I brought my son here a few weeks ago, and he had a blast. Dream City is a really cute space. It's set up into multiple sections with a wide variety activities for kids of all ages to play in and with. They have a designated section for babes under a year and other sections for kids a little older. To my surprise, there was a downstairs, too, with different themed rooms, dress up, an interactive wall, and a bunch of other stuff. My son's favorite was the ball pit. Overall, the space was great. I also thought an hour and a half session was a good amount of time. We didn't feel rushed at all. I do think it's a little pricy to charge $15 per person. I think adults should cost less than children at a place like this. For us, this will be a good every once in a while rainy day place to visit. read more

We had an amazing time at Dream City! My daughter had a blast playing, and we even got to socialize a bit with the other kids, which was really nice. It's definitely a shared space, so while it's fun to interact, sometimes it can be tricky when kids want to do their own thing or have to share toys. That said, the space is large enough that you can easily find a spot to be on your own or with others depending on your preference. The staff onsite was small but super efficient. They got us checked in quickly and were constantly tidying up and putting toys in bins to be cleaned, which was great to see. There's lively, fun music on the ground floor--think bright pop songs and kid-friendly classics. I don't recall music playing on the lower level, but the energy on the main floor was perfect. Just a heads-up: make sure to bring socks for your child since barefoot or inside shoes aren't allowed. I have been bringing my son here since April. They have terrific programs for kids under age 6. It is also an indoor playground with lots of Montessori toys. There is a ball pit, and many different play areas between the two floors. The facility is very clean, as well. Everything is very organized as far as how it's operated. Very nice staff! When my son is a little older and has more friends I want to have his birthday party here. We were there one day for open play and glimpsed a birthday party going on. It looked wonderful. I brought my niece (age 3) and nephew ( age 1）to the Easter special event. I liked that there were activities for both of them to do. My niece enjoyed the obstacle course on the first level and my nephew had fun in the soft play area. Downstairs was spacious with different theme rooms (princess, legos, cars). During the event my niece and nephew collected eggs with prizes inside, took pictures with the Easter bunny, and joined the bubble dance party. The staff was very attentive and checked in with us and asked if my niece was able to collect eggs to ensure she wasn't being left out. Furthermore, we attended the open play session which is 2 hours long. Again the staff was very kind and when I walked in they gave me a rundown where they told me where the bathrooms were located, how to get downstairs, and general rules to follow. They also recommended areas for my niece and nephew to play in based on their ages (3 and 1). At the end of the session they asked us about our experience as it was our first open play session and gave my niece and nephew Dream city stickers at the front to make them feel better about leaving. I appreciate that the facility only allows children 6 and under because I didn't have to worry about my niece and nephew getting overwhelmed or accidentally knocked down by older kids. My little one (at 18 months and 2) stays busy more so in the upstairs area because of ball pit with the vacuum for the balls and the pretend ice cream shop toy area. I was hesitant to bring my 9 month old boy here because I wasn't sure if it would be appropriate. He is a little too young for many play areas. I called ahead of time and their staff member, Ilana, was very helpful and informative. She assured me that there were certain areas that see clearly labeled for his age range. She was right! The place was clean and there was so much for him to do and many activities for a wide age range. We will definitely be returning. As mentioned in other reviews, I was also surprised by the charge for adults but I understand that business need to make money. Life is hard and expensive right now. Our son (now 3) has been coming here since he was about a year old. We've done everything from open play to music and art classes. He absolutely loves it! The staff are super friendly and the place is always clean. There is a great assortment of toys for the kids and they often bring in new set ups. We most recently threw his birthday party here. I absolutely love this place and probably one of the best kids party I've been to. We went to a 4 years old birthday party and even the adults were having fun... let alone my 14 month old daughter. This place is huge!!! First floor has a ball pit, a "sandbox", a pretend play food truck, and places you can climb everywhere. Basement has a dining area, a princess dress up room, a Lego room, an area where you toss balls on the wall, and kids car that goes down a slide. They have these couches that are kid friendly all over the place. We asked about the pricing for kids party and it's definitely twice as expensive as other place but you get what you pay for. I had my son's 1st birthday party here and the entire experience was seamless from