The tea was great but let it steep longer than you think you need to for maximum flavor. Next we did a round fo dumplings. Obviously we had the pork soup dumplings which were fantastic. I wanted to get more, but we had also ordered the sichuan chili wonton and the pan seared pork dumpling. While I enjoyed both of these, I would probably try some of the others on the menu next time. We finished with two entrees. One was the udon noodles with chicken and the other was the beef and broccoli. I love udon noodles for their bouncy texture and this portion was plentiful. The beef and broccoli was so tender and delicious. This would also be a must order item and make sure to get a side of white rice to go with it. While the robot didn't come anywhere near our table, the human servers were all amazing and made sure we had everything we need at a moments notice.
