Welcome to every other small town Asian all-you-can-eat buffet you've ever been to. The service was nice, the price was very reasonable, and the decor was minimal. There's a smaller selection than most buffets, but nothing was outright bad. There were very few seafood choices, and it was mostly varieties of fried stuff. The ice cream is also in prepackaged little plastic cups, and is not particularly good but like everything else here also not offensively bad. Overall not the worse choice if you're stopping somewhere in the middle of a road trip, but definitely not anyone's first choice. read more

We went around 7pm to the buffet and you could see the steam coming up from the buffet. I thought the plastic wrap between the food and metal containers was a neat trick for cleaning. The fried rice and sugar biscuits were a bit crunchy stale, but everything else was okay. There's little ice cream cups for dessert too. The waitress was very nice though and I wish I could give this more stars just for her. I think it would be a great place for takeout though! read more

I'm surprised at all of the bad reviews! I ordered online for pickup and the food was as warm and fresh as it could possibly be! The spring roll was flavorful and juicy, and the vegetable chow mei fun was delicious, as usual, with some added soy sauce. I will admit the chicken is better than the vegetable, but being the vegetarian option I prefer the latter. Speaking of vegetarian options, there are many to choose from on the menu! Service is fast and employees are nice. I definitely recommend trying this place out if you're in the area! Did I mention the portions are great for the price? read more

Stopped in for lunch on a road trip from NJ. Other than the location being dingy and in need of updating, I had no problem with the hot food. Good variety all tasty and on par with the buffet quality food at home. The salad/dessert area wasn't very appealing. No crab legs but it was lunch so I wasn't expecting them. Ate the buffet. Chicken n' broccoli, black pepper chicken, egg rolls, lo mein noodles, rice pudding, almond cookies, and ice cream were all pretty good. Everything else was nothing to brag about... Seriously, the ad on the highway claims snow crab? A couple of very skinny legs were floating mournfully in some tepid water. And the hot-sour soup, which all Chinese buffets are judged on, was lacking both hot & sour... lots of mushrooms and bamboo and fungi in attendance, though, so they tried! This place was literally the worse Chinese restaurant/buffet I've ever ate at. With it being 6pm ( a normal dinner time ) the food was old and seemed to be from lunch. The meat was rubbery, the wontons in the soup were so old I couldn't cut them with a fork!! The sweet and sour soup had a HORRIBLE crust film over the top. If I had half a mind I would have walked out when I noticed the food display. The sweet tea tasted HORRIBLE!! I mean the most terrible I've ever had. Like it was made with dirty tap water. We still ate the fresh low mein they put out right after we and other several guests arrived. I should've read the reviews before trying this place. Such a waste of money! Should have read reviews first. Everything was cold and dried out!!! That is what was there. The chicken was so dried out I could not wrestle it off the bone. The only thing I saw come out was plates. As previous review states by far the worst Chinese food I have ever had, I second that. Left and went next store for Mexican. Other reviews correct. Food was cold. Weird..there is steam coming from the buffet. Spring roll undercooked. Pepper Chicken was more salty than peppery. Frog Legs barely seasoned and cold. Uck! Instant iced tea? Really? Umm, Cucumber and Tomato Salad has tomato in it. Cook, please review the recipe! And what's with watered down raw vinegar for dressing? My teeth are on edge. Seems like the restaurant doesn't care. Staff indifferent lacking enthusiasm. Hmmm... In a prime spot, but going to waste. Mediocre. Hope it's cheap.......okay under $12 with tax and tip. Terrible. My wife, who is from Singapore said it's the worst Asian food she's ever had. Some of it is almost good, but most items are not hot enough and substandard. The little cakes were dry and crunchy. I could tell that many dishes were leftovers from the previous day. The Steer Steakhouse next to it has a poor rating too, but I think it's much better than this Asian buffet. read more

When it first opened up, I was pretty stoked about it (seeing as though my work was a few stores down the walkway lol). But after countless tries, I just was not impressed. Sure, the atmosphere is nice: Fancy chandeliers, nice/clean buffets, a little more to choose from (one being slices of pizza....lolwut?), but in all honesty, its no Sesame Inn.
