Peerless Fence has been great every step of the way. Mike from sales came out on the weekend and did a great job writing up a quote for us. We have a dog so we went with the Glidelock system for our vinyl fence. Mike did a great job explaining the Glidelock fence to us. He brought out samples and explained it very well. We had 2 other companies come out and they had no samples to show us. Vanessa from financing was very knowledgeable and so was Maria, who set up the installation. Victor Escobar and his team did a fantastic job installing the fence. The came right on time and were only there for a few hours. They cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend Peerless for any fence projects. And the communication was excellent. Not sure what the problem is with these other reviewers but our communication was great. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible! I went thru Home Depot for them. I'll never use HD's contractors again! The support post for the gate has shifted. Now, it's extremely difficult to fully close the gate to be able to lock it. They want ~$600.00 to come out to fix it. They obviously did not do a good job of installation. Complaint to the Better Business Bureau I am filing this complaint regarding a security fence installation performed by SBC Waste Solutions. We paid a substantial amount for what was represented as a professional, high-quality security fence. Unfortunately, the workmanship was unacceptable, and the project was left incomplete. The issues include, but are not limited to: * Large gaps and cracks between sections of the fence that compromise both its appearance and security. * Screws installed through the front face of the fence, damaging the plastic material and leaving an unprofessional finish. * Fence caps that are already falling off. * Fence boards that are flimsy, bend easily, and do not appear to have been installed or supported correctly. * Fence panels and posts that are misaligned and do not line up properly. * The installation was never fully completed, leaving a large opening that allows anyone to easily access the property, defeating the entire purpose of installing a security fence. This project was sold and paid for as a security fence, yet the final product fails to provide adequate security or meet reasonable workmanship standards. The installation appears rushed, incomplete, and below industry standards. We have attempted to have these issues addressed, but they remain unresolved. As a paying customer, I expected the work to be completed professionally and in accordance with the agreement. Instead, I was left with an unfinished, poorly constructed fence that requires significant repairs or replacement. I am requesting that the company either: 1. Remove and replace the fence with a properly installed, completed security fence that meets acceptable workmanship standards at no additional cost; or 2. They were very "meh". Initial sales meeting and follow up to schedule the install went really great. The day of the install they showed up on time and were done early in the afternoon. Sounds like 5 starts so far. About a week later I was in my yard with my dogs and noticed one got out and was on the other side of the fence! I looked and saw a board that they didn't bother to even nail in. No big deal mistakes happen. This prompted me to check every single board on the fence and found they did this for at least 10 of the boards! I also found a bunch of other issues with cracking boards, incorrect scalloping, 2x4s cracked and warped. Ugh. The fun part was trying to get them to come back out. I had to call for literally two weeks. I never once got a response. I reached out to my sales guy, and he did come out to report the complaint. So I waited a week and once again i ever heard from them. I had to follow up again, and they told me "the guy that does that has been on paternity leave".... Who cares? I'm not asking THAT guy to come, I'm asking your COMPANY to come. Let the guy spend time with his baby, but it's your job to have a plan for that as a business. This isn't some small rinky dink operation. Eventually I turned into a big enough jerk to them that they came out,l to shut me up, but It was overall a pretty crappy experience in the end. But I do have a fence, so i guess that's why they get an additional star. I would however never recommend them to anyone. read more

Peerless installed our wooden fence in 2010, using a special treated wood from Ozark Timber. I think it's called "Copperwood" and they gave me a 25 year warranty card. After installation, we've had repeated problems with the quality of the wood. We've replaced almost every single post over the last 15 years, making annual maintenance on the fence around $1000-$2000. The locks on the two gates have had to be adjusted almost every other year to line up. The decorative tops of the special treated Ozark timber posts on the gates are also decaying and it is $430 to replace each post so they offered me $30 off making it $400 each. The stake that has a crack in it was also quoted at $430--not sure how that can be the price. I can call a handyman and get the post or stake replaced with a treated one for around $25 a stake and posts for $200-250. How is that a warranty? read more

