He complained about heat in the boiler room and how small the space was to work in. Finally on day three he was connecting thermostat wires to new boiler when he discovered some prior service tech had wired three of the 4 zones to one zone so now when a thermostat is calling for heat all zones are activated to reach the temp that zone 4 is set at. He claimed to fix this was too time consuming and complicated and he had other customers that needed his services so he left without ever setting up another appointment.
