I Recently wanted to purchase a set of dumbbells. I stopped at a local store up the street from G&G…read morefitness. The guy who helped me wasn't very helpful at all.... Gave me an extremely high price AND said he would "check" on availability and call me.... Yet he never did. I guess my money isn't green... so, I ended up at G&G. Both Kenny and Kayden were top notch. They worked with me... gave me an unreal price and we're very professional. I will ONLY buy from G&G in the future. Thanks guys!

First, it was the gym - mostly with machines rather than free weights, so I never had good results. Then, it was martial arts. After I got tired of having to memorize silly practice routines, I switched to rock climbing but balked at how the local gym was always crawling with kids, so I could rarely climb when/where I wanted. Eventually, I did some research online and found out about kettlebells. I found a certain program, joined Planet Fitness to try it out on the cheap, and really liked the initial results even with PF's toy weights, so I decided to buy real kettlebells and exercise at home. Anthony at G&G was happy to show me the ropes. Not only did he give me tips on form, he showed me other exercises I could do and invited me to call him if I ever needed any extra help. I've been on the kettlebell program for a few weeks now and have honestly never felt better. Anthony's advice really helped me. As for the kettlebells themselves, they're significantly better quality than what you can find in chain stores. They're powder coated for ease of grip and come with a lifetime guarantee. Overall, I've had an excellent experience and look forward making progress on my fitness journey.

This company SHOULD NOT be in business. From personal experience abysmal customer service..calls to…read morethe company is unanswered. Very poor website, as no equipment manuals available online. Looks like all their fitness equipment is MADE IN CHINA, and stampoed as "Yukon". POOR manufacturing quality and POOR customer service. Gone are the days when Yukon was a highly reputable American manufacturer of high quality fitness equipment. Close shop and STOP BEING AN EMBARRASSMENT to American manufacturing.

Normally, I don't bother with leaving negative reviews. If I'm not satisfied with a product or a…read moreservice, I simply reach out to the company and request a refund - or a settlement of some kind. Yukon Fitness is a rare exception to this rule. You have to try real hard to be this slimy. Synopsis of the issue: After searching for a Shoulder Press Machine to add to my home gym, I decided to procure the model offered by Yukon Fitness. It had the least amount of frills, but it was relatively cheap and didn't occupy much space. Order was placed via Yukon's official website. I repeat: not a 3rd party vendor. Their own actual website. Payment made via PayPal. I get redirected to a confirmation page with my name, address, and an order number. This was on 01/06/23. A couple of days passed by and nothing happened. I double checked my email + the order tracking page. Nothing. "We've received your order. Stay tuned for updates." I shoot them an email saying that, given the size and the type of the product, I understand that it might take a few days to get everything packaged and shipped. However, an update would be highly appreciated. That same day, a couple of hours later, I get a response in the form of a phone call. At the time I thought this was a nice touch. Somebody by the name of Tyler (didn't quite catch if he was the owner or just an associate) explains that he's really sorry, but here's the deal. The Shoulder Press Machine is packaged and ready to be sent to my address. Matter of fact, they'd love to ship it to my doorstep right now. But you see, FedEx has this special "holiday surcharge" period. $385 bucks per package. Says that I can either send the additional money, cancel, or wait a couple of days until this surcharge period passes. First option seemed fishy right off the bat. But since I didn't need the machine ASAP I decide to give them a couple more days. Tyler promises that he'll keep checking in every single day. And as soon as they're able to ship the package at the normal price ($95 I'd already paid) - he'll let me know. A few more days pass and still nothing. I decide to do my own research and it turns out that yes, there is indeed such a thing as a FedEx "holiday surcharge" of $385 for "Unauthorized Ground Packages". Everywhere I looked, it was announced that it would end on January 15, 2023. That day comes and goes, still nothing. It was a Sunday, followed by MLK day, so I decide to wait until Tuesday to reach out again. I shoot them an email asking for an update, plus notifying them that I'd done my homework and am well aware that the surcharge period had ended. Unlike last time, no response. Next day I call the two phone numbers listed on their website. Nobody picks up the phone, I'm placed on a 2+ minute hold, after which a generic "All of our customer service representatives are busy assisting other callers. Please leave a voice message." I do, reiterating everything I'd said in the mail and letting them know that if I don't hear back from them soon - I would just cancel the order. No response yet again. After a final attempt to reach them via phone (same thing: nobody responds, please leave a voice message...) I've gone ahead and disputed the $545 charge with both my bank account and PayPal. The very same day I went ahead and purchased another Shoulder Press Machine from their competitors. TDS Deltoid and Shoulder Machine, for those interested. Order got shipped the very next day and arrived within the next 48 hours. TL;DR: You purchase a piece of fitness equipment from what looks like a reputable website for a company that's been in business for decades. You don't receive any updates for days. You inquire about the status of your order, you get a phone call from one of their associates telling you a sob story about small businesses being exploited by big mean FedEx. All the while trying to extort you for a 4x shipping price. You decide to give them a second chance and wait a couple days more. In return, they ghost you and try to run away with $500+ without shipping the promised product. TL;DR of the TL;DR: Don't do any business with these thieves. Your money will be better spent elsewhere
