I had a wonderful experience getting an ultrasound here. I did the gender confrontation package. I asked the tech to seal it in an envelope and she went above and beyond to keep it a secret. I was so happy to see my baby. I left with about 5 standard black and white ultrasound pictures plus 1 sealed with the gender displayed. The front office was very professional. I showed up late to my appointment and was able to be seen same day at a later time. (I was 2 hours late). read more

Absolutely glad that we were able to do our 3D/4D ultrasound here. We did package #7 and it was worth every penny. Marisol was the tech that assisted us both times, and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely thorough with the ultrasound in capturing the perfect images and so very patient. Our baby kept shying away and hiding his face, so we had to return for a second scan. ( they did not charge us an additional fee) Definitely recommend coming here, their packages that they offer are reasonable and you wont regret this experience. Also they emailed me all the scans that she captured, printed out a sheet of 3D/4D and I got 2 colored 4x6, and honestly the bear with my baby's heartbeat is worth the money I paid for alone. read more

Came here at 6 weeks and 5 days with my first pregnancy I didn't know what to expect as I was just coming for a confirmation ultrasound before my official appointment in a few weeks. The technician was super friendly she got great images and seeing the heart beat just had us in tears. It was clean and quiet in there and it was just a very special moment. They are very friendly and accommodating. It's a clean facility. But they need better ultrasound technicians. There were plenty of good shots but never captured in time and adjusted wrong. Not happy with any pictures. Even the heart beat recorded for the keepsake is horrible. Just pay for the more expensive places. You'll save money by not having to rebook someplace else. read more

This complaint is not aimed at the girls who preformed my ultrasound at all. Although I wish they would've offered me more, I know that they don't set the packages up or make any rules. The front desk lady and the ultrasound tech were both super patient and helpful and nice the whole time. They even went over the original time to try and get the best angle for me. They didn't rush the situation or anything of the sort. They made conversation during the whole thing and were super sweet to my boyfriend and I. The place is clean, no crazy wait times etc... My first 3D ultrasound was performed in Ontario and it couldn't have been better, but this time I was trying to give this god forsaken desert a chance at anything. And of course it failed. I normally wouldn't waste my time but I took the chance mostly for convenience. So. We had to come back twice in one day because the first time she was turned away and my placenta was in the way. Not anyones fault, I know it happens sometimes. So we come back, We begin getting better pictures this time. Overall took 4 pages of 3D pictures, took like an hour and 20 minutes. We enjoyed our time in there seeing her move around and make facial expressions and what not. So we wrap it up. I get off the table and she says "ok let me look over which *one* I'm printing for you guys today" I was instantly confused. Do I not get to pick which one/one's I want printed? that's a lot of pics to look over alone, and also, did she just say ONE picture? I was taken back. So we go out to the waiting room and she's comes out and hands us 4 EXTREMELY SHITTY Standard black and white pics. And ONE colored 3D print. I was in such disbelief and confusion I couldn't even gather words. So my boyfriend says "this is what a $65 'package' includes ?" "What about the rest of the pictures? And three of these print outs are the worst possible choice in the bunch." They chuckled and laughed it off with no real response. They said it's the package I chose / paid for . but I know it isn't because I wouldn't pay 65 for ONE 3D print and 4 shitty standard black and white ones... none of which I was able to choose. Especially when I received way more doing it my first time. Id never pay for that. I read over their website and made sure I didn't read the package details wrong, I didn't. It said I'd receive one *SHEET* of 3D prints. Meaning multiple different 3D pictures on one single sheet. I don't understand how they charge This much for pictures not even worth showing our family. one wasn't even of her face at all. Just a blurry hand. And One she looks deformed in. Just.... Such bad pics. I didn't book a 3D ultrasound for the black and white copies, I came for 3D pictures of my daughter. I was so shocked and sad. After I left, I made an another appointment for the place I went to down in Ontario and going to try this again. Huge waste of $65-70 bucks though.. taking my business elsewhere and this time I will stick to not wasting my time in the high desert. ***big waste of money*** read more

