This is a small outlet and is local with a nostalgic history. A family owned and still private. It is now being run by the 3rd generation family. How cool is that. In one corner closed to the exit doors, you will be able to see or preview what Pendleton is about. How cool. As you might know, this company has a unique style and are charming with a big sense of style. I love the colors! They also have clothing for dogs. What about some scarves? I love them too! Why not splurge a little and enjoy the no sales tax. Fun place to shop for fall and winter. I can't wait to see their summer collections. I recommend a visit here when you are in the area. Stopped by Pendleton today on the way back to Hillsboro, and my girlfriend and I stopped in and bought two velour bathrobes. They're great. 100% pure cotton, luxurious, great. And they were 30% off which was awesome, great deal! We were happy we stopped in! But as great as the robes are the woman who rang us up was even better! She stole the show. Hands down best customer service I've ever had. My girlfriend said the same. I asked if there was a size bigger than the ones on the rack, she looked through the inventory for me even though it was pretty clear there wasn't gonna be one, she went all out for me! And she did it with such a positive attitude! She was all smiles, telling us how much we're gonna enjoy our robes. Telling us how luxurious they are and how we deserved them and how we should treat ourselves. We were all three laughing and smiling, and happy to be there. Just cause this employee had beaming charisma and charm, and was great at her job. I'm gonna come back to this Pendleton just because I think I'm going to leave smiling! Very helpful staff. Pendleton is some quality stuff and the prices reflect it. Check out the clearance pricing. I left with a pair of pants, a nice short sleeve button shirt and a pair of slippers for about $60. The pants or shirt alone would have been that much or more regular retail. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. read more

I remember visiting this Pendleton outlet on my last trip to the Oregon coast and while I didn't buy anything (packing and carrying the blankets back home to Montreal would be too much of a logistics nightmare) , I do remember the sales associate I spoke to was absolutely great and super helpful. Can't remember his name but it was a guy and he was really helpful and chatty. Pendleton's wool blankets will last you a lifetime if you look after them properly and can easily be passed on to the next generation. My dad passed on to me a crazy-thick wool blanket from Pakistan from the 1950's which is still in mint condition and I came here to see Pendleton's blankets and possibly bring one back home. Hardly anyone makes high-quality thick, heavy wool blankets anymore except maybe in places where wool industries are still very strong like New Zealand, Australia and Pakistan so while the costs might be high, they more then pay for themselves in quality and longevity. read more

I came in to see if there was a sock sale today the day after christmas and the guy working was not friendly towards me, this is a first as I am a returning customer . I asked is there was a sock sale as there was no signs , and he said the boxed socks of three are on sale , I looked them over and then asked if I could trade one pare of socks from one box to another cause of the color I liked and he said no, you'll have to buy two boxes , and his demeaner was rude , so I thought it over and decided no. So he lost a sale . He could have been nice about it and it's not like I was trying to get away with something and it wouldn't hurt the business as they were the same sale. read more

There's an outlet near my home in Washington and their prices are always the same as the Pendleton website and they are always short on my size. Here at Seaside they discount some items more than Pendleton already did and I find lots to choose from, not just a rack of extreme sizes with nothing in the middle. And once they asked if I needed help they left me to it. read more

Pendleton has been making very high quality products since the early 1900's. Their staying power is a testament to their quality and ethic. While I am the farthest thing from a "flag waving, Amerrikuh supporter, Damn dem ferigners! - type"...supporting an "Oregon" company is a major plus in my book. With a great selection of clothing for men and women, woven goods (the warmest blankets that you will ever find and own), and more, The Pendleton Outlet offers many great deals. Keep in mind that their prices are high end, so discounts are great, but can still cost a bit more than some expect. These aren't sweat shop goods, so you are paying for quality and fine workmanship. Very attentive and helpful staff. "Sue" was so funny and led us to all sorts of great deals without making us feel smothered. Any place that sells Hawaiian shirts along side Western wear and flannel is pretty cool in my book. read more

My son and I went to this location on 12/27/'22 about noon. We were not impressed with the two associates, male and female, as they both had a haughty attitude or the merchandise. I have had much better service and prices at high end stores, i.e. Nordstrom and Blommingdale's. The merchandise is over rated and over priced for the value. I have found several of their sweaters on Belk for about a third less which can amount to over $100. I would not recommend this store as who wants to pay for a snooty attitude and overpriced merchandise? I called corporate to share about my unpleasant experience, but after 10 minutes on hold, I was directed to leave a voicemail for a call back. I did this several times and never received that call back. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend this store or the website as you can find much better elsewhere! An attitude adjustment is definitely needed for these two company representatives if the company doesn't want to lose more business. read more
