My son needed to extract 4 adult premolar teeth, I went to two other oral surgeons for consult (the other oral surgeons not only insisted on doing general anesthesia but also wouldn't listen to any of my concerns). On the other hand, Dr. Aaron was open-minded and willing to listen to our concerns. he got my 12-year-old in on an appointment in two days, and using only local anesthesia, he extracted all 4 teeth within 15 minutes. My son didn't even feel anything and next day he's fine without any swelling. Dr. Aaron is AMAZING to say the least!! I am willing to drive 40 minutes to have my boy see him! He's had a cavity done, two check ups/ X-rays, cleanings, five teeth pulled total (eek! A filling gone wrong from another dentist office, and four baby teeth overcrowding that didn't want to fall out lol), and molar sealants done. All successful! They have been excellent w ever experience. My son is not scared to go there- amazing!! We've seen i think three different dentists, male and females, and all were so friendly and kind. They made my son feel very comfortable. The assistants and hygienists are also so nice and do a great job. They do a great job of explaining things, calmly, and sweetly to my son, during procedures, making him feel at ease. He LOVES the TVs playing kids movies, on the wall, and above him in the chairs. He also is obsessed w the video games section in the front waiting room lol. He likes the "Hills 2 track" game a lot. The place is decorated very kid-like w great murals all over. They give the kids prizes after, and goodie bags, which is fun. My son has an allergy to food coloring, and they're great about that- going above and beyond to get different things without food dyes for numbing gels, teeth cleaning, etc. We also don't use fluoride and they're respectful of my choice, which I appreciate. They are prompt and efficient. Get us in right at our appointment time, most of the time, get things done quickly but well. In at 8am, two teeth pulled and two sealants done, out by 8:45. Wow! The front desk is very nice and knowledgeable. They worked with me when I was self-pay in cash - and have a same day cash discount. Now I have insurance again, and they work well w that also. We started there in 2021, I believe, and although they preferred mask wearing, they didn't seem too pushy about it, and didn't make my son wear one if he didn't want to. Also appreciated, due to his sensory issues. Now it says encouraged, but don't see many now in 2023. They do have you sign paperwork ahead, explaining that they prefer parents to stay outside the rooms, but won't enforce it if they feel strongly. But I've never seen it done, or been asked to, and they are great about me and other parents being a the child the whole time- and close by/ comforting your child during procederes. So I'm glad for that- our babies should have us by their sides during those things. We've loved going here, and glad a friend referred us!

Unfortunately, I was unable to secure an appointment due to a mistake on the part of the office. This was quite disheartening, especially considering the long-standing history my children have had with this office and their ortho office. All 3 of my children have been patients of this office. While I understand that dental offices can be very busy, especially ones that specialize in pediatric care, I felt that the situation could have been handled better. "Andrea", the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unwilling to even entertain the idea that her computer could have been wrong (she stated that my child hadn't been seen since 2018, and I know for a fact that she had been cleaning in late 2022 because I sat outside the office. She told me that my daughter would have to find another office as, at 16 - she is considered an adult (?!?!?). Andrea placed me on terminal hold and after what seemed like forever, I finally hung up. She did not attempt to contact me or reach out. Clearly, the level of care in both offices has gone severely downhill as my son has had his braces on since October of 2018. They completely abandoned my son during Covid, and then told him to find an ortho at college, dragging his treatment out for 5 YEARS. (2 years longer than he needed). They refused to see him for cleanings, despite having botched his care (malpractice). His braces are still on!!! Today was the final push I needed to realize that despite my efforts to work with this office and remembering how they were pre- Covid, they are simply not the best place for my children, or anyone else's. Missing records, attempts to abandon patients, zero communication. I hope my feedback will be taken as an opportunity for the clinic to improve its process and care, ensuring a better experience for other families but I do not see it happening.

When I call to make appointments, I wait an average of 10 minutes to speak with an employee. My children and I waited for 50 minutes to be seen in April 2021. Our appointment was at 10:00, and we arrived earlier than the appointment time. I politely asked for an update at 10:25 and 10:40. An employee finally came to get my children for their appointments at 10:50. (We had been waiting in the car due to limited seating inside for Covid-19 protocol.) Of the three people that I spoke with during the wait, only one was apologetic or acknowledged the long wait time past our scheduled appointment time. I called that afternoon to cancel all future appointments and deactivate our account. I mentioned that we did not have a good experience that morning and plan to move our children to a different practice. The employee handling the deactivation did not ask for me to explain or elaborate on my experience. She did not apologize for a poor experience. She simply told me that my account was no longer active and to have a nice day. My family will no longer give business to this company as they do not value the individual person.

And I can't say enough about how cute their waiting room is. They catered to my daughters interests by playing Frozen above her chair and mixing a little bit of play into her exam. We had our appointment scheduled ahead. There were no emergent issues. The second visit didn't require any scans. The lobby has a tv and a fish tank and a desk to check in at. Fairly standard stuff. The dentist chairs were not individual rooms but an open space where parents or significant others can be seated by the dental chair. I didn't see an OR for emergencies but we also didn't come in with any issues. The hygienist saw her first and the doc came behind to look at the mouth add some additional notes. Our kiddo still has those baby teeth which we expect will fall out in the next year. Doc and hygienist were great. All in all an easy visit in and out in 30 mins. Next visit will be 6 months from now.

I had some of the worst dental pain I've ever experienced last weekend (Saturday into Sunday…read morenight), and I was honestly just trying to find someone who could help quickly. I reached out to a few offices, and Dr. K actually called me back himself and got me scheduled the same day. From the moment I walked in, the experience felt easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't waste time getting to the root of the issue (no pun intended). He took care of what he could right away and made sure I was referred to an endodontist for a root canal without any delay. What really stood out to me was the follow-up. He personally checked on me before my procedure and again after, just to make sure I was okay. That level of care isn't something you come across often. I'll definitely be continuing my dental care with him and his office. One thing I do want to mention: if you're scrolling through older reviews, just know those are from years ago and reflect a completely different doctor and staff. From my experience, that's not what this office is now at all. I wouldn't want that to take away from what he's building. Grateful I found them when I needed it most. Highly recommend.
