A branch fell on the windshield and hood. But they listed EVERY single scratch that weren't there when car left our house, from front bumper and lights to wheel and rear bumper. They convinced the insurance company to call the car totaled. My neighbors were witnesses to the branch fall and we all thought that we were incredibly lucky that it was only the hood and windshield. I understand that glass needs to be cleaned out, but see the photos for yourself. They made up damages that couldn't possibly have happened from this branch. Someone is selling parts or fixing up minor damage to resell. Justin and Keith were extremely disrespectful to us. Justin actually refused to show us the car the day that we showed up to review the damages. They are hiding something. It's not right. The next letter I am writing is to the BBB.

I really appreciate Les and the friendly and personalized service he provides. He also stands by…read morehis work. I bring both our Honda's, an Odyssey and a Civic to him regularly. He has done brakes, alternators, and other regular maintenance. He does what is necessary and doesn't over sell. He is quick and responsive. Most recently I've had two great experiences. 1: About 6 months after doing the brakes on my civic, there was a squealing and I asked him to check. He found that debris had gotten into one of the brakes and fixed it complimentary even though there's no evidence that that couldn't have happened independently of the job he had just done a few months before. 2: my wife recently broke down on the side of the highway and Les was able to fix the alternator and battery within a day, which was really appreciated as my wife relies heavily on the van with our 4 kids.
