Great service "Experienced" Down to earth "Real!" The best type of service is from those who love what they do, you cannot tell me, Miche' doesn't love what she does! I'm from out of state and road around for about 15 min looking for a salon. I YELPED and found the building Miche' was in. Parking is great. She's in a shared building made up of individual hair shops. It's clean and comfortable. I walked in, not sure where to go and stopped at a warm smile... thankfully she took walk ins because my flight is later tonight. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! The Suite Blowout is THE place for blowouts, especially if you have natural hair like myself- no heat damage! I have seen Miche' every time I'm in Las Vegas and she does not disappoint. Not only do her blowouts and silk presses look great, they withstand the hot Vegas weather! It's clear that Miche' is great at what she does and loves it; she's a great hairdresser and overall great person- I had an appointment when I had a fractured ankle and she made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. Miche slipped relaxer into my hair claiming it was a conditioner to make my curls look moisturized and nice. Well when i went to wash my hair my curls werent coming back. I thought maybe it was just burn damage but i went to another hairstylist who saw my hair and said it was chemically relaxed. I couldn't believe it. I figured if it was relaxer I would have smelled the chemical. The stylist said nowadays they make relaxers without the stinky smell it once had. I have spent years protecting my curls from heat damage. I came to her for a blowout as i was going to a wedding and now my hip length hair is gone. She cut it short before "conditioning" it saying there was a lot of damage. Which i agreed with i had a lot of split ends. But the amount she said shed cut versus what she did was inches more. She cut it off in on fell swoop. As far as how my hair was doing when i washed it a week or so later...Only big chunks of my hair took the relaxer so it was a total mess. Not to mention the excessive shedding the relaxed hair was doing. I had to do a big chop and feel pretty depressed. It took years to grow my hair that long. Also she kept me in the chair wayy longer than she said she would. Making me late to taking the bride to her nail appt. Which i had told her when I got there I had to leave at a certain time to help the bride. She said of course, then when it was an hour past the time i had to leave and i was getting antsy she was like are you doing okay princess? Cause she took another customer and left me sitting there. I ended up staying there for at least 3 hours because my hair was half done and I couldn't just walk out like that. If i could guess i think she took one look at my thick curly hair and didn't want to do all the work to straighten it with a blow out. So she song and danced me cut most of it off and then relaxed the rest to make her day easier. When i take my kid to ballet the other toddlers call me grandma cause my cut had to be so short it's got grandma vibes. I still have more hair that needs to be cut but have to wait for it to grow out so as to not look like a buzz cut. Shame on her. read more

Im kinda embarrassed about my dandruff cause it never stops and i have a lot and when is say a lot its A LOT but she made me feel not bad about it and gave me advice how to treat it internally as well and products to use and avoid. She literally scrubbed and combed out all the dandruff which i loved cause usually other stylist expensive or not i have tried them all they usually just wash your hair put an oil on and disguise the dandruff but she really did treat it with my blowdry.
