It's is so important that we acknowledge excellent service. My wife comes here and forced me to come. Well hate to say it she was right. From scheduling the appointment, Check in, triage and Care plan education with the doctor was EXECUTED PERFECTLY. I am in healthcare and trust me i am will grade the front desk to the check out. Dr. Patel and her staff really care about their patients. You as a patient have to own your experience and know your insurance. If you don't use insurance we'll do your research but i am stamping this office as an amazing place for patients. No i didn't post this for any gift or anything in return. The other day I went for my ever six month appointment. Upon arrival, of course the parking was plentiful and no issues there. Once I walked inside, I was immediately greeted and checked in. I probably waited in the waiting room for at most 10 minutes before being called back. Now for my hygienist experience this time: This was the first time in my experience of visiting their office that my hygienist did not do the best job. My teeth still had plenty grim on them when I got home. And she scraped so much that as I was driving home, I noticed bleeding. And I wasn't given any mouthwash to rinse at the end. So I had to do that when I got home. While in the room getting my teeth "cleaned" the TV wasn't on for me to watch as I was at my appointment. It just had a computer desktop up there. I guess that perk is gone. Lastly, I wasn't able to get an appointment six months out as I was told you were booked. So I'm not able to get another appointment for 8 months which is not the recommendation for teeth care. And this is the FIRST time this has ever happened to me since I have been visiting your office for years! This is the first time since I've been a client of Reich Dental Center that I have had this experience. And I have been going there for over 5 years. I have been a patient at Reich Dental Center for the past three years. At my first visit, a treatment plan was established, and over the last year and a half, I've had two treatments that were not covered by insurance. Both were later deemed medically unnecessary at this time by my insurance provider and, after filing a complaint, by the Georgia Commissioner of Insurance as well. Today, I spoke with the office manager, Katelyn, to discuss my concerns and potential options. She stated that the office deemed the treatment medically necessary, contradicting the determinations of both my insurance provider and the commissioner. When I asked about alternatives to avoid paying even more out-of-pocket--especially since this has now happened twice--her response was dismissive and sarcastic. She suggested I "go find a new insurance company," as if that were an easy solution, and wished me "good luck" with my future treatments. While the dental staff has always been great, my experience with the billing department and Katelyn made my decision to find a new dentist much easier--especially since she also suggested it herself. Patient care extends beyond just the dental chair, and unfortunately, the handling of this situation left much to be desired. read more

Have had a horrible experience trying to resolve a billing issue. They refuse to file an insurance claim, instead sending me the info to collect the payment from me and tell me to file the claim myself. I've received mixed guidance on whether they can file the claim (have recorded calls saying they can) but won't. I've called them at least 4-5 times to resolve the issue and either a) the call gets dropped from being on hold so long or b) they say they will call back once they look into it, and never have. Basically their strategy is to simply keep sending you the bill until you give up. Unethical. Dishonest. Won't give them another dime and would recommend going elsewhere. read more

