The first review spoke about how the stylists discussed how difficult my hair was to blowout while working on me, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and guilty for even coming in in the first place. Please be aware if you have any texture or thickness in your hair, you will be disappointed. Every time I've come in, I've left notes for the staff to give them a heads up that I have thick and curly hair and to please give whichever stylist a heads up. If, for whatever reason, my hair is too challenging to work on, I'd rather them call me to tell me and cancel my appointment instead of wasting my time. Today, was my final straw at this location. The only reason I thought this was mislabeled was because I had seen photos on their Yelp page that showed the same windows. I no joke had to do detective work to find this biz. I showed up to my appointment barely on time (despite arriving to the hotel 30min early) and incredibly stressed, especially since they have a strict refund policy.
