My kiddo recently became a new patient of Dr Evans and we had a great intro appointment. We first arrived on time to our appointment and my son had fun playing in the waiting room while we waited about 10 mins before being brought back (kind of an awhile, but it was fine). Alexia was our dental hygienist and she was wonderful! She was personable, patient and easy to talk to as she guided my son through X-rays and a cleaning. When we saw Evetts she was quick and efficient with her time, but remained nice. Once the appointment was over, we checked out and scheduled easily. They had a toy dispenser that was being filled when we checked out,, and they ended up giving my son two toys for patiently waiting. He was raving about them for the next week. All in all we had a good experience here! read more

We have had the best experience here with our 4 year old son. We have been going here for a year and on his 3rd visit he finally allowed them to take xrays. He also was put more at ease with the Hygienist. They have a fun waiting area with a movie on and things for kids to play with. The area where the kids get their teeth cleaned is decorated really fun and all the staff have been great. read more

This used to be the best pediatric dentistry place. The dentist's & hygienists are great, but their management is A MESS, so it resulted in appointment & billing MISTAKES. APPOINTMENT MESS: We had to reschedule our appointments for our 2 kids in January 2023 I called several days in advance, but didn't get a return call. The 2nd time I called, a female staff said they had an opening for 2 slots the next day at 2:20pm, which I confirmed. This lady also confirmed that no information update was needed for our account. So, we got there to find out that they did NOT put the appointments in the system, so they told us to just leave. The manager didn't admit to the mistakes, offered me nothing, & was unwilling to reach out to the dentists or hygienists to accommodate us. She was also unwilling to find an alternate appointment times that would accommodate our work schedules & school schedules since I already had to take off work schedule & my kids had to miss some school for the nonexistent appointment. Dr. Wright finally stepped in & arranged for us to see him that day then return another day for cleaning by hygienists. So, I was grateful for Dr. Wright's professionalism that day. BILLING MESS: When son returned with hubby for half of the regular routine appointment, they charged "new" $35 copay. When I returned for daughter's cleaning, manager assured me that it was a mistake & she would send a refund check. Instead of a refund check, we received an overdue bill for $168 in April 2023. I called & talked to Alyssa, bc apparently the older lady who was supposed to be the temporary manager was out on medical leave. She assured me that the bill was due to incorrect billing & she would resubmit to insurance correctly & our balance would be $0. Well, 2 days ago, July 13, we received ANOTHER BILL for the same $168! I sent them the email correspondence with Alyssa, but no responses yet. BEWARE of this practice. Dr. Sullivan and her staffs are amazing. My son had a tooth exaction today under a general anesthesia. The procedure was very smooth and it's better than I expected especially he is non verbal with autism. There is no bleeding or any other side effects. He is back to himself and running around after 30 minute with no pain. I'm so thankful for Dr. Sullivan and her team. Dr. Wright and his team have been nothing but GREAT. The facilities are top notch, with plenty of entertainment and decorated insanely nice! They even have TVs on the ceiling above the dental chairs. They are great with my 2 year old, and even were able to get in her mouth when she was only 1 for her first check up. My daughter is still in the stage where she has no idea what's going on, so she freaks, but they let us hold her and have great techniques for dealing with the little ones. I agree that starting dental appointments as soon as they are 1 is a great idea. At the end of the appointment ,they gave my daughter a gold coin and let her go to the "machines" and put her coin in- it dispenses a toy or bouncy ball.. whatever they pick. I was recommended Dr. Wright when I first moved to this area. I've had bad experiences with other pediatric dentists so I wanted a dentist that was already seen by someone I knew to provide me with their personal experience. Out of our 3 kids, the baby of the family has been the most challenging when going to any kind of appointment, whether medical, dental, or eye appt. Our visits here have been beyond my expectation! The work she has had to get done involved nitrous oxide and anesthesia, and both times their staff was so patient with her when giving her the "funny juice" beforehand. She has done so well when she had to get work done and both Dr. Wright and Dr. Sullivan were always so patient and understanding with all of our kids. What tops all of this and really blew me away was the after hours availability. Last night, my daughter was running in the kitchen and slipped on water. She hit her mouth and one of her front teeth was almost knocked out. The refrigerator magnet I got from them literally says, "Tooth hurting? Call us first, we'll answer!" So I did. At 8:45pm I left voicemail (gave daughters first and last name and DOB) at the after hours number given and not even 30 mins later Dr. Wright himself called me back and was referencing her X-rays that he already had pulled up when walking me through what we could do. Tooth was ready to come out already but I didn't have the nerves to tug or pull that last firm grip the tooth seemed to have so he scheduled me for the next morning at 7am. This was such a relief! Dr. Wright and Dr. Sullivan are so amazing and would absolutely recommend them!!! It can't get better than this. read more

