It was bumper to bumper traffic. This driver stopped on the middle of the highway parallel next to me with his blinker on blocking traffic behind him. As the traffic began to move so do I as I have been in this lane for already 20 mins waiting to exit and this driver began to merge into my lane as he was right next to me. He started to get into my lane parallel next to me. I blew my horn to alert the driver he is about to crash into me and he blew the horn aggressively back. He continued to merge into my lane causing me to swerve and almost hit the car in the lane to the right of me. He almost ran me off the road. Below is the pic of the bus who almost ran me off the road. I have called several times to Michelle and Laurie leaving them a message and I still have not gotten a single call back regarding this safety issue. I would not recommend this tour line as the drivers on their website states they've taken safety classes which is an obvious lie. They are not safe. They will drive you off the road not caring whether there are children in the vehicle or who they wreck into. I had my two 1 year old twins in the vehicle with me and they could have been injured if I wasn't driving safely and proactively against this aggressive bus driver from Gray Line bus tours. I will also be reporting to the better business bureau. This is a safety concern. Drivers are not allowed to stop in the middle of the highway and before merging lanes must be clear. This was NOT the case! Someone could have been injured but this reckless arrogant driver.

They claim the 30% "booking fee" is necessary because "this gives us time to fill your spot and covers other direct costs, so we don't lose money by being unavailable during times when other customers are trying to book". Huh. So there was a big rush for my date 60 days away and a driver had already been assigned. Right. I am new to the Tucson area. I will be using the Phoenix airport on many occasions. Rest assured I will NEVER use their service and will inform everyone I know of their policies. Policies that are unethical at worst and unnecessary at best. Both are true but I believe the former is spot on. THE WORST!

Our final bill came to approximately $500 for two people, and we would absolutely have made a different decision had we been given the correct champagne price upfront. Customers should be able to trust the prices they are given before agreeing to an order. This experience was extremely disappointing and took away from what should have been a special evening. For a restaurant at this price point, we expected much better communication, transparency, and customer service. We are with in walking distance to the fish markets, shopping, bars and sunset views. The owners are super friendly and there are two black cats that like hanging around. This was the first building built in Rocky Point, the hideout of Al Calpone and some other shady characters. The parking is secure. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to be a part of history and do not need all the fancy condo living.