start to end! I have a knack for attempting way too much DIY - from my wedding to my own baby shower. So for my kiddo's 1st bday I wanted something where we literally just walk in - and Dream City is the place for that! Such a godsend for busy parents who still want an impressive and large space for a party! My husband and I toured the expansive space and loved how BIG it was and how clean it looked. They also offer two different packages for different budgets, take care of ALL decor and setup, have a seamless team that keeps the party moving, packed all the leftover food, drinks and decor for us, and even offered to give out goodie bags! There are a number of themes to choose from and they can work with you for any custom themes as well. We chose a Space theme for our LO's first trip around the sun. I dropped off extra decor a few days ahead and spoke with the owner, Corrie, who was so friendly and easy to work with. The day of, we showed up late but were eagerly helped in. The staff swooped in right away and took our food and drinks to set up. A'lexiz and her team was a pleasure to work with. Stumbled upon this great place online one night and had to come check it out with my niece! First I want to start of by saying I love the schedule they have set for different age groups. My niece is one years old and she tends to run off with the big kids any chance she gets. I went in on Wednesday afternoon and to my surprise I was told we were VIP's because we were the only people for open play, other than a few kids from the day camp. We stood on the main floor to take everything in, that's until one of the employees mentioned there was a second floor! We had such a blast in the 1.5 hours we were there for. Dream City, like the name itself, was a dream find. If you're looking for a birthday venue or special events play area venue for your kids, then look no further. Do not let the location or the scale of the storefront fool you, when you go inside, it's MUCH MUCH larger. Upon entering, there is a nice entry area where you can take of your shoes, leave your strollers and pretty much a nice receiving area for you to transition to the play area. Once you arrive in the play area, there are ball pits, kid car areas, jungle gyms, slides, swings, basically all the things a kid needs to exert their endless amounts of energy! lol : ) Everything feels very clean, well taken care of and the staff is extremely fun and friendly. There is a downstairs which has the main party room, themed rooms like a princess area, train riding areas, transformable spaces where one could turn into a digital interactive wall experience and more! We came here for our son's friends birthday party and had such a good time. Everything was clean and cared for, and I loved that the toilets even had a toddler seat for kids. We had such a great experience for my sons 2nd birthday! We had the whole place to ourselves for 2.5 hours which was plenty of time! The party had a great flow starting from the main floor and then moving downstairs for even more fun! It's safe to say the kids never got bored! It's a great place for free play. Although the classes were not all worth it. I thought I was sending my LO for some amazing classes like art, sensory, music and this one class called bunny hop. Every class seemed rushed and the kid don't get much out of it. The art class usually the Nannie's/ Caretakers are doing all the work, music class is a waste. So many distractions around them the kids just leave to play during music class. Sensory classes seemed rushed and just plays music. I think they need to work on age appropriate activities for the classes so it can be more engaging. read more

Cute place but overpriced, you have to pay for yourself and each child you bring, even had to pay for my 8 mos old. I thought possibly you're getting more for their more expensive price model, but honestly it's not worth it in my opinion. Plenty of places where parents don't have to pay to watch their child play. And I'm also over feeling like I'm the one asking for a favor when I walk into a place of business. My nearly 4 year old son always has a great time here. We have been here many times both pre & post COVID-19 and I don't even think twice about brining my son here. The owner and staff are using all the proper COVID-19 precautions: masks are required, temperature and health screenings are required, and everything is properly cleaned. My 5yr old spent 5wks in a summer program which turned into her joining a morning pod for the days she isn't physically in school. Besides having supervision while she learns remotely, she is also able to socialize safely with her peers. How safe is it you ask? Well in my opinion.. VERY. With less than 6 kids per group, mandatory mask wearing and social distancing within the facility as well as daily professional cleaning, I feel extremely confident in allowing my kid to partake in indoor activities. There are videos all over their website which show the extraordinary measures that are taken to ensure a fully sanitized facility. The communication between staff and parents is exceptional - they will work with you to make your child's learning and enrichment experience ideal for your situation. The kids are learning, thriving and most of all, living their best existence during these incredibly difficult times. This place is worth every penny. I randomly came across Dream City in a