    Absolutely glad that we were able to do our 3D/4D ultrasound here. We did package #7 and it was worth every penny. Marisol was the tech that assisted us both times, and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely thorough with the ultrasound in capturing the perfect images and so very patient. Our baby kept shying away and hiding his face, so we had to return for a second scan. ( they did not charge us an additional fee) Definitely recommend coming here, their packages that they offer are reasonable and you wont regret this experience. Also they emailed me all the scans that she captured, printed out a sheet of 3D/4D and I got 2 colored 4x6, and honestly the bear with my baby's heartbeat is worth the money I paid for alone.

    I included my ultrasound pictures. Do NOT get fooled people. The technician will play you into coming back. Sadly I fell for it twice! I texted the owner Jackie & she has not responded to me. They have not returned my many calls. I really wish someone would've wrote their experience on here. I wouldn't have went and wasted my money. I feel so angry at myself for being so dumb in going there. They were supposed to have my stuff ready June 2nd. I'm hoping no one else falls for this place.

    Loved this place, clean and professional! They do have a prep process so keep that in mind. We came in on a whim! The tech Priscilla was a pro and made the experience not only fun but left us with great images!

    What a wonderful experience! Definitely will be coming back. Both Mrs. Pricilla and Mrs. Alexis are wonderful people... very friendly and very informative. My sister did a same day appointment and got so many great pictures of my nephew. Office is very clean and welcoming. Thank you ladies for such a wonderful experience i can't wait to come back!!!!

    Ultrasound tech was nice. But I wish I got to hear the heartbeat. Since I paid 45 dollars. My last sneak peak I paid 30 dollars a place in Montclair and got better pictures and got to hear my daughter's heartbeat. Thought it was expensive for what I got . I'm 18 weeks along. Very expensive

    My PCP recommended an MRI for pancreas/abdomen/kidney since a recent CT showed some abnormalities…read more I groaned because I dreaded the 40 min drive and the whole procedure. I appreciated the phone check in process the days before to avoid that new patient paperwork. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by the friendly receptionist, shown to my room on time, and met with a very thorough and careful listener tech who took my whole history. She then tucked me in, briefed me on the MRI and painlessly hooked up the contrast. I think her name was Celuma (sp?) and she was terrific. All my fears were for nothing. I even got a cup of coffee afterwards when the receptionist showed me how to work the coffee maker! Super staff... efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. 5 Stars!

    I came to Sol Radiology Victorville for a routine neck x-ray. I have had multiple imaging studies…read morehere without copays, including an MRI, so I was surprised to be charged $22 at the kiosk with no explanation. I contacted the billing department to understand what this charge was for. Instead of a straightforward answer, I spoke with two separate representatives who were rude, condescending, and aggressive on the phone. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told no. This was deeply unprofessional, especially when my only concern was understanding why this visit differed from my previous visits. Fortunately, I eventually spoke with Dustin, the lead supervisor in the scheduling department, who investigated and resolved the issue in five minutes. He explained that the kiosk had failed to process my insurance correctly and that the charge was their error. He apologized for how I was treated and stated that he would get management involved and provided his contact information incase I don't get my refund from this visit. Here's what troubles me: a billing kiosk error is understandable; staff rudeness and refusing a supervisor escalation is not. The fact that a scheduling supervisor could resolve this quickly while billing department staff gave me the runaround suggests a significant problem with how the billing department handles patient concerns. Dustin demonstrated exactly how patients should be treated, with respect and efficiency. The billing department should learn from his example. I'm posting this review because other patients deserve to know that when something goes wrong, Sol Radiology may not handle your concerns professionally. That's a serious issue for a healthcare provider and I will be looking into making sure my family and I do not need to come to this company any longer for radiology services. We will take our business elsewhere.
