I came on a holiday weekend and spent about 1.5 hours here with kids 4-6 years old. The price is great. It's not as large as some other local indoor play places, but you can definitely get your money's worth. The area to run around and tap lights was unique. My kids also liked the projected games on the back wall, which reacted to plastic balls being thrown at them. The space was clean but a little chilly. I kept my coat on the whole time. Participated and hosted a kids birthday party there and both times had a great time as did the kids. Yes, they count the heads of adults and children. It gets crowded and it's a business so I get it. I wish they weren't so strick on that though (say cheese was less strict with the non play area parents). The birthday room is decorated well and you can take the balloons at the end. Food is convection oven or air fryer pizza and nuggets for the party. Nuggets look ok and those were eaten but the pizza is less so. Burnt on one size (black crust) with areas of cheese where you can see the shredded cheese pieces and other areas where it's "smooth" cheese. Likely needs a dedicated pizza oven. I are it - reminded me of tostinos or red barron. You can bring snacks and drinks and they'll help with plates. Staff is always walking around and will remind you no food or drinks in the play area (kids or adults). The entrance is always a crowded mess but that's just how the space is set up. I get how people can get frustrated trying to get in and out, getting the desk attention, etc. but the staff seems nice at all times and I feel doing their best. read more

Could not recommend more and until about 10 minutes ago, I would have totally recommended this place as well, however I just had a terrible encounter where I was told I was going to have to pay $10 to sit in the dining area after I told them I was going to buy my daughter snacks while my husband and her played. This place is AMAZING! We brought my nephew here today for the first time and I'm so impressed by the facilities. They just opened last week and everything is brand spanking new. There are several activities to do here. The big pink castle in the middle holds up adults and children. There's a separate area for toddlers but the whole playhouse is good for young kids. The party room is an actual house! We might look into having nephew's bday here. They have lockers that you can use to put your items in...but no locks so take your wallet with you. The front has several cafe tables and chairs where you can eat snacks from their limited selection. No outside food allowed. The playhouse is right next to a car wash which isn't so nice but it's also next to a sushi restaurant. Convenient for grabbing a quick meal after playing. They offer monthly and yearly entry packages. Otherwise, pay per visit. Each person (adults and kids) pay to enter. We will definitely be back! read more

We had bday party for my son yesterday and I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the amazing boys who work here. The decoration was very cute. My little guy had a blast. All the munchkins had so much fun. The place is very clean. They have so many toys to play with. The people that work here are truly amazing. I was stressed out because I was worried since we would be bringing many boxes (foods, drinks etc). They didn't let us carry - they handled before the party and after the party. very large indoor playspace with a ton of kids. we were there for a birthday party and they had a separate room for the food and celebration that was within the play space. we were only on one side and they offer another section for play as well. the parking is horrendous in this area. was very hard to find a spot. there are workers inside the play space, overall nice spot but we spent a ton of time looking for a spot. read more

The manager here is extremely rude. I will never return. They're so hungry for money. We paid for 1 adult and 1 child to play and my husband was just going to sit on the side and they wouldn't let him enter without paying to sit down. Fast forward he went to Starbucks and came back, and our daughter wanted a juice. So he came inside to purchase the juice and the owner came to tell the clerk to charge my husbands credit card an extra adult ticket for standing on the wrong side of the door while he was purchasing the juice. ( which was overpriced by the way) Honestly that's not how you treat people! Not to mention I had my daughters party there 2 months ago and we purchased the largest birthday package and we frequently visit there during the week, just the two of us. However they way they spoke to my Husband this weekend and they way they were acting was a bit ridiculous. I love this place! My son has such a ball there. It does get packed during the weekend. Weekdays it's a lot emptier. I prefer a play place over a park where I have to chase him and all he does is run in circles. We live in the neighborhood and I have a toddler. We have a membership because my mom takes in here every day and she doesn't have to be directly on top of them and we know that he is safe. There is a lot of fun things for him to do here this place is suitable for children under the age of 10. There are multiple slides a trampoline a ball pit and even a castle that kids can climb into. Sometimes there are kids without masks here but they do their best to tell them to wear their masks. They do their best to tell people to keep their masks on and they clean up the equipment right after you. If you were planning on coming here know that one time visits are more expensive than monthly or quarterly memberships. If you have more than one child I would definitely buy an unlimited or two hour package. Because this is an excellent place to take kids during a rainy day or a snowy day. read more

We had a group play date here and had so much fun! Upon entry, you let the staff know how long you intend on staying and are given a wristband with your clock out time. There is a small area for younger babies on one side and a big ball pit with slide which the kiddos (and adults) seem to love. There are staff members walking around with vacuums to keep the space as clean as possible. Socks are mandatory and there is an age limit which I personally like as sometimes the little ones get knocked around by big kids. The bathrooms are clean and have stools for the kids to reach the sink. Hand sanitizer and snacks are available at the front desk. Eating is restricted to the small area by the cubbies. This place does get very crowded so it may be difficult to find a cubby. The cubbies do not have locks and are very small so you may have to carry your diaper bag around with you. There is also limited space on the coat rack. To note there is no nursing area and no real place to sit comfortably to do it. I feel like this is a huge downside. When I asked about a nursing area they were reluctant to help or offer any options. Minus stars for that. read more

This is a great indoor gym for kids 2-5 years of age. It has a cute infant section and the larger areas for the toddlers to run around, play woth balls, trampoline, slides, play kitchen area and interactive walls (hit the bugs with the balls). If it had swings I would give this 5 stars. They do offer chicken nuggets, fries and sweet snacks. The best deal is to get the 10 class pass for 2hrs each visit. Well worth it. The staff is nice and are continously cleaning the space. Parents do have an opportunity to rent the space for birthday parties. read more

Had a bad experience with my 5 year old daughter who has autism. Will not be returning. Shoes are not allowed which is fine but my daughter who is non verbal kept removing her socks. I didn't notice she had once again taken off her socks and the manager yelled at me for my daughter not having her socks on. I tried to explain to him she has autism and he was very rude to me. No compassion at all for a special needs child who doesn't speak and has limited understanding. read more

Gets really crowded but my 5 old toddler enjoyed himself. Trampoline, several slides that need to a ball pit and dress up area. I liked that they sell food, drinks for adults and kids. Definitely will be returning. Not a full 5 star review. The women's restroom had 2 working toilets and pee all over the floor. And you have to go without any foot wear. Recently, I had my daughters 1st birthday party here. I choose this place because I felt it would be a good experience for my daugher and other children that were older- which was true! Place is very fun and lots of engaging activies for the children. Also, the staff decorated the clubhouse very nicely for her birthday- which comes apart of certain birthday packages. The ONLY NEGATIVE comment that I have is that the place does not accomodate handicap people. The facility is wheelchair accessible but the staff would not allow my mom passed the "concession area" in the front because they did not want the wheels from her wheelchair on the playroom floor. Which was a big deal for me, as I was having a birthday party for my daughter and wanted my mom to be included in the fesitivities especially when we went into the clubhouse to eat and sing happy birthday. After hours of talking to multiple staff members we were finally allowed to have my mother come in to join the party. read more
