My favorite indoor playground thus far. Areas are clean. There's is a lot to choose from as far as play. There's an upstairs and downstairs. My little one (at 18 months and 2) stays busy more so in the upstairs area because of ball pit with the vacuum for the balls and the pretend ice cream shop toy area. Other parents and caregivers here that I have encountered have always been nice and pleasant.

I absolutely love this place and probably one of the best kids party I've been to. We went to a 4 years old birthday party and even the adults were having fun... let alone my 14 month old daughter. This place is huge!!! First floor has a ball pit, a "sandbox", a pretend play food truck, and places you can climb everywhere. Basement has a dining area, a princess dress up room, a Lego room, an area where you toss balls on the wall, and kids car that goes down a slide. They have these couches that are kid friendly all over the place. We asked about the pricing for kids party and it's definitely twice as expensive as other place but you get what you pay for. The staff were amazing and the decorations were impressive. Also their free play individual sessions are definitely cheaper so take advantage of that.

I had my son's 1st birthday party here and the entire experience was seamless from start to end! I have a knack for attempting way too much DIY - from my wedding to my own baby shower. So for my kiddo's 1st bday I wanted something where we literally just walk in - and Dream City is the place for that! Such a godsend for busy parents who still want an impressive and large space for a party! My husband and I toured the expansive space and loved how BIG it was and how clean it looked. They also offer two different packages for different budgets, take care of ALL decor and setup, have a seamless team that keeps the party moving, packed all the leftover food, drinks and decor for us, and even offered to give out goodie bags! There are a number of themes to choose from and they can work with you for any custom themes as well. We chose a Space theme for our LO's first trip around the sun. I dropped off extra decor a few days ahead and spoke with the owner, Corrie, who was so friendly and easy to work with. The day of, we showed up late but were eagerly helped in. The staff swooped in right away and took our food and drinks to set up. A'lexiz and her team was a pleasure to work with. We heard fantastic remarks throughout and post party about how fun the party was! We love that Dream City is only a few blocks away and we will definitely take our little love to their class offerings as well as open play!

We chose Dream City for our daughter's 2nd birthday party, and they did not disappoint. It was so stress free and easy to work with Corrie and her team, they provided everything for the party (safari themed decor, clean and sanitized environment, music). We had several guest tell us what a great time they had (even with older kids) and would want to go back with us. The care and cleanliness in which the place was kept made Dream City an easy choice. There was a lot of space for everyone and we all felt safe enough with all of the precautions taken. Corrie even helped us get things started when the kids were in the bubble dance party! Thanks for hosting us Dream City - we can't wait to have a follow up play-date with friends here!

Stumbled upon this great place online one night and had to come check it out with my niece! First I want to start of by saying I love the schedule they have set for different age groups. My niece is one years old and she tends to run off with the big kids any chance she gets. I went in on Wednesday afternoon and to my surprise I was told we were VIP's because we were the only people for open play, other than a few kids from the day camp. We stood on the main floor to take everything in, that's until one of the employees mentioned there was a second floor! We had such a blast in the 1.5 hours we were there for. Bathrooms on both floors with changing tables, Temperatures were checked, Hand sanitizer provided, air purifiers, water station, friendly & informative staff and I can not forget how clean it was. Definitely considering having my nieces 2nd birthday party here and I will be a returning customer. Thank you for the great customer service !

Had our son's 5th birthday party at Dream City in November. Highly recommend this place for birthday parties. Corrie and her team are so professional and thorough. We didn't have to worry about anything. The pay so much attention to detail when setting up. Having the entire place for our party was a huge plus!!! We had about 45 people total. Highly recommend getting the bubble machine added to your party. We also added alcohol for a small fee. All the adults and of course the children had a blast!! Thanks Corrie!!!

Ask the Community - Dream City

Hi, can I make a reservation for open play for my kids age 6 & 18mos for Tomo? When I try to go through the reservation slots it's only showing some classes but not open play?

Thank you for reaching out! We do not have any open play sessions available for booking after 11:30am today. Open play will resume on Friday, 10am-11:30am, or 3:30pm-5:00pm. Thank you!

