I really like the vibe of this business, mostly because of how inviting and down-to-earth Sue, the manager, is when I come for a session. It's quite easy to be intimidated by the unknown, yet it's a nonissue at this business. Basically, you just show up and grab yourself kombucha (fresh and on tap in multiple flavors) and choose between a 20 or 45-minute session. Then relax in a zero-gravity chair while effortlessly breathing in the salty air! It's little to no effort, it's a great form of self-care and I look forward to the great sleep I get after a visit. Treat yourself, you'll be glad you did! For other novices: 1.) Come as you are, you don't need to change your clothes or shave your legs. 2.) They have a secured spot to put your purse/belongings. 3.) Leave your cell phone behind. It doesn't do well in that environment anyways!

The attention to my problem by both the PA and the nurse was phenomenal. I was out of the Clinic at 1:30 with instructions to pick up 2 prescriptions for the problem. If I did not know better, I'd thought I paid for Concierge Service. As a previous review commented, how you treat people often affects the outcome.
