My stylist did a great job with my haircut, and I could tell she's efficient and experienced. That said, I did run into an issue with the color service. The dye left visible staining along my hairline, temples/sideburn area, and behind my ears, which I wasn't informed about until after everything was done and I saw it in the mirror. The stylist did try to remove it, but it didn't come off easily, so I left with noticeable staining on my skin. I understand that things can happen, especially with different products, but I do wish there had been more communication in the moment and a more thorough final check/cleanup before I left the salon, especially since the staining was visible in multiple areas. Unfortunately, I'm not very comfortable waiting for it to fade on its own, and I'm also not inclined to return for a future service. Overall, I think this place has a lot going for it, but I hope they can improve the finishing process and post-service support so clients don't leave with unexpected issues. I understand that staining can sometimes happen, but my concern was more around the visibility in multiple areas and that it wasn't fully addressed before I left. The first review spoke about how the stylists discussed how difficult my hair was to blowout while working on me, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and guilty for even coming in in the first place. After that experience, I decided to give them another try and left feeling better about this location. I deleted the review and moved on. Please be aware if you have any texture or thickness in your hair, you will be disappointed. Every time I've come in, I've left notes for the staff to give them a heads up that I have thick and curly hair and to please give whichever stylist a heads up. If, for whatever reason, my hair is too challenging to work on, I'd rather them call me to tell me and cancel my appointment instead of wasting my time. Today, was my final straw at this location. It seems like no matter what, the staff is always struggling to blowout my hair. You'd think between 3 different stylists my hair would turn out looking somewhat decent.... you'd be wrong. I knew as soon as they turned me around in that chair that I'd have to come home a fix my hair, which is exactly what I had to do. The 2 stylists were in a rush to leave to their other commitments, which I totally understand. I don't mind if a stylist has to hand me off to someone else, I really don't care if that happens 5 times during my appointment, I just want my hair to look nice. But, if everyone is in a rush and there's no one to take over for them then the quality of the blowout falls through the cracks. I'm not sure if it's due to them being short staffed, or a scheduling error, or no one wants to deal with my hair, I honestly don't know, but at this point it's just getting ridiculous. Below I'm attaching a picture of what my hair looked like coming home straight from the salon. I had to go back in with a flat iron over everything. For reference, I asked for my hair to be straight. That's it. No curling, not any crazy updo or style, just straight and flat ironed. Why am I paying $70+ for something I have to come home and fix? If I wanted a crappy blowout I would've stayed home and done it myself.

So disappointed. I am currently sitting at Drybar waiting for the stylist to re-curl the hair again. It's a waste of my time to come back here. Not everyone will have the schedule that will allow them to take extra time of their day.