quest of looking for a friendly, neighborhood play gym for my daughter. We really liked the place the first time we visited. My daughter (then 1 year old) absolutely fell in love with the place and kept asking to go back. Over the course of the next few months, we managed to squeeze in a few more trips to Dream City. When looking for a place to host my daughter's birthday party, we found out that Dream City hosts parties for kids and after speaking with Corrie, we didn't need to look any further. Dream City has a wide array of popular themes for kids parties to choose from or they can work with you in customizing your vision. As someone who is very particular about details, I probably sent a dozen or so emails during the planning process. Corrie and her entire staff was extremely helpful throughout, taking their time to answer all my queries and assure me that the event is in good hands. On the day of the event, we walked into a beautifully setup party room with everything decorated better than I had imagined. They were so particular with all the details, it felt as if we had done it ourselves. Corrie was our party lead on the day of the event and helped us through the entire event, coordinating every detail from food, drinks, timing, cake cutting, music. Not just the kiddos but all the adults had a blast. Dream City is a great location. Each and every item/toy placed inside is thoughtfully selected to allow kids of all ages to have the best time. I have been to a few play gyms in my tenure as a mom (:-P) and this is by far the cleanest and well organized. We absolutely love Dream City! My only regret is not finding this place sooner! My son and I have been to many open play sessions and have also tried a few classes (sensory class being our favorite!). The space is so big and there are so many toys and activities for children. They have a ball pit, a construction theme wooden cubes area with pretend helmets, shovels, and construction vehicles, a slide, an interactive play screen, books and a reading corner, a pretend play kitchen and so much more. The classes are so well structured, giving 45 minutes of open play and 45 minutes of class time. Everything is thoroughly cleaned and organized. Prices for open play and classes are also very reasonable. When we went for our first time I thought we wouldn't stay for the entire 1.5 hour (open play on a weekday) but my son was engaged the entire time and transitioned from one play activity to the next. We just recently went for a weekend 2 hour play session. I highly recommend Dream City! read more

This place is amazing. Firstly, it's huge! There are two full levels of play area for kids to enjoy. I love how much space there is for my son to run around, especially downstairs. There are four smaller rooms off the main room downstairs. The play areas are thoughtfully designed and will keep your child entertained vist after visit. They have two ball pits, a slide, a roller coaster, tons of places to climb, swings, sensory areas, an obstacle course and much more. The staff is super friendly and interacts with your kids, and you. The owner, Corey, was so friendly. She said they are looking at expanding their hours to later in the evening. It's $30 for two hours. It would be nice to have an hour option as well, hopefully they will offer that in the future. They have a separate party room too. Had my son's 1st birthday party here. Total size of the group was 15 adults and 15 kids. The place is huge and it felt quite roomy and we didn't even use the upstairs floor too much. It's a great spot especially for kids under 6 or 7. All the kids had such a blast and it's very safe so you don't feel the need to hover over them all day long. Corrie set up the party room very nicely and we are so happy with how everything turned out. I really love this spot and so does my wife and we choose to do our party here even though we live quite a distance away in Brooklyn. Definitely will repeat. read more

Absolutely love Dream City. My daughter has gone for open play, art and science classes, and preschool prep. With covid, I was very hesitant about bringing her places, and I had a lot of anxiety choosing a place that felt safe for us. They really follow the covid guidelines, have very high standards for cleaning protocols, and they even updated their HVAC filters! Open play is great. It's easy to reserve a spot on their website, and my daughter always has a blast running around for 2 hours. It's two levels, so there's plenty of activities to entertain, and perfect to get all that toddler energy out. The classes are organized and separated by age group. They do a 45 minute class, and then the remaining 45 minutes is open play. Art classes were her favorite because she got to bring something home with her each time. We decided to send her there for preschool prep when she turned 2.5 years old, and even though she'd been there a few times already, she still had a really hard time with separation anxiety. She cried every day for several weeks, but Corrie and the staff were so wonderful handling it. She suggested that our daughter bring a comfort item to help with the anxiety. The teachers also gave her plenty of individual attention to make her feel more at ease, which I appreciated so much. She did eventually get over the separation anxiety, and now whenever we pass by Dream City, she will say "I want to go back to my old school." read more