I went to this dentist back in 2015, MD Robin Reich did a fill in on my teeth. The fill in was in the front tooth so it was a sensitive place to have a filling, the front tooth would chip on the repair so I went back several times. It was fixed twice on the third time it was refused without another payment. By that time I think I annoyed the staff. I moved out of state and haven't been back to this dentist. Yesterday 9/9/25 I went to have an exam and a cleaning. I was seen by Dr Patel. I was told that front area needed another filling, actually told it would need a crown but we would try filling it again. The hygienist was 2 days hired (she told me) she cleaned the plaque off my teeth but did not polish them, in which the polish is what most people know as them being cleaned. She gave me no explanation on why she wasn't going to finish my cleaning, she just stated she wouldn't be polishing them. She asked if I wanted a fluoride treatment, I said yes and she put something on my teeth and I paid 30 dollars for the fluoride and left. I went to the front desk and scheduled the fillings. I was told it would cost 137.20. She 6 my insurance covered the other 80%. She said I need a crown that would cost a few hundred, but we would talk about that later. 9/10/2025 I came in for my fillings and asked if my teeth could be polished as well because my cleaning from the previous day wasn't completed. Dr. Patel drilled into my teeth, it felt very different when Dr Reich had done it the first time. I felt as she was putting a lot of holes in my teeth. When she finished she has a huge hole right in the front of my mouth. I literally felt like a jack-o-lantern. I kept telling her I hated it. I needed the gap gone and my two front teeth to be even. She continued to fix it and leaving the gap in the front of my mouth. I went to the front to pay, now I was being charged 150.00, with a hole in front of my mouth that I didn't have when I came there. I turned around and went right to the back and told Dr Patel I could not walk around like that. I was getting upset but still trying to maintain control. She then said she would fix it and then closed the hole in the front of my mouth. That's after I had her pull up my teeth to show her I didn't have a huge chipped tooth in the front. It was a small chip that I had since 2015 when Dr. Reich fixed it. It was not even that noticeable that's why Dr. Reich didn't want to continue messing with it in 2015. Dr. Patel had my mouth looking crazy!!! Then after she finally closes the gap she didn't shave it down, they hygienist put paste on a tool and ran it across my teeth and called it a polish that I didn't get from the day before , I'm sitting here at work running my tongue across the back of my teeth wondering if it's going to break and I will have a huge hole that was worse than before I came back there. I am supposed to get a crown but I'm afraid this lady is trying to destroy my teeth. read more

My crown fell out on Labor Day and I was able to have it fixed first thing the next day. Dr. Patel and dental assistant Kim were very patient and understanding with my tooth sensitivity. I will go nowhere else for dental care. The office is relaxing and the staff members are professional and inviting. Thank you Reich Dental for all the years of care! read more

Dental care is wonderful but be ready for your phone experience to be both non-responsive and rude! They need to answer the phones, listen! to voicemails, and respond to voicemails promptly and politely! read more

Disappointing Customer Experience: Over the past two years, I've been a patient at Rieht Dental in Smyrna, Georgia, and unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating due to repeated scheduling issues and lack of consideration for patients' time. There have been four separate occasions where I had to accommodate their scheduling changes, often at the very last minute. On two occasions, I was already en route when I was informed that something wasn't ready on their end, forcing me to reschedule after I had already arranged time off from work. On another visit, I arrived at their office only to be told, once again, that the necessary work wasn't ready, and I would need to come back. Despite these disruptions, I tried to remain understanding, rearranging my schedule multiple times to accommodate their delays, including lab issues. Recently, I had a personal matter come up and called 24 hours in advance to reschedule. I'll admit, on another occasion, I was running late, which was my error. However, after being so accommodating of their repeated delays and missteps, I expected the same understanding in return. Instead, I felt dismissed and treated like a number. This office has shown little regard for the time and effort their patients invest in appointments. I hope they reevaluate their approach to patient care and improve their processes. I would like to point out that I was asked to sign a document communicating that I would be charged a $50 fee for a no-show under the disguise of updating my medical. So, update...my insurance officially allows me to call Dr. Reich and team my official dentist now! I legit never thought I would be so happy to have a dentist to visit and surely never thought I would look forward to it! Since becoming in network I have visited twice...once for you standard check up/clean and a second time for a deep clean. On both occasions the Tech's and Dr's were absolutely fantastic! In addition, the front desk and billing staff are always so helpful and accommodating. Additionally, the facilities are so nice, welcoming and comfortable from the lobby to the dental rooms. The chairs in the dental rooms not only have a TV attached, but are also massage chairs. So, they understand anxiety and try to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during your visit! Overall, pumped to be able to have Reich Dental as my official dental office now! read more

Have been trying to get reimbursed for over payment i made. Now going on 2 months of false information we will be mailing you a check to we didn't have new address on file, mailed it and voided check. Went to office after being told to come to get payment. When I arrived I was waiting for over 1 hour to be told dentist was not available to sign check. I was also told to call before I come to make sure doctor has time to sign the check. Office manager has no accountability for her mistakes. Have left last message on their voice mail since they never call You back will take legal action if not resolved and report to licensing authorities this is crazy it's only 210 dollars not thousands of dollars you'd think they would just pay you what you over paid since they are no longer your dentist read more

