Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this dealership. They are scam artists and will gladly take your money and let you drive away with a car full of every problem imaginable. I went to buy a vehicle from them, they assured me everything was in good condition and the car was ready to be sold, I drove two and half hours with my mother. When we got there the car looked okay visually and ran okay, if you weren't mechanically inclined then you'd never know you're being sold a piece of junk. They fix and clean the cars just enough to run well and look okay to secure the sale. Car had a cracked exhaust just behind the muffler that was barely hanging on, the ac didn't work and the compressor was completely broken and seized, the belt was sliding right over the seized pulley. The front headlight was out. The central exhaust gasket just after the cat was not even a proper gasket used on an exhaust system, still not sure what the gasket thing they used was but it was not meant for an exhaust. Air filter into the engine looked like it was 6-7 years old and there was an interior panel missing that covered the fuse box. And to put the cherry on top, there was an absolutely catastrophic oil leak, the entire bottom of the engine was dripping in oil. They assured me everything worked well and there were no leaks and no issues at all with the car just for me to drive and see a complete piece of junk that at best needed $5k of work. RED FLAGS when: 1) Told viewings are by appointment only. 2) Seller gets inspection sticker for buyer. 3) Tag Line: 'Someone just stopped in before you and was interested in the auto'. Let the buyer be aware. But they were pleasantly accommodating (for what that is worth) and friendly with a smile, albeit the auto is old with high miles, AND, leaks oil which wasn't apparent for a while. * UPDATE* My fiance was told by the Southboro PD that the dealership is under investigation for theft, and they will be going to court. This dealership took $15,000 of my money and refuses to give it back. I have asked repeatedly, given them more than enough time, and all I've gotten is excuses, delays, and silence. There is no justification for keeping my money. Their behavior is completely unethical and feels outright fraudulent. Once they had the money, their attitude changed entirely. Calls and messages are ignored, and any "promises" mean nothing. This has caused serious financial stress and should never happen to a customer.If you are considering doing business here, don't. There are plenty of dealerships out there that won't take your money and refuse to return it. I am now forced to pursue other legal options just to get what is rightfully mine. read more

Extremely dangerous repair shop, my Toyota Tacoma was serviced to replace a lower steering shaft and wheel bearing (Front left pictured) Upon taking possesion of my vehicle, in reverse there was noise from where the wheel bearing was replaced. The repair had caused a rupture in the brake line nearly causing an accident in my drive home. **The truck was later towed back to the shop for repair, I was not refunded for the ineffective and unsafe labor hours performed or refunded for the tow. I had a full diagnostic analysis performed 2 days prior by a Toyota dealer with no required repairs elsewhere on the vehicle to include the brakes and brake lines. My journey with central motors started when my car completely shut off, while driving! Riding down route 9, my car was dead! By what could seem to only have been fate itself, I found myself right in front of central motors. If your car is going to die, it might as well die in front of a mechanic. I jumped out of my car and ran up to the first person I saw, and they immediately came to my rescue. Who I know now as Nick and Kyle, opened the hood, and assured me, by what happened, that it didn't look good. They calmly and thoroughly explained that I was getting no compression in my engine, and that my timing belt had snapped while I was driving. Of course I was upset, but Nick told me that I could wait to make my decision, my car would be safe until I figured out things on my part. Already, I felt at ease. I knew what was wrong right away, and I could gather my thoughts. While the guys found some other issues with my car, they worked with me to fix what was necessary and explain every step along the way. This place was a nightmare. They sold me a car so bad it lasted less than a year. When inspection time rolled around, the cost of repairs needed to pass just wasn't worth it. The real corker was multiple repairs required were direct results of things "fixed" by Central Motors. To make matters worse, Michael kept making things up as he went along. Things breaking were "features". He told me the Lemon Law wouldn't apply to the situation at hand even though I had the text from the attorney general's office in front of me saying it would. He kept bragging about how he left big dealers to do things the right way. I kind of want his work history because if what Michael did was even acceptable, never mind better than, anywhere else, I really need to never set foot in that establishment. Well, Where do I begin.. We purchased a used Toyota Matrix from here a little over a year ago. They had the car we were looking for at a decent price. When asked if he would budge on the price at all we were assured that he could not as all cars were completely gone over and any issues with them were fixed before they were sold. All I can say is that this was not the case at all. After having the car for a couple of weeks we got a check engine light for an O2 sensor. An easy enough fix and since we live so far away from Central Motors the owner told me to take it to my local mechanic and to send him an estimate. Well when he got the estimate he told me he could do it himself cheaper and to bring it straight to him. Apparently Central Motors had a communication breakdown with my mechanic as the work had been done and an unpaid bill was waiting. Central Motors only agreed to cover about a third of the bill from my mechanic. So it was money out of my pocket to fix that issue. Remember that this was happening when gas was expensive, so I had not yet filled the gas tank completely. After having the car for a month and a half or so I filled the tank up all the way for the first time since I purchased it. Gas came pouring out underneath the car due to an apparently large hole in the top of the gas tank. I took it to them and they agreed to swap the tank out. A few months after that we got another check engine light. It was an evap code and I noticed that the gas tank was leaking again when I filled the tank all the way although at this point it was only a trickle. Not having the money to fix it for a while, I took it to my mechanic and apparently Central Motors did a Mickey Mouse job and rigged a Toyota Corolla gas tank on the car instead. In order to do that they had to rig it on there and it was not sealed properly. Wonderful.. Do not trust these guys!! read more

I recently bought a Jeep Liberty from Central Motors. First of all, after a couple test drives, I found a couple issues. Central fixed all of them. He cared for my well being on the road as well as my concerns. We recently have had a couple more little issues, I texted over the July 4th holiday weekend, not expecting a response until 7/5/17. I received a response almost immediately. It was brought in today and they are fixing and holding the car for one day to ensure no other issues. The sale was as easy as ever. The service I received, has been well above average. Everyone at the dealer was welcoming, professional, and enthusiastic. I had see several other cars at other dealers, but this small team felt very different which, ultimately, made my car buying decision easier. The facility is small, but well run. The cars are serviced on site. Though the cars here may be pre-owned I never felt like I was getting the stereotypical "used-car" service. I may be just heading down again if they get the car/truck I'm looking for next. I highly recommend checking out Central Motors, they have a quality business approach I really appreciated. read more