We were referred to Peerless fence through Home Depot. The initial contact was timely, and a contractor was out to make measurments within a week. The contractor was very personable, and really sold their work. We were looking into a couple of contractors at the time, but decided to go with Peerless because we felt we would really be taken care of. The contractor gave us an initial quote. We did have some brush that needed to be cleared before an exact measurement could be made. We had it cleared within a week, and contacted Peerless to proceed within next steps. They essentially ghosted us. I would reach out every two weeks and get a "Oh, someone will reach out to you soon..." but got nothing. I finally sent a communication stating that if Peerless did not want the job to let me know so I could make alternative plans. Their last communication an email saying the contractor had already sent us a "couple of quotes" and would be "reaching out soon." We have received literally nothing. This was on November 18th. I asked that day how the quotes had been sent. Email? Letter? Text? They have not reponded. We were naive with the wait, and should have cut our losses sooner. Peerless strung us along for approximately three months, and now it is too late in the season to complete the work. When we were interviewing other contractors, one made the offhand remark "Well, you wouldn't want to end up with someone like Peerless Fence..." and we just laughed because we thought it was one contractor trash talking another. Just cheap material and extremely expensive for what you get. Poor consultation. Poor communication and average install. Already starting to fade after 1 year. Scratches and chips all over it and it is a protected area so not sure how it even got scratches. 2nd time we installed a fence with them. I was reluctant the 2nd time because I wasn't happy with the first time. Cannot recommend. I will probably rip it out at some point just because I am so unhappy with it. If you had a zero rating- that's what they would earn. I called up for a home apt for fence repair/replacement. That was a Monday and "x" was going to come out on Tuesday between 12-1:30. "X" called me at 9:45 and said what can he help me with? I said didn't "y" should have told you what I wanted, since I discussed with him on the phone on Monday. He told me he would need my plat of survey and he said that wheel that he uses to measure does not roll on ice and snow- maybe you guys shouldn't work during the winter!!! Does it roll when it rains. I was in shock, he had no intention of giving me a quote in person. this guy ( the project manager) couldn't get another wheel or you don't have a back- up one?????? You've been in business 65 years-OMG, Shame on you. I found another fence installer, he came out today- he used a large tape measure that he used on the fence to measure( maybe you should get one), I got a quote 3 hours later and I accepted the bid- that's how it's suppose to work!!! I called Peerless Fence for some repairs to a fence and two gates that a different company installed. They were very prompt in setting up an appointment for a technician to take a look. Matt Frazier came out to inspect and listen to our concerns. He was extremely honest, friendly and helpful. He quickly made the proper adjustments and made sure everything was operating properly. Got our fence installed 1 year ago, terrible office service with sales. Didn't show up, called got no where. Called again and a guy showed up and did a quote. He brought his dog with and he pooped in our yard 4 times asked me for a bag and I also had to hose some of it cause it was disgusting. They did a not great install job and Peerless never closed out the permit or came back to look at the fence and go over the job with us. The city called us about the permit and that it was never closed and they would be stopping by cause Peerless didn't follow up with them. Very expensive and the whole job from the initial called to the city finishing up the inspection was terrible, not professional at all and very high priced for what we got and doesn't look great. read more

