They have a pair of my glasses (frames that I provided) and they're not returning calls or opening the doors. Additionally, a pair I picked up last week were made wrong and I haven't been able to get the issue addressed. This issue cost me a lot of money because I had to go to a new provider and get my glasses made there until this operation reopens their doors. It would be one thing if patients were notified in advance and still chose to do business with them but that's not the case. I will never do business with this establishment based on their disregard for patients and terrible customer service.

Specifically a heavier set brunette woman who sits at the computer closest to the wall. She can't even be bothered to look up from her computer screen to greet or speak with incoming customers - even when they direct questions to her. She is exceptionally rude and quite frankly, if I didn't have such a great experience with Patricia and Giselle, I'd never come back. This is a luxury eyewear store so I expected to be treated as such. Especially since I dropped over $840 on a pair of glasses here, after insurance. I work in the customer service industry and have for the last 13 years and as a manager, I'd want to address this behavior immediately so that it doesn't deter business. It takes very little to look up from a computer to greet and make eye contact with paying customers who are needing support. Knowing that Visual Eyes has another location in Delray, I may consider going there to see if the front desk staff has basic customer service skills before I find a new optometrist.

The Chrome Hearts brand was not known to me but offered a few unique specialty frames but most were common design similar to the Silhouette brand. Dr. Joann Pham was also fantastic -- very thorough, patient, and genuinely kind during my exam. I struggled quite a bit learning how to put my contacts in (it honestly took dozens of tries), and she was so patient, encouraging, and understanding the entire time. She never made me feel rushed or embarrassed, which I really appreciated. The whole experience felt personal and unrushed, which is rare these days. Another huge bonus: they were able to put my prescription into my glasses in under 20 minutes, which honestly blew me away. They also gave me a 10 day free trial to try with my contacts. I was first met by Optician and Owner Jeff Bilfeld, we chatted about our similar backgrounds both being from NYC! He couldn't have been nicer! I have never seen so many choices and varieties as well as amazing frames from companies I've never heard of that couldn't have been more unique! He told me they have an optician on site to do an eye exam and that they can have your new prescriptions ready same day and in an hour! Well all this sounded amazing and then I had my appointment! The optician I saw was so nice, the service was straight to the point! I left two pairs of glasses and had one more for them to do when I picked up my first two! When I saw what the price was for the three glasses done exactly how I wanted with all the "bells and whistles", I was blown away! One pair of my glasses couldn't be done for the price of the three back in NYC! I can't wait to go back and pick out another frame really soon! Jeff wears the most unique frames and we picked out ones by the same company he wears that we would like for my face! He isn't pushy, he isn't telling you get it now, he just said when you are ready come in! Plus a place that's completely dog friendly always wins in my book and my puppies tummy! I bought Burberry sunglasses and agreed to the insurance because they were expensive. While finishing the purchase, he suggested a second pair for my girlfriend at a discount, so I bought Ray-Bans for her but declined insurance on those. Because of his mistake, they had to void the entire transaction to move the insurance to the correct pair. A manager came, voided it, and left. Then the new transaction wouldn't process due to a $1.28 sales tax difference, which I agreed to pay. After that, they tried charging a $59 deductible even though the warranty clearly stated $19.99. They did not have the screw and asked me to call the manufacturer to have the screwes shipped to me. Fast forward 3 weeks. I return to the store screws in hand for the manager to install. She refused to because the store policy is that if there is a new customer in the store possibly willing to purchase sometehing, the old customers that do not want to spend any more money come second. So I wanted for over an hour for 5 customers to come and go and buy nothing before the manager put the missing screw into my glasses. In all, I think ill pass on ever coming here again

I was advised the lenses would need to be remade. Upon returning two weeks later, the issue persisted. I then worked directly with the manager, Chris Childress, who assured me the problem would be resolved. However, after another visit, the glasses were still incorrect. This total process lasted 5 weeks! Due to these repeated errors, I requested that my order be canceled and refunded. To make matters worse, the manager, Chris Childress responded rudely and showed little concern.  Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Seaview Optical in Delray Beach, Florida.
