She was patient, helpful, and personable! She gave tours, told us our options, and was thorough while I was signing. She made paperwork not bad at all since we were chatting as she was getting all the paperwork done. She was helpful explaining between the units. Once things were signed, she helped clean our unit and even wiped down the sides for us. She said she sprayed the unit with her own special concoction to help repel bugs naturally. Courtney made this process so easy and spending some time with her today was the definite highlight of my storage space saga today!

I have been a customer with Public Storage for the past three years and have made every single payment on time. When I first rented my unit, my monthly rate was $115.00. Over time, my rent steadily increased to $242.00 per month. Whenever I inquired about the significant increases, I was told by the onsite employee, Brandi, that the higher rate was due to increased rental fees. However, when I went into the office this past weekend to notify staff that I had moved out, I overheard Brandi informing another customer that the exact same unit size was currently being offered at promotional rates between $60.00 and $115.00 per month. When I asked why I was paying $242.00 for the same unit, she laughed and told me, "The trick is to keep moving units around so the rental fee stays low." It would have been helpful--and fair--to have been informed of this option at any point over the last year or two. Instead, I continued paying significantly higher rates while promotional pricing was clearly available. This feels misleading and inconsistent, especially when some customers are made aware of strategies to reduce their costs while long-term, loyal customers are not. Additionally, I experienced ongoing customer service issues, including unanswered calls and messages, limited office availability, and office hours that are not practical for customers who work standard 9-5 schedules. I believe your company should re-evaluate how pricing transparency and customer service are handled at this location. Long-term customers who consistently pay on time should not feel penalized for their loyalty. I would appreciate a review of my account and an explanation regarding the rate discrepancies. Beware! I thought it was a safe storage since you need an access code to get in and they have…read morecameras, but I was wrong. The cameras they have installed are really bad quality and the video footage is so pixelated. If they really cared about their customers, they would upgrade these ancient devices. After a group of men broke into our storage unit, we were not allowed to see the video footage from their cameras unless a police officer came to their office and requested it. Also, how could someone have an access code to the building unless the thief is someone who is renting one of the units. Either that, or it was an inside job. The office also said that the thief might have just pushed the door in to get access to our unit since the lock did not look like it had been tampered with. I thought the locks they provide are suppose to be secure? How secure are they if they can be opened by just "pushing it in"? Perhaps the thief's have a master lock. Cameras inside the halls could also be helpful.
