I called customer service on a Saturday did not realize no hours. Went online sent a message. Come Sunday, yes Sunday a response with an offer to replace or refund and a return label was provided...cool! Second part arrives also damaged. This time it was mid week and I got someone on the phone. A part return was processed and an offer to send a new part. I had asked if someone could just confirm that the part was in good condition before it left on its cross country journey. Absolutely the worst customer service experience. They lie to customers and show zero accountability. My package was never scanned by USPS -- the tracking number clearly shows no movement -- yet they falsely claimed USPS had already picked it up.