One star for each of the three helpful aspects of our project: Matt, Michelle, and the fence itself (and workers) Matt came out to the house right away to assess the property and come up with a plan. He was absolutely awesome. So nice, personable, and very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Michelle - I made my final project payment with her over the phone this morning and this lady is fantastic. So nice, also personable, knowledgeable, and made sure all ducks were in a row. The fence itself is beautiful. It's functional, they got creative with how to cover a gap (the way our house is built on a hill so it wasn't very straightforward). They originally told us that yes there will be a gap and we will just have to figure out a way to cover it ourselves. During the installation, the workers took the initiative to cut up some fence pieces to create a small fence / block off for that gap. After the project, they took me outside again and showed me how to use the lock and all that. We enjoyed the experience! Customer service on the other hand. Not great. These reviews pointing out the communication issues are accurate. Throughout this process there have been many missed and unreturned calls, emails, and texts. 1. No response when I sent a plat asking if this was the document they needed. After not receiving a response, I sent a text to their text line. Never got a response there either. 2. They sent another email about needing the plat, I responded with two separate emails, again asking for confirmation that this was the documentation they needed. No response to either of those. 3. Sent an email to them asking information on private utilities and what's needed in terms of that. No response. Figured it out on my own though with the help of a surveyor from a completely different company that was willing to talk me through it on the phone. 4. Sent an email a couple days before the project sending additional detail about the yard/fence installation, and asking what the plan was for the existing metal fence that was in our yard prior to this, noting that I needed to provide the details to my neighbors who all have dogs as well. No response. I had to talk that through with the workers day of and text my neighbors updates in real time throughout the project. 5. We had discussed two options for what days the workers would do the project. We scheduled for the 13th. Less than a week before the project, I received notification that the installation date was changed to November 14th. No one contacted me to inform me of this. So, I emailed asking why the fence date was changed. Their response was "We have you down the 13th. If you would like to do the 14th we can make that work." I said "the 13th is still fine, but I don't understand why it was changed in the first place?". The final response from them was "It will be 14th weather permitting." What???! Then comes payment. Not many options. I REALLY wish there was an online payment system. While I had the money to pay for the fence, the money was split up between a few different accounts. So I reached out asking if I could pay the final price minus $75 via card over phone, and then bring the remaining $75 in cash in person to home depot the same day. Not an option. The message I received from the start of this process was "you can make the final payment after the installation or whenever you're ready". That's not very concrete or clear. No "payment due by" date. Not even three weeks later, I started getting USPS notices on my door for a delivery from Home Depot that required an adult signature. This was apparently regarding collections. However when you work during the day, you cannot be there to sign it, so you don't know what is actually being delivered until you just happen to be in the right place at the right time when the mail man comes by. This went on without anyone from Peerless reaching out to me to say they are trying to deliver something to me. It wasn't until I reached out to them and asked them what they are sending me that they took the time to inform me what it was and open a line of communication with me. At one point when attempting to make the final payment, Peerless processed the payment through Peerless company themselves rather through Home Depot (which is apparently where it was supposed to be charged through). So while my final payment went through, they had to run it back, refund it and re-charge the card which didn't happen for a bit. This created a mess on my credit card and future transactions. All in all, we love our fence. We are grateful for the individuals at Peerless who were so helpful to us. I would recommend Peerless if you want a nice, solid fence, AND you are willing to tolerate the lack of communication and responsiveness. So that is really up to those prospective fence buyers to decide what is most important to them for a project like this. read more

Peerless Fence installed our fence about 5 years ago (2020). Recently on 6/16/25 our local garbage disposal company had a driver who accidentally backed into my fence destroying a couple of sections. The local disposal service has been great. They accepted full liability and has been attempting tirelessly to reach out to Peerless for an estimate of the repairs. They have had no response. In frustration their representative asked if I would try to reach out to Peerless. So I have, for the past three weeks. Both she and I have reached out to the indicated Peerless representative, Scott Fabiani, without success. We each provided photos of the damage in our communications hoping that having images of the damage might facilitate an estimate. Still no response. I finally called the business main number and spoke with Nicole Evans who opened a service ticket. That was a week ago, still no response. I've never seen anything like this. I haven't had such poor customer service in ages. I tried phoning the Director of Customer Service at (630) 562-4749 as indicated by Dean W. who has responded to many of these reviews and identified himself as the business owner. Well, that was to no avail. At this juncture I would tell anyone looking to do fencing or fence repairs to run, not walk, away from Peerless as fast as you can. When we initially installed the fence we were referred to Peerless through Home Depot. I believe HD is still working with Peerless. If you go to Home Depot and they refer you to Peerless do yourself a huge favour and ask for a different provider. Peerless is absolutely not the company they used to be. Just awful. Well, I don't even know where to begin. I have been on hold with Peerless today, including right now, for over an hour. They didn't do the work they were contracted to do. They won't provide me with another contract or invoice for the work they did do. And they keep sending me invoices for the work that wasn't done. I'll begin by saying I was reasonably satisfied with our recent fence installation and we hope it has a long lifespan. It's certainly an improvement over our previous fence. But I have to knock some points off for the following: 1) Our salesman was not transparent about the permitting process, which took two months to complete and there was confusion about Peerless' role in the process. 2) After the installation, I had to call the installers back 3 more times since they did not fill in the holes from the previous fence posts and the back gate lock that they installed did not work properly. 3) Our salesman did not provide any information regarding the types of gate locks they have or would be installing, which turned out to be disappointing. Now we need a key every time we want to exit our own gates, which seems really counterintuitive. read more

