It was easy to pay with Zelle and I will definitely use them again in 6 months. Very reasonable price too. We're already under contract for our HVAC cleaning but I know they provide the service and I imagine they are as responsible and polite as they were with this.

Service technician Greg Martin was OUTSTANDING, explained everything in detail and was a true professional. I will specifically request him in the future, if needed. (Noise was just the pump working extra hard on these hot days) However, Customer Service (over the phone) promised an 8AM-12PM appointment and my tech arrived at 2:30 pm because they sent him somewhere else first. Although CS very nice each time I called, I had to call 4 times asking where my tech was. I believe on my 2nd call I was told Nicholas would be there by 12:00 PM. On my third call I was told 2 PM and my tech was now Greg. Therefore, I asked "So, at 2 PM when I have to call back, are you going to tell me he is stuck in traffic?". I was assured he would be there by 2:00 PM. Not the case and when I called back at 2:00 pm, lo and behold, I was told he was stuck in traffic. Get your stories straight customer service!!! Don't tell your customers falsehoods to get them off the phone!! Wondering who is going to pay my wages when I had to take the whole day off??? I did get a call from Corporate apologizing but only after I called my initial contact complaining. Corporate also stated they would address training issues to ensure this doesn't happen again.

But he and all the installers worked their butts off to get it completed in 1 and 1/2 days after thinking it could take up to 3. I cannot say enough about the install team. Amazing professional guys who went above and beyond to complete our job. The "salesperson" on the other hand kept telling me how he's been doing this for 14yrs but yet ordered the wrong boiler and also did not inform the install team about the difficult access. I asked the plumbing company to bill Allen the amount he overcharged me and I will settle the rest, so we could finish the work. The plumbing company declined to do so, saying Allen Bunker was no longer on the contract. I then asked the plumbing company for the contract, so I know what's left to be done. Got declined again. I then sent them a detailed list of things and wanted to confirm those will be covered in the remaining work. Plumbing company said I was too difficult to work with and said they would cancel the permit. Well how else do I know what I am paying for? Finally, the company said they would take me to court for slander if I post negative reviews about them. I view my requests as reasonable and I can back up what I said. Sounds like they need to bring a lot of people to court then. All the time they sided with Allen (from their actions mentioned above) while insisting that they don't want to get involved in this. T+K showed up after 2 days with no heat and said they could not find a problem when It was obvious that there was an error code on the furnace. T+K did however install a thermostat while they were there but didn't tighten the terminals and therefore created an additional problem. To T+K, Leaving the disabled without heat for 5 days and then creating additional problems to repair is not a good business model.
