My package was never scanned by USPS -- the tracking number clearly shows no movement -- yet they falsely claimed USPS had already picked it up. They tried to stonewall me to avoid replacing an incorrect fuel pump relay and action was only forthcoming after I had informed Consumer Protection and instigated a case.
