After a busy holiday, moving storage spaces was definitely not on my bingo card, but was on my husband's (like what???)! Courtney is the manager there and she is absolutely wonderful. She was patient, helpful, and personable! She gave tours, told us our options, and was thorough while I was signing. She made paperwork not bad at all since we were chatting as she was getting all the paperwork done. She was helpful explaining between the units. Once things were signed, she helped clean our unit and even wiped down the sides for us. She said she sprayed the unit with her own special concoction to help repel bugs naturally. Pretty standard storage that meets expectations with 7am-7pm access 7 days a week. Price increased by 25% ($100) within a few months of moving items in. Another increase before 1 year comes up. So about a 44% (nearly $185) increase within a year. Starting base price of $420. Now $605. If you just need a very temporary place, this place is fine. If you need a longer term storage, expect huge rate increases. I'll be looking for alternatives since my rate increased so much over such a short period of time and there will probably be similar increases within the next year. Personally, I'd prefer to know a more realistic rate and have realistic increases (5-15%) per year that matches property appreciation. Instead, they bait and increase rate astronomically which causes more moving in and out for us. read more

Ok, so between work and an impending move, this review is long overdue but first, can I just say that I think Secure Space, at least from my perspective, does a phenomenal job in hiring their team. In my experiences with them, I can honestly say there has not been one person in their organization I've encountered whether by phone or in person who was unkind, lazy, or unprofessional or who was unwilling to help; and that says a lot - which brings me to this review. I've had the privilege of working with Courtney the last few weeks. From the calming of my nerves to helping me problem solve so that I may retain my items (of course she doesn't get paid for this ) her customer service has proven top-tier. After receiving several email and phone calls regarding non-payment, I quickly back-tracked (my checking account) and realized I had not been compensated by one of my clients. Rather passing judgment, Courtney quickly threw compassion and a listening ear into gear...and it was greatly needed and appreciated. Sincerely. In closing, while there is a pending item still yet on the table, Courtney have worked with me to the point of proposing a healthy and agreeable resolve. Lastly, while I think most storage spaces are a bit pricey, this public storage space is always clean and the people here are very responsive. I love the fact that I am not always getting an automatic system and am having to speak with someone with whom I am unable to understand. Beware of the bait and switch. I see many storage facilities may be doing the same thing but at this facility I got an email a few months after I started my contract about increasing rent 70%. The manager never bothered to respond to requests for clarification . Just sent an updated cost. This is very unfortunate and dishonest. Nothing wrong with the facility itself. But I'm not a fan of this policy. read more
