A bottle of water and binoculars were all we needed. There are several American bald Eagle nest along the way, and we got to see the adults and some young fledglings. Tom, the owner, was the tour guide. He was so knowledgeable about the birds, the Huron area, and nature in general. The bicycle seats are a bit uncomfortable; however he is removing them and putting in comfortable swivel seats after this season ends in October. I would like to come back next spring or fall to see the different seasons.

For about an hour we could hardly keep up! It was awesome, it wasn't fishing -IT WAS CATCHING. Within an 1.5-2 hrs we had already maxed our daily limit! I've NEVER done that so quickly. We caught 3 HUGE mamas too that ALMOST Michigan master angler size (only 2 inches off ), that was the peak moment of the trip. My brother & I booked this charter for our Dad for Father's Day, since somehow he had NEVER been walleye fishing. Needless to say this was the best first walleye fishing experience we could have had! Prior to booking I hopped on a call with Captain Ben & he was awesome, answered all my questions & got us booked with ease. A few days before, he checked in with me & reminded me to get our Ohio 1 day licenses - which I'm grateful for because I wouldn't have remembered He cleaned our walleye haul super quickly & did a great job, bagged em & we were on our merry way back home before 10 am!
