I am writing as a…read morewitness to share how the front desk experience with receptionist Teresa, has been consistently unprofessional and inappropriate. On multiple occasions, Teresa ignored us at check-in and check-out because she was talking on her personal phone or sometimes because she is chatting with others. She always makes us wait without acknowledgment, and when we did approach the desk, she was visibly irritated and made rude facial expressions. Worse, Teresa is always spoking loudly about other clients and their children, mocking and making disrespectful comments where everyone could hear. She was even talking incredibly loud about her own personal matters, including how she's having a baby, getting tax money, and was being mad because her baby's father gives money to his other child's mother -- all conversations we can hear in the waiting room. The last incident was especially upsetting: she openly gossiped about my niece, and her parents by name to another staff member while we were sitting right there. This made us feel disrespected and humiliated in a place where families should feel supported and safe. I want to make it clear that this type of unprofessional conduct will cost you clients and money. Families will refuse to come to a place where they feel mocked, disrespected, and gossiped about. As Kaiser members, we have already filed formal complaints about this establishment, and we sincerely hope you take immediate action before more families choose to leave for good.

Before starting therapy, she struggled with basic self-help tasks like getting dressed independently. Now she can put on her own clothes, shoes, and even brush her teeth by herself. These may seem like small milestones to some people, but for our family they are huge accomplishments. Kiani has been incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging throughout the process. She knows how to challenge our daughter while still making sessions enjoyable and supportive. The progress we've seen has given our daughter more confidence and independence, and we are so thankful for the care and dedication she brings to every session. We truly couldn't recommend her more.

I can't recommend Apple Tree enough! The staff there have helped my son immensely and they are all…read moreso nice and patient with him. He came in with a speech delay and no real social connection to anyone other than immediate relatives, but he's come to love it there. He actually gets excited to go and see his teachers and has memorized all the songs they sing to him. He even transitions from one activity to the next without major meltdowns as he used to. We previously tried a different speech and learning center and my son would dread going. He would have outbursts in the waiting room and not want to participate (even though the staff there seemed just as nice). But there's something about Apple Tree's structure, environment, and teaching methods that really resonate with him. They even have a parent coach and send out newsletters with helpful information that makes navigating a child with delays seem a little less daunting. Plus being able to be in the classroom with him to see him interacting and learning new techniques to manage stressful situations has helped all of us. On top of all that, we started this going to Apple Tree in the middle of COVID, and yet the precautions they take make me comfortable enough to send my 2yo there. All the teachers and therapists there seem to really enjoy what they do and it shows in the improvements my son has made.

First of the the front desk young lady I believe her name is Jen I'm awful with names always welcomes us on the days of my sons session she even greets him by name. His amazing wonderful patience OT therapist Michelle is so wonderful with him he loves coming to his sessions with her. She always greets him with a happy smile. My son has Down syndrome it can be challenging for him sometime when he needs to come to his sessions but have a OT therapist like Michelle Makes it so much fun. He has come along way with Michelle she has taught him to brush his teeth on his own with a bit of some challenges but she doesn't give up. He know him very well and this brings me so much joy knowing that we have a person who truly loves what she does and feels so proud when my son reaches a new goal. It's not easy to find office that have great therapist and people in the field that truly wants to see their patients grow. I don't know what I would do if for any reason we would have to change therapy locations. I feel truly blessed to be part of AHPT. I read some reviews and I can only speck on my experience but I had one time where I didn't like…read morebut it's tharpy they will put our children on uncomfortable situations because that's what they need to do to progress when I express my concerns they explained everything. They are very honest and I appreciate that. My son does speech, OT and PT and the are careful with my son safety and the safety of others. I do recommend this place my oldest daughter does PT and she gets so excited to go and tells me she wishes she can go daily. Again this is only my experience.

And he's also autistic. 2 months into him going and him finally getting use to his therapist she quit and they put him with someone new. This caused extreme behavioral issues with the change. The front office girl is very passive aggressive and rude which doesn't work with me, I'd seriously look into hiring someone else before you get sued. Also their office is extremely dirty, couches have HUGE stains, bathroom is disgusting and it smells. I would not recommend at all.

He thrives here. He's made so much progress with both gross motor skills and occupational skills! He gets physical therapy from Byn and Jonathan who are the best!!! Both of them are so good with my son and have really helped him improve! He loves them and is always asking to go "play" with Byn and Jonathan! He also gets occupational therapy from Ms.Patty, who is also so great! She is really sweet and has helped my son grow so much! The office staff is Also so responsive and helpful!
