denying me my child's records is a no no. I wonder if Dorothy Ray M.D. in Lakeland really understands what's going on in the clinic that she owns in WINTER HAVEN. Shame shame shame read more

This place is rediculous! For nearly a year they harassed me wanting to do a bunch of unnecessary test on my completely healthy child. they really had me believing is there was something wrong with my child! Even though in my heart as a mother I knew there was nothing wrong with my child. Once I got all the test back confirm exactly what I already knew my child was completely healthy! I kept telling them my husband was small his grandfather was small my husband's brother was small it was genetic!! but they continue to insist on test. But you know what really floored me was when they said my baby needs to see developmental doctor! my child at 11 month can walk drink from a sippy cup said moma dada bubu (and understands whos who) play pattyy cake can sit stand and crawl and my baby need to see a specialist??? I finally said enough was enough I actually called the doctor stupid and told her I wasn't putting my child through anymore!! they just want to charge insurance for every nickel penny and dime I'm they could possibly get!! even if it means putting mom and dad tthrough complete hell!!
