I received a coupon in the mail for a new patient visit that included x-rays, cleaning and a consultation for $59, which prompted me to go ahead and give them a try. The service was great from beginning to ending. The hygienist was very friendly, gentle and thorough. We chatted throughout my appointment like we've know each other for years. I think her name is Kassandra. My experience with her was so great that I made an appointment for my son on the way out. They also give you a goodie bag which includes a toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and small bottle of Listerine. She also schedule my 6 month cleaning before leaving her suite.....great visit all the way around.

Then, the dental hygienist wanted to take more x-rays to bill my insurance more $$$$. I just had x rays last visit! Over the course of the last 5 years, I've been told by the office staff that I have terrible dental insurance (I'm self employed and this was a slap in the face as I'm trying to take care of my teeth) , I've had to pay out of pocket for several things because their prices at this dentist office are too high and apparently I don't have insurance through and employer like most. What pushed me over the edge today is the office staff. They called me 5 times to check insurance and no one notified me I would have to pay out of pocket and then be reimbursed. I wasted a half day of work to sit down at this clown circus for 2 minutes Y'all lost a client today.

In my adult years I got braces and later crowns to make my teeth more presettable. At age 45 I got throat cancer. The treatment required radiation and again my teeth took a beating. After having several other dentists work on my bite and general appearance I found doctor Le. Over several weeks she crowned all of my lower teeth. I already LOVE the appearance but more importantly I can chew my food properly. We will start on my upper teeth next month. Dr Le and her assistant Michelle made an unpleasant process worth all the pain and discomfort. Her front office staff specifically Jocelyn always greeted me with a pleasant good morning. Furthermore I feel like the cost / price was reasonable. A BIG THANK YOU TO DR LE AND ALL OF HER CREW.

I had Davis do a crown and I had severe swelling , pain and bleeding that continued for days. I went back to see Davis with these complaints and he said it's the bite . So he drilled the crown down and said that it would be better. The pain , swelling and bleeding continued, I returned to see Davis with these same complaints and again he said it's the bite and wanted to do more drilling to the crown. At this point I'm very upset!!! Davis said give it five more days to heal ... or I can do a root canal right now!! I said no , I'm going to get a second opinion! I was in so much pain I went in for emergency services with another doctor. The crown was removed and I was on meds for 10 days - every four hours I had to take them. I was told that if I had waited five more days as Davis suggested it could have been worse/ or fatal . Davis is not a good dentist!! The tooth was extracted and replaced with an implant, this is what should have been done by Davis but he wanted to put me through unnecessary procedures for money. I contacted his office and demanded a refund, they agreed as long as I signed a release form, meaning I would not hold him accountable for what he did or did not do . He cleared my debt with the loan company but I had to contact my insurance company to get my insurance funds back because even though they agreed to refund money to insurance they never did. Davis is an idiot Putting someone's health and life in danger for monetary gain. I don't recommend this dentist !!! Davis is either not experienced or a scammer wanting to make money for unnecessary work.

Dr. B always appears to remember me which is great. I switched here after a different dentist told me to have my wisdom teeth removed, and offered to do it right there in his office. Dr B also recommend I get them out but explained why for long term health. She didn't even want to do the procedure. I ignored her for a year. She never shamed me, only cleaned them and remind me that long term there could be issues. Being that my father was a dentist, we often chat about why people avoid the dentist. Dr Bs point is usually how cheap it is for her to clean your teeth, and how much pain and money it will save in the long run. If you don't go. GO! GO SEE THEM!!!!