I must say that I had a great experience at Reich Dental Center. Brittany at the Front desk was very efficient, she knew who I was once I walked in the door and was very welcoming. I love how the doctor broke down my treatment plan. I enjoyed my Hygienist Becca she was very prompt and gentle when she put the x-ray. I love the fact that how Becca educated me on how to really floss. Overall I would say my experience was A-1, I'll definitely recommend them to anyone that's looking for a dentist office. read more

I've gone here for the last 5 years and I would always see Dr Wingad who is professional and absolutely amazing. However the last time I visited she was out on maternity leave and I was seen by her mother Dr Reich. This was my FIRST and only interaction with Dr Reich and this is solely why I am giving 1 star. The minute she walked into my exam while the dental hygienist and I were consulting about a chip on my tooth, she cut us off. She never introduced herself, as I've never met this woman in my life. She proceeded to just stand over me and look at the computer screen and abruptly said she wasn't able to help me. From there I asked to be let up (in the chair) because I certainly didn't want to waste my time, let alone be in her face any further, as I got the sense that it wasn't worth her time even consulting with me. The minute I left out, I decided to sit in their parking lot before driving off to discuss with a coworker of mine about what just happened. She referred me to Midtown Dental - near Ponce. I was able to drive off with a new appointment on the books! They have been nothing short of amazing and PROFESSIONAL. I pay a lot of money towards medical, dental and vision insurance and I certainly won't be treated like crap when I'm in need of service. If you want to be treated with a lack of bedside manner and disrespected by Miss Trunchbull be my guess. read more

I would not recommend Reich Dental in general at this point. They have expanded so much that the quality and doctor bedside manner has tanked. I went in because my crown had chipped. I saw doctor Lewis for 5 seconds as it seems they completely rely on dental assistants for everything. The 1st dental assistant told me the tooth was my tooth and not a crown. The dentist came in and said it was a crown. The 2nd dental assistant took Xrays and barely knew hot to handle the machine that does it. Then I was told to come back the next day for a same day crown. The dental assistant said it would be $590 with no explanation of what I was getting or what my options were. The dentist never came back to provide any explanation either. Anyway, I come back the next day for the same day crown only to for them to say oh we need more Xrays because the assistant didn't get the root. I asked would I be charged and they said no. Of course not looking at my bill, I was charged. Dr Wingad came in and said hello and then just proceeded to stick a needle in my mouth with no conversation or explanation. Furthermore, the dental assistant (NOT THE DENTIST) created the crown on a screen and then I had to wait 2 hours for the crown to come out of the oven. She fits the crown in my mouth and it looks horrible and too short. She then explained the machine doesn't create a longer tooth (That matched my other teeth) so there was nothing she could do. I explained to her there was no way I was paying for it and I wanted my crown to be sent off to the lab with a mold of my teeth. However, she took more pictures (not a mold) and sent it to the lab. I went back a week later and saw Dr Wingad again and she proceeds to stick me with the needle again with little conversation and then started drilling in my mouth. She didn't ask was I completely numb. I had to raise my hand to let her know I felt pain. I received the lab made crown which still wasn't 100% to my liking and my mouth was super sore for days. I have been going to Reich for 8 years and have never received the poor level of service I received the last 2 weeks. There is no bedside manner or conversation anymore. It is all about the money. They have dental assistants that have no idea what they're doing and the actual Dentists barely give you conversation. I will NOT be going back and would not recommend! read more

I would not recommend this dentist. I have been a patient for several years and had been quite pleased. As this practice has grown, their quality of service and level of professionalism by the office staff has declined. I had a terrible experience with a crown, which I believe they created when they offered other treatments over the course of a year instead of just directly addressing what was at that time a minor issue. I feel like they watched the problem worsen, and only directly addressed it when I started experiencing pain. I won't go into the horrific details, but an extremely inexperienced person rooted around in mouth so long that the Novocain wore off. After almost a year, my issue still hasn't been resolved. When I last visited, they said "if we can't fix it next time, we will send you to a specialist". I am not sure why they didn't send me to a specialist from the start. When it comes to oral health, I expect a higher level of care. I also prefer to have my dentist perform the procedures vs. pop in to check on the work being performed by junior staff. read more