Peerless Fence are Crooks! I used Peerless fence group through Home Depot Home Services they installed the trex fence and gates on March 10th, 2025.I have two issues which they have refused to rectify 1. Refund the difference since their original sales guy lied about the materials needed original was 104ft x 6ft x 5ft x 5ft x 14 ft fence and gate. What they actually installed was 74ft x 5ft x 5 ft x 5 ft x 11ft. 2. during the process of installing my fence they removed the chain link fence on my neighbor's property line and caused damages as well, which I made them aware of on March 12th, 2025. I've called them on several occasions and they have yet to provide me with a date and time to rectify the situation and I have an irate neighbor, rightly so who needs status which I have yet to provide and it's March 29th. The operations manager was away on vacation the day of fence installation. The installers had no idea where the fence was to go or how many inches in the ground the posts should. The fence was NOT to slope but be straight across but it slops. The posts are straight but the rails on the panels are not straight and lean to the right. He came out and assessed our fence, gave us an honest assessment and true to his word, got the issues resolved. I'm very happy with the outcome which simply was to have a proper wood fence installed. If I could give it a zero star, I would. Lee over at Peerless fencing is one of the worst sales guys I have worked with over the years. I was promised a specific day for install and I got a call the day of install to put me on the schedule for a couple weeks out. I then made 8-10 phone calls to Lee where he ignored my calls and refused to help me out. I ended up getting a hold of someone else and they were able to get me on the schedule the next day. However, when they showed up, they installed my fence incorrectly (they shorted me quite a bit on the fencing around my yard because they do a poor job of communication. If it wasn't the end of the year, I would have called another company and had them do the work. Following all the mistakes they made, they have not reached out since completion of the fence to go over the install or anything like that. I will never utilize them again and I hope that many of you looking for a fence go another route. As long as Lee remains a sales rep there, you will always run into issues. read more

I'm located in Milwaukee County, WI. Peerless installed my black aluminum fence in 2022 at a cost of about $6,000 and I was really pleased with the result. Based on just that installation, I'd give them 5 stars. After a couple of years, the gates began giving me problems, so I reached out for repairs. I didn't have a problem having to pay for the needed adjustments but it took me weeks to get a response from them after I provided photos and a description. Once we finally connected, they told me the wait for repairs would be 3-4 weeks. Okay. They required me to sign a contract and prepay $535 for the repair of the gates. Okay. But here's the part that caused me to downgrade my review. They wouldn't commit to a repair date. AFTER I parted with my $535, they would not provide a service date, choosing only to say that I'll get a call the day before the repair people will show up. I find it unconscionable for them to require a commitment from me in the form of a contract and full payment up front, but they are unwilling to commit to a service date around which I can plan. PEERLESS FENCE GROUP does NOT supervise of has any contact whatsoever with this contractor while your fence is been installed. The contractor is basically working on its own, if you're having any issues with the contractor or the installation of your fence, PEERLESS FENCE GROUP does NOT assist you. Do get in contact with one of their employees you have to go through an answering service and or email them and they DO NOT call you back the same day... it took 3 days exactly for someone to call me back as I was having issues with the contractor. Finally received a return call from Customer Service - a complete waste of time. There is nothing they can (or will) do since a judgement was already entered. Yes, even though I did nothing wrong. I didn't breach the contract, they did. But a crazy judge (Thomas Else, Small Claims) didn't allow me to present my side even though I was standing right in front of him. Rigged? Sure seems like it. In spite of this business owner's response to my complaint on Yelp, they did NOTHING to remedy the situation they created. I have also lost faith in the judicial system that didn't allow me to present my case. So I lose. I don't get the fence that was presented on their contract and I still have to pay for it. Not sure where to begin - I've been working on this since March 0f 2022; Communication is absolutely atrocious. My initial contact at the company left and my contract was lost in their system. After reaching out again, I worked with a second employee, but there was difficulty in accessing my records which made installation more challenging. Eventually an agreement was reached, and the fence was installed in August 2023. The installation was performed by a subcontractor, which I was not aware of. I had initially asked for black chain link, but the materials they arrived with were silver, and after more than a year of waiting, I decided to go with what was available. After installation, one of the gates wasn't closing properly. I asked the installation team and they said the post would settle in soon and the gate would latch correctly. I waited approximately 2 weeks before attempting to contact the company and ask about repairs for the fence. When I eventually reached my representative, he said they would need to charge me to come and repair the issue. I argued that since it was less than a month old it should be under warranty, and he agreed, stating "I gave it to the ops manager who will take care of it. I just talked to her when we have a crew in the area." That message was sent on 10/25/2023 and is the last time I received a response from my contact. It is now AN ENTIRE YEAR of attempting to get someone to come fix my gate. I have emailed and/or called multiple contacts repeatedly with no resolution. read more

