I have always considered this place the secret little gem of Weston. You can't go wrong here. The food is amazing. Their won-tons are the best even though they are plain! My favorite dish is the coconut chicken which is hard to find in most Chinese restaurants. Plenty of selections and decently priced. My only complaint is no white rice on the buffet bar. read more

This was by far the worst Chinese food I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, lo mein, and wontons for takeout. The wontons were almost raw like they hadn't even been fried but were somehow still dripping with grease. The lo mein was gummy and stuck together in one big lump like it had been cooked probably several days ago. The rice was hard and had a weird flavor to it. The chicken was the worst offender though. I have never seen sweet and sour have the kind of texture this had. It was wet, greasy, gummy, and rubbery. We spent almost $40 and threw all of it in the trash. Having to throw away food these days is a real disappointment and waste of money. I would have asked for a refund but I don't even want to go back there. Please do not waste your money here, head a little further into Buckhannon for some better options. read more

The last time I ate there the food was really good. Yes the place looks rather run down & needs a good cleaning. The staff is pleasant. They do seem over whelmed. My biggest problem was that I ordered Iced Tea with no lemon. Tea came with lemon so I took it out of the glass & placed it on the table. A few minutes later waitress picks up lemon & takes it back to kitchen. Does not put it in the trash can she walked by! Makes me wonder if it went into next drink! read more

I really wanted to like this place and am the last person to nitpick a business. Couple things to consider before reading the following; every business is having a staffing issue right now (not getting into the reasons, just saying). But staffing aside, the appearance and condition of this restaurant is a pre-Covid issue. Regardless of staffing. The interior is old, ugly, dirty, and run down. The floors were in really rough shape and the ceiling was in equally rough/dirty condition. The dining room was filled with a smokey haze for some reason. When we arrived we were quickly informed that the buffet line was out of order due to faulty warming stands. Which was fine, we were dining in off the menu anyway. We were seated after one other table. Five people in our party. It took a while to get our drink order in, due to the short staff. Only one young lady working the dining room and the cashier at the same time. A young man brought out food a few times but they were clearly overwhelmed and set up for failure. This is by far the failure of their leadership, not them. When they took our order, my father ordered two appetizers to start and then we each ordered our meal. A proper serving experience typically begins with the appetizers and then everyone's food is served at the same time. This is not at all how we were served. After waiting about 20 minutes, the young lady brought my dinner on a plate - no appetizers and no one else's dinner. Just mine. It was a whole ten minutes at least after that when two more dinner orders came out for my parents in TO-GO Boxes... zero explanation for why. 5 more minutes go by then my husband's dinner comes out on a plate. Only after my husband's dinner came out did the "appetizers" come out on plates and my grandfather still didn't have his food. The ONLY saving grace for this experience was the food itself. General consensus at our table was that the food was pretty good so that's the reason for the extra star. Any food-related complaints were mediocre (advertised as spicy but actually sweet, etc.) Food quality was good. That said, this place needs a MIRACLE overhaul - both service-wise and cosmetically. Walls need to be painted, floors and lower walls need a desperate cleaning/restoration. Ceiling needs re-tiled. Almost NO decor in the whole dining room. People love ethnic food and these spots have a great opportunity to really let their culture shine through their decor but there just wasn't anything but dirt and grime and outdated paint to look at. Folks were coming in to pick up call ahead orders and were standing around for a long time looking frustrated. A couple people appeared to have walked out because of the smokey haze in the air, or some other reason. Possibly not having access to the buffet. The sign in the bathroom (which was equally filthy) says that people can't flush toilet paper (see photo) - it literally instructs them to put it in the trash. You have to put your SOILED toilet paper IN THE TRASH "due to small pipes". This is definitely not sanitary. If you're going to operate a restaurant, it needs to have sufficient pluming to accommodate the restroom needs of a full dining room. This sign has to be a health code violation of some kind. This place could be great. They have the good food, but everything else needs to catch up, big time. We wanted to like our experience and we made the most of it. The staff was apologetic but everything that went wrong wasn't their fault. The owners need to step up and fix this building and retrain on the proper serving order for their guests. read more

I have came here since I was a toddler. Not with the new owners though. Terrible service. The girl that answers the phone will argue with you about what you want and don't want. Example: I just tried to add an egg roll and she said "Oh my God, the combo comes with an egg roll. You don't know what the combo comes with." Just sell me another egg roll! This is not the first time this has happened. I used to always think it was lack of communication from a language barrier but after the way she treated me today I found out that she is just being rude. read more

Been awhile since I was here. This cafe (restaurant seems too big of a word for this place!) has always been the locals fav for buffet Chinese food. Being as I've traveled many places, I've kinda thought it kinda small and stunted on choices and flavor. Today, I'll take that thought back! Small yes, flavor was there in spades this visit. Nothing fancy, not a large selection but the food is ecelent. No matter what time of day you go food is always fresh and hot.

Above average buffet and take out food and apparently family owned. It's a relatively small buffet, but they have all the essentials. Like any buffet, the food can sometimes get old or cold during slow times. They try to counteract this by refilling things a little at a time, unless it's busy. Much better than most Chinese buffets and definitely the better Chinese buffet in weston. You can also get buffet to go. They give you a foil to go container and you put as much as you want into it for a set price. read more

Very good service. The owner is there all the time. Family owned and opperated. Food is always hot and made fresh. Always a great price. Two can eat for around $20. Only real problem I have is they charge less for lunch, around $6 and then raise it to over $8 at 4pm with no difference in food selection. read more

Takes a bit to find...but what a nice alternative to fast food and burger establishments. Nice crunchy spring rolls. Perfect tempura styled shrimp. Really liked the grilled teriyaki chicken. Warm, friendly establishment. Cooks lots more and refills as needed. read more