I wanted to like this dental practice but the office personnel are not transparent in their practices. They did not submit claims to my insurances properly. But have they mailed me anything so I can submit to my insurances myself... nope. I called the office twice. Each time the person on the other end was supposed to have a "Brittany" get back to me. We'll just start this review by saying that my teeth are in rough shape. I'm finally in a financial position to take care of some long-standing issues, so I was already in the middle of considering my options and finding a dentist to get started with, when I broke a tooth that already had some issues. I quickly found Reich through my insurance provider's find-a-doc tool, read their reviews, and then filled out their online appointment request form. I got a call from Kayla, who made the appointment for a few days hence (she offered a next-day appointment, but I was unable to take it because of work), and directed me to the new-patient forms, conveniently housed online to avoid the awkward form-on-a-clipboard dance at the first appointment. I handled all of that, then simply waited for the appointment. From the moment I entered Reich, I felt comfortable and welcome. The ambiance is lovely - very inviting and pretty. I only waited a few minutes, and then I was called back for x-rays and an exam. Dr. Hughes and Brittany were both phenomenal. Again, my teeth are in very bad shape, but they both took their time to answer my questions, explain my options, and help me formulate a plan to get all of my issues addressed. Brittany told me at one point that I "would have a healthy smile by the end of the year," and I legit almost cried. They prioritized my issues in order of severity and importance, and referred me to Kennestone Endodontics (I have reviewed them, as well) for a root canal (or possibly three - but as it turns out, I only need the one, yay!). Once all of that was done, Brittany cleaned my teeth and sent me out the door with follow-up appointments and a clear outline of what happens next. I cannot recommend this practice strongly enough. They are all friendly and efficient and never made me feel shame, or fear, or most importantly, pain, during my visit with them. Do NOT go to Reich Dental! Almost everything about my experience was awful. The 1st dentist I saw had absolutely no personalitty. She informed me I needed two crowns and basically walked out. I have never had anything wrong except fillings so this came as a huge surprise. I brush. I floss. I use a water pic. I use mouthwash and fluoride. I whiten my teeth. I am meticulous about my oral hygiene. I decided to return for the procedure but with another doctor at the practice. She is a nice and kind person. However, I am unhappy with her work. BOTH crowns are painful! I can't chew anything or drink anything cold on that side of my mouth. The answer...you need root canals now. What?!? The pain isn't even the worst part. With the new crown, my night guard no longer fit. And, worst of all, a tooth shifted ruining my bite. Guess what the dentist said..."it certainly wasn't the crown that caused this. Sometimes teeth just move." Well, I had braces in college and that tooth hasn't moved since then! That's 30 years ago, but it's not the crown? That's the only thing it could have been. PERIOD! It gets worse. I got scanned for a new night guard. It was supposed to take 2 weeks and 1 day. On the day of my appointment to pick it up, I receive a call stating there was an issue with the scans and they need to be redone. WHAT?? How do you not know this asap? You figured this out after 2 weeks and 1 day? Ridiculous! I know some reviews rave about the practice. I did NOT find my experiences acceptable AT ALL! read more

LOVE this office! I moved to Georgia recently and came across the Smyrna office based off of my location and the reviews. The atmosphere of the office is amazing. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival and quickly seen. I came in for a cleaning which went very well. They also give first time patients a cute little gift! I had to return a week later to receive fillings which Dr Reich performed. She was very quick and efficient. Dr Reich & her team are truly amazing! Customer service skills are exceptional & the technology used is definitely top notch. They even have massage chairs for patients when being serviced! The massage is optional. New to the Smyrna Georgia area so this was a new patient first time visit. This was absolutely the best dental visit I have ever had. I am positive I have never had a more thorough dental exam and cleaning. There were many x-rays for me to view on every tooth with an evaluation of my gum health prior to the cleaning itself. Dentists aren't generally your favorite doctors but they are one of the most important doctors. It's imperative that you have a dentist and hygienist that listens and takes time with you. I needed a new dentist so decided to give this group a try. Scheduling my first appointment was very easy. And you are reminded about your upcoming appointment multiple times. Check in was quick and simple. I was seen almost immediately. Very modern facility with televisions over each chair and they'll change the channel for you. The hygienist was friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist I saw was Dr. Hughes who is friendly and professional. I have since returned for a second visit to get some dental work which was painless and a breeze. As a new patient, I was pleased. read more