Used to be Freeman Fence, which was an awesome and well-run company with high quality work. We did two fences with them as Freeman and now they're going through a transition as they are incorporated into Peerless's existing structure. It is not a seamless transition, and responsiveness and quality of service is definitely suffering. For example, they decided not to permit, "saying it wasn't a big deal" even after we told them specifically that permitting was important to us, and it was in the contract. We had to go and sort out the permit issue, while the guys were on the job. I hope that once their growing pains are resolved, they will go back to being an excellent company but for now, it might be best to wait. read more

I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me post without giving a star. We purchased our fence through Home Depot. However, they subcontracted Peerless. The worst company I have ever had to deal/or not deal with. We never could get a response. Never even met the project manager. Without scheduling, they showed up at our house @ 7am to install the fence months after they were supposed to. They didn't even have the correct estimate in front of them and had the fence wrong. After going back and forth and having to pay extra for their mistake, they installed the fence. They shorted us 1 foot on the south side of our house. The fence was installed so poorly, the wood was/is garbage, 6 boards cracked within 2 months. Not to mention nails are exposed, the main gate doesn't open or close unless you struggle to lift it and the tops of the fence are uneven and has gaps. They even damaged my new gutter spouts I just had installed. No one was ever available to hear our concern or complaint. Not to even to fix their terrible craftsman's ship or lack of. I have never experience so much incompetence in a business as I did with Peerless Fencing. I have had a roof put in and a deck built with no problems at all. First of all they schedule for 6 to 8 weeks and they barely showed up at 10 weeks. Had I known what I know now I would have cancelled the entire job and gotten anybody else. If you look at the photos I have attached you will see they installed a crooked gate and left dirt not only on the new fence but dirt on my neighbors house as well. To get them to come back to rectify what was wrong involved constant phone calls, and when they finally answered your call they said and I quote; your neighbors garage is crooked so the fence is crooked, or the ground slopes. Hence, when the salesperson first came out he never mention this could be detrimental to the job being done correctly. They have quite a racket going on at Peerless Fencing, maybe they should change their name to; Peerless Fleecing. Very disappointed with their overall business practices. read more

Literally horrible. Had an ESTIMATE scheduled for today 3/24 at 1pm and got ghosted by everyone at this company. Called multiple times v/m, texts, even called multiple locations. it's just very weird because Sheree was very nice and helpful scheduling everything? the worst part is.. this is for a new home I'm purchasing. Had to drive 30 min just to sit for 15 min waiting and calling and then just drive ANOTHER 30 min back. it's now 9:15 pm no one has emailed, called or even texted me back. This was our second installment of fencing on our property. The first was 90+ feet of chain link fencing two years after we purchased our house (1987). We received a great price, excellent workmanship and a great warranty from the chain link company (25 years). Our chain link was still in excellent condition as of yesterday 2/29/24, and we loved it. We decided to update our property with vinyl and contacted Peerless to do the job. The salesman Robert was terrific, he listened to every concern and need we had and supplied a quote at an excellent price. Peter was the contract manager who handled all our paperwork and booked the installation. He and Michelle was terrific and very responsive if we had any questions. The installer Geraldo was right on time, he executed the job perfectly and with a cheerful and positive attitude. The mess was cleaned up when the installation was complete. I walked around the property saying "Wow! Wow", It looks that beautiful. AAAA++++++ company and crew. read more

The communication process during our fence installation was poor. The result is also not specifically what we ordered. (We went back & forth with our sales guy, Kyle, to ensure we'd get a gate with an 8-ft opening. It was clearly in our design/blueprint. However, the work team apparently did not review it, and we got a significantly smaller opening on our double gate. The boards are also spaced unevenly (making it hard to sand) and the team left a mess outside our shared newly laid asphalt back alley. Glue and cement dust everywhere. In terms of communication, when I was passed from sales to project manager, she had clearly not spoken to him bc I had to re-explain everything that I had discussed about prepping the area. For actual installation, the workers showed up 2 hours late and only AFTER I called about them showing up. I texted the PM and she ignored me until about a week later (after the job was done) and left a VM. I called back again and she never returned my call or followed up. I eventually got a VM from who I think is the manager of the workers but by that time, the thought of having them back to attempt to fix the opening was going to be such an incredible pain and possibly another huge mess, that I gave up. The fence itself is solid and doesn't look bad, however it should have been done right the first time considering the amount of $$ we paid. I've had good experiences going through Home Depot for other projects (which is why we used Peerless) but I would not use them again. - Julie H read more