Do NOT recommend. Came here and was treated so poorly. The entire experience was awful, and when I politely called the establishment to voice my concerns I was told I am "an emotional pregnant person who has "baby daddy" problems and takes it out on others". That's so crazy to say that to a paying customer! And when I hung up because I do not tolerate that treatment, the business literally called me back, to continue to spew off hateful things to me. Also just to mention, the scans were not worth the price either. The entire scan my view of the screen was blocked but I decided not to mention it to the tech as she stated she was new and still learning so I wanted to extend my patience since I assumed I'd have multiple high quality pictures printed after the scan. Wrong !! I received 3 images printed on construction paper and then glued with a glue stick onto purple construction paper. I will NEVER come back and I will NEVER recommend this business. So I don't even know where to start to express how disappointed I am with my experience at this place. First time I went was to get my gender and they talked me into a package and I wasn't really sure what it included, but I know it had a 3D ultrasound in the package. I think the equipment is outdated because my pictures (all 3 visits) came out blurred and they were unable to get the gender, so I paid extra to come back and get it done again. But I ended up going to another ultrasound place in the same day and got my gender with no problem. I used my paid second visit for 20 weeks ultrasound for confirmation of gender. I recently went at 31 wks to get my 3d/4d ultrasound and they didn't tell me I should have a full bladder because its makes for better picture opportunity. She spent about 10 mins and only gave me black n white 2d pictures they were also horrible. After not be able to get a 3d photo she says this completes your packages and if you want try again we offer other pictures packages. I was so upset, I thanked them & I walked out. I couldn't help but be angry and upset with my whole experience. They gave no pre-visit instructions. I felt was disappointment I waited so long for this appointment to be let down. The only positive thing is that the staff is nice & office is clean. I have no idea if its policy to spend 10 to 15 mins, but I think that if they are unable to get the shoot in the session they shouldn't try and sell you additional package for another visit, they should offer a complimentary second try. I wouldn't recommend this place. I know its not the staff's fault, but they should offer confirmation calls the night before with instructions they believe work to insure that the mom to be gets the best experience possible. read more

These people are so rude and don't know how to take care of new mothers. They have no respect, and Percilla is a terrible nurse. My sister went and got a package after a bad day, they gave her one picture claiming "they wanted to save paper". Then after she was upset with her experiences he called to voice a concern and they said her hormones were controlling her. If you have the same experience voice your words while you are they're and get the managers information and tell them I sent you!! read more

The customer service is Terrible we had the last appointment of the day and Priscilla was in a rush what it seemed like and was stating the baby was being difficult which is out of our control we were then told to come back the next day and to call at 10am because that's when she'll be in when I did call at 10 she said they would be closing at 12 because of Father's Day she never said they would be closing early at the time of us leaving. She kept offering a different date that would never work for us. We gave up and went to a different place where the baby was still turned all the way around showing its back side and that place got the gender in 10 minutes clear as day, my friend called and the manager said there is nothing she could do. Do not waist your time and money! The technicians are extremely sweet but their machines are so out of date they do not deliver a clear enough picture I don't know how they are still in business. I had to come twice because the first time my bladder was not full enough. The second time I came in supposedly my placenta was in the way!? This is my second child getting the 3D experience, first time trying this place out. I should have went to the place I went the first time. I could see the face on the screen only the bottom right side of the face was covered by the placenta just the picture wasn't clear at all. So I know how it was supposed to look like. They wanted me to come back next week. My kaiser ultrasounds where better than these supposed 4D! I'm so disappointed in this place I didn't even get the damn bear. Their selection of stuffed animals where so raggedy and cheep. I just took my $65 heart beat that battery died on my way home. No joke Waist of time and money. read more

I'm so upset and disappointed I went in to find out my gender at 16 weeks they told me and confirmed that I was having a boy I started my shopping because I have nothing for a boy I'm sooo stressed out and dnt know what I'm going to do I have a bunch of boy clothes just to find out at my anatomy ultrasound that the baby is a girl idk how to feel at this point I'm sooo upset the girl confirmed to me more than 5 times that it was a boy she was sure of it she spent more than a hour and a half just checking gender ! They didn't give me the right gender now I dnt know what I'm going to do with all this boy stuff you I'm so upset and overwhelmed this has never happened to me I've been crying my eyes out since Friday! Very disappointed. Do not waste your time or money. We paid for the basic packet 55 dollar to confirm gender and came back to get the 3d as recommended after 28 weeks and paid extra 15 dollars. I followed Pricillas's instructions to have a full bladder and drink 32 oz of water and 1 cup of orange juice before my ultrasound. Then, they had me drink another 36 oz because my bladder "wasn't full enough". My bladder was full enough for them to get good images. We asked for pictures and they said that the baby wasn't cooperating even though I was able to see the babies face and features on the 3d scan. She also said because of the location of the placenta I will need to come back for another scan and it will be free. We did not get any images . Will not waste my time and return for a free scan. They tell everyone the same story to return for another scan and pay another 15 dollars and get nothing. read more

We went in for a gender scan. I found them online and the online price said $35, we get there and with sharpie on the window it says $45. Of course, it was $45 now. I was 17 weeks pregnant and we had plans to do our party the following weekend. It took 45 minutes and three people. We popped our balloon and it was pink. I went to Kaiser the next day for my anatomy scan, now 18 weeks pregnant. The ultrasound tech is 98% sure our baby is a boy. We had a party and had pink now its blue. What a waste of $45 and now I have to tell family our party was a lie. read more
