We ultimately made a purchase of a recumbent bike. The sales process couldn't have been easier. And the delivery process was stellar. We were contacted by the distribution department, where the rep could not have been more polite. She reached out proactively with an even earlier delivery date possibility when one opened. We couldn't be there on that date, but appreciated the opportunity. We were then contacted the night before scheduled delivery, and when the driver was within 30 minutes.