Not looking to slam a company with opinions. Below are the facts of my experience with Peerless: - They were recommended by Barrington Pools to install a fence around my pool. - They asked me to fill out the fence permit application. Never been asked to do that by a contractor. - They proposed and signed a contract for a fence that wasn't up to code. - Took over 1 month for them to find and order a fence that was up to code, which was $7k higher than the original quote - Showed up on installation day with the wrong gates and outdated design plan - I was told the installation would take 1 day, it took 3 days - Installation was delayed multiple weeks beyond what they agreed to in the contract At the end of the day, my project included a new in-ground pool, retaining walls, decking, landscaping, replaced sprinkler system, replaced landscape lighting system, and a fence. Out of everything, Peerless was by far the biggest challenge. read more

More pieces of brown chain link fence fabric are surfacing this spring.... It is important that I clarify this statement from my review: "I'm the one who noticed that a lesser grade/gauge fence fabric had been installed". I paid more for 8 gauge fence fabric but 9 gauge, a cheaper option, fabric was installed. They did replace the 9 gauge with 8 gauge, BUT unless I noticed this myself, I would have received less than I paid for. read more

They have $7k in their pocket from us for a fence that doesn't yet exist after weeks of attempting communication. I don't even know if it's necessary for me to repeat the same experience everyone else with one star reviews have. CONSISTENTLY ghosting their customers like that's what they get paid to do. read more

Had a sales consultant come to my home and he was very informative about the product. I wanted a very tall fence for my yard that would help me have privacy. He promised all the bells and whistles that came along with it. Things were going smoothly until they couldn't get a permit or license to work in the city I lives in. He told me that the company was going through a merger and that they do over eight hundred jobs a year. But somehow couldn't get a permit to work in the city where I live. He explained that the paperwork was late or somehow, some form of bureaucracy was happening with the city and sitting on their paperwork. So I waited a week as he suggested for things to clear up. But when you go through Peerless Fencing, you either have to apply for a Home Depot card or pay up front. However you can't get started on any work until you have a permit. I gave him a week for his company to supposedly to straighten it out. Then when the week had expired, it was the exact same story he had given me the week before. But he still wanted me to pay. I would not recommend this company simply because: 1. The salesman I had would talk his head off about his life stories. 2. He would try to convince you to buy a fence against city code. I later found out that it would have been torn down if it reached to a certain part of my property by the city. So he doesn't tell you the violations or what's in code where you live. 3. He'll pretend to be your friend to keep the account open until you pay the company. 4. But most of all, he'll convince you to pay for a service that's pending in legality until it's cleared up with a merger. 5. And he's a sexist. He said that he had young ladies working at Home depot expediting the city permit to begin my project for my home. I found a much professional company with quality work and legal working procedures. And that doesn't have stock photos to represent their product. So if you find this compenny go another direction. read more

Dear peerless fence, Below is an example of what a proposal should look like, delivered on the day of, not an email several days later, after I had to ask for it, with a quote for an absurd amount of $ and no reason to explain the costs. Peerless may be one of the largest fence companies out there but ur sales reps and customers service is beyond terrible. I knew when I saw that dollar amount that something wasn't right. Seems like the sales rep was involved in the face to face meeeting with my wife but threw it all out the window when he left because nothing we asked for was accounted for on the quote. We asked for wood and vinyl, informed him we'd be removing existing chain link fence, quotes to include xtra gates and not to include them and what the difference in cost to extend fence to furthest/front of house instead of the back. My initial phone conversation with peerless was also questionable. Can't recall the exact conversation but she was very condescending and in a rush. I must have called 4 or 5 times returning their call to set up a quote and every time it was 1 ring and straight to voice mail during normal business hours. I had to wait and be by my phone, which is hard working outdoors in construction, to make sure I answered when they called back just to get scheduled for a quote. Nice try but this was an epic fail. Maybe get rid of the MLB endorsements and focus on what really matters, customers. read more
