We did see a mom and her two young children come in and look for bikes. You can see how they made sure that the child was looking at the right bike for their size. The child was so excited to get in the bike. So cute. If it were based on their knowledge, awesome personalities alone we would have purchased bikes just because we know that after the sale they would be there for the customer. Its not a great environment and no supervision. Parents must be dumping their kids off and leaving. The older kids are great (18 and up).