Every time we come here from the moment we walk in to the moment we leave the place is just filled with good attitudes and professionalism from every single staff member from the front desk staff all the way to the dentists. The excellent care doesn't just stop at good attitudes and professionalism but you can tell that they all are especially good with children. Every aspect of the dental visit is tailored to making it a good experience for the child and my daughter gets so excited to go every time. The building is clean, brightly colored, and has kid friendly fun games even in the lobby to keep them entertained. We very much look forward to returning for our regularly scheduled cleaning and I don't have enough good things to say about this dental practice. Their office policy doesn't allow "siblings without an apt to go in the back during the apt". I came in for a 6month apt for my 6 yr old and 5 yr old. We've been coming here for almost 3 years. I also had to bring my 1 yr old (no apt). They wouldn't let me go back with the kids because MY 1 YEAR OLD TODDLER DIDNT HAVE AN APT. How ridiculous is that. No exception. No compassion. Rules are rules. Very rigid and heartless. Is this a Pediatric office or a correctional facility? Like what the heck... you're here to serve children and can't even work with the parents. I will never return to this place. Lack of heart and compassion. There was no way I was comfortable allowing a 6 yr old and 5 yr old by themselves in 2 separate rooms without my presence. By the way, last year they put my kids into the "big kids" room, I had my baby on my hip, and they were next to each other and THEY WERE JUST FINE. Why they decided this visit had to be different, I have no idea. Inconsistent "rules". Just proves they don't have parents best interests in mind. read more

MONEY HUNGRY! We brought our child in for 2 teeth that were hurting him. After inspection the doctors recommended treating those 2 teeth plus approximately 5 other issues that were minor and couldn't be noticed by looking into his mouth. Nothing wrong with that. Until they informed us he would need to be put to sleep to do ALL the work and would need an anesthesiologist. When I asked her if we can just take care of what's hurting him asap and go with the rest of the treatments at another time because he is only having pain in 2 teeth. She said she would ask the doctor and call back that day (Friday) or on the first Monday after. She didn't call back for 10 total day. And when she did she said the doctor told her that they can only do the entire treatment only. Which would total over $3000 for a 4 year old. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND MONEY HUNGRY! They were forcing the entire job at once because that is what would require the anesthesiologist. How do you have the heart to not even treat a child in pain. It's really sad to know this is what motivated people rather than taking care of people. Unwilling to work with us is very sad. And we have the money but it won't be spent here. It will be with someone who cares about our kids pain and fixing that specific issue. And not trying to put down a 4 year old just to make extra money. read more

This pediatric dentistry office is outstanding! Staffs are friendly and welcoming. I called for a new patient appointment sick visit for my baby and surprisingly got in the same day. We came back for a routine check up for my little one, professional levels and friendly gratitudes from everyone were the same. That's a plus not to mention, I received a hand written thank you card afterward from her hygienist with stickers on it :) read more

Their COVID protocol makes no sense. They do no require masking, but only allow one parent to go back with the child. My husband and I both took off work to take our 2 year old to the dentist, because we are engaged parents who understand it is critical that children understand both parents are engaged in their life and development (I recognize this is a luxury few parents have). 6 months prior when COVID was worse we were both allowed to go back. Additionally, our pediatrician has been letting two parents in for over a year. Let's stop using COVID as a way to exclude one parent from important medical appointments. read more

This review is a couple weeks overdue! I cannot say enough about Dr.Corey and his assistant Jessica. My child was seen on a Friday and had the best experience to date. Both Dr.Corey and Jessica were so patient and personable the entire appointment. Jessica took the time to play with and show my child everything they would be using to calm his nerves.