This is not about the level of competency as I don't have an issue with the treatment itself, but I want to highlight a practice regarding billing and charging that I would characterize as deceiving. I had a bridge that failed. I went to Reich Dental Center for evaluation and I was told that the best way of treatment would be implants. The dentist pointed out that this is a two stages procedure, implants and capping. Reich Dental don't do the implant themselves and therefore referred me to a dental surgeon. The Dentist said that once the implants are in place, I should come back to cap them. They said that the cannot tell me the cost of the implants, but most of the capping cost would be covered by my insurance. I went and did the implants, however, Reich Dentals never mentioned or acknowledge, that most of my annual allowed insurance coverage would be exhausted by the implant surgery. When I came back to do the capping, I asked specifically about the insurance cost. They said that the vast amount will be submitted to the insurance, completely ignoring the fact that I had a surgery for the implants and the capping would be out of bound. They submitted the claim which was obviously denied and I left with the bill of $2,327. Should they have mentioned the possibility of exhausting my annual insurance allowance, I would have delayed the procedure to the following year so I could have it covered. Reich Dental Center make you sign a form stating that you are responsible to any cost not covered by insurance which is pretty standard, but that should not release them of the obligation, to be transparent regarding insurance coverage. They should have been more forthcoming from the get go. read more

I had an awesome experience as a new patient. I was able to fill out paperwork online and just sign in office. However, they didn't have my paperwork ready when I got there and had to wait 10-15 minutes before I was taken back. The X-ray and cleaning went smoothly. They even had HD camera to show exactly what issues were discovered with teeth. I highly recommend and look forward to future appointments. read more

I received dental cleaning like twice, very light fluoride treatments. Clean office friendly staff. Hard to park though.

Best dentist I've ever been to! 1) The chairs have a massage function, tv to play whichever cable station you'd like (I usually watch HGTV) and they give you sunglasses for the blinding "mouth" light. 2) They use quality "materials", like white fillings for cavities and Porcelain fused to metal for crowns. (I know because my teeth are basically fake at this point.) 3) Dr. Cooney is the #1 dentist to ever give me a numbing shot. I have serious terror and anxiety before shots and she does it in such a way that I almost don't feel anything at all. Seriously. She does this gum massage trick that makes it SO much more bearable. Also...as a bonus, when I got the numbing shot, they gave me a stress ball to squeeze and were SUPER kind about everything. I recently moved and am going to have to make a longer trek to get to the office, but it'll be well worth it. read more

I am absolutely ecstatic about Dr. Reich and her entire team of professionals. I started going back in the early 2000's when her office was much smaller. I got away for about seven years and returned three years ago. I am quite pleased to receive the very same high level of professionalism, friendliness and expertise. They still discuss my dental & gum health with me, share available options (with the pros & cons), recommend the best one and allow me to choose which works for me and my wallet. I'm even more delighted with their state-of-the-art center, from massage chairs in every room, TV's that offer every cable station, sunglasses to block bright lights & every other thoughtful amenity to help your dental experience be more enjoyable (or palatable). :-) It's well worth the drive from Tucker every three to six months. Wow! What a bummer, my earlier review is missing. I actually, did a review on my visit for this week. I don't know what happened it never posted. I am not going back to rewrite that entire review, that's for sure. But I will comment briefly. Here's goes . . . I found it a pleasure going to the dentist. There has never been an unsatisfactory experience. The staff is totally customer-friendly. My favorite treat of the day is relaxing in the massage chair while getting treated. Yes, you must wear a mask while there. It is totally a sanitized place to come. Of course, they are checking temperatures. I tell you, "They are on it." And it's all for our safety.