Am I able to reserve for a Friday toddler social before may? It's letting me in the website but then it also says you guys aren't open for open play until may 1st, not sure.

Thank you for reaching out! Since we didn’t have anyone sign up for the 10am Toddler social for this Friday April 30, so the session was removed. Sorry for the confusion.…

Are you guys open on Sundays?

Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, our playspace has a designated soft play area for younger client. Hope to see you soon!…

Can an 8 month old crawler and cruiser come to play?

Hi, thank you for your question! We have a designated soft play area for infant to explore and play. Hope you will visit us soon!

The decor was amazing! It matched what we saw in their website and Instagram. It also came with pizza and juice for the kids and unlimited play. I was allowed to bring additional food and other snacks and they were kind enough to help me set up and plate the food. One tip would be to confirm the arrival of the pizza time. Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It also felt cleaner than other indoor playgrounds that we've been too. We would definitely be back!

I cannot believe how clean it was. The good thing about this place is that it is safe where you can place your stroller and shoes by the entrance without any worries of it being lost. You got to sign a waiver before you go in and pricing is a few dollar difference between 4 years and up and 3 years and below. It is a fixed price with a free adult for each kid that lasts the whole day. They give you green bracelets for each person to enter the place. So my favorite was the slides! All the slides were designed well and I felt great drops with the purple slide! The purple slide reminded me of a mini rollercoaster. I had to go on the slide with my daughter and she had so much fun! She was screaming ecstatic! There was also the black slides that lit up and my daughter and I went on it so many times! They light up the whole time and it was a lot of fun. Besides the slides there were courses with a lot of pit balls for you to fall into. The pit call courses weren't that deep when you fall into them so they were safe for my daughter who is still really tiny. Some of the courses were challenging but they had ropes on the sides for you to grab onto for assistance. There was also a round glass floor as you reach to the top. My daughter and I were a bit scared to walk on it but eventually got over it and was on top of it. It was a very sturdy piece of glass but I was holding onto my daughter still! There are few claw machines in this place that require tokens or a card that you can purchase and put an amount on. Also a Flying Apple Photo Booth was among one of the machines. I'm my daughter and I went inside and I did not know the mini bench to sit on was that slippery until my daughter fell down to the floor. The camera does not meet the eyes at all so you need to readjust in a position that is very uncomfortable. Also I had to carry my daughter the whole time the pictures were being taken in the booth or else her eyes and head would have been cut off. Sucks. Wish the camera lens was in a better position. Also the pictures were very tiny when I saw them come out. At least there were 2 copies so that was good. I will come here in the near future and do recommend this place for any toddler or kid who want to be wild and free!

After that they charge $8 per child/per ride. Sometimes, they do have a promo and will include unlimited Go-Kart rides. I would call them before you go. The Arcade: This area consisted of 4 arcades games. To use the arcades, you must purchase a Fun Card. There is a $1.00 activation fee so remember to keep your card for future visits. It's important to note that the entrance is located at 133rd Place. The (free) parking is by the Whitepoint Shopping Center but there is not an entrance from there. You have to exit the strip mall and walk around the block to 133rd Place to get to the entrance. I would say this place is good for ages 4 - 10 years old. I did see some younger kids there during our visit, but I personally think it might be a waste of money to take them. Both the go-kart and arcade games are probably too old for them so the only place for younger kids to play is the playground area. During our visit, it was not at all crowded so there was practically no wait time for the Go-Kart or any of the arcades. The staff were really friendly, and a couple spoke Spanish. This place is definitely a good option if you're looking for something to do indoors.

My son waited to play with the trains but the kid that was playing with it took all the trains with him and his mom allowed it. My son was so disappointed. Since this place is still fairy new, things are still in good condition the first time we came. The second time we came there was more wear and tear and the canon in the ball pit did not work. However, there is still a lot to keep the little one busy. My kids are on the younger side so they don't play with the smaller toys like the pretend play kitchen and the sensory toys. My kids like the pebble pit. He spent most of this time there. On the downside there are kids who don't follow the rules and throw pebbles around. Two hours do pass by very fast but it's enough to tire out the kids. Overall still a fun place to take the kids.
