I t appears that they elect…read morewho they want to respond to, regarding the reviews 1/5/26: I bought the 6 inch pastrami only and 9 inch create your own hoagie. This first in person order that I placed, both sandwiches appeared to be the same exact size. 1/11/26: I placed an online order. This order was correct, but the sandwiches were not made at time of scheduled pick-up, SO my relative had to wait for the order that was placed online ahead with a scheduled pick-up time chosen, for them to make the sandwiches. The were three 12-inch subs that were correct. The wait time for a scheduled online order was the issue. 1/30/2026: I asked for manager on duty. The name that I heard the employee say in the background of the call, was "Corey/Cory/Cori". I was on hold for a total of 15 mins after the female employee put me hold twice without telling me that I was on hold. She just put the phone down both times and she can be heard in the background taking orders. When she was not taking orders, she was trying to get someone (this Corey person, who must have been the manager on duty that day) to come to the phone. He never came to the phone and I just hung up. Not being able to speak to the person on duty regarding the incorrect order for 1/5/2026 I placed an in person was on 2/2/26: I spoke to a woman with red hair, who I thought was 1 of the owners. I told her about my 1/5/26 purchase. At 1st: She tried to say that maybe I was charged for two 6 inch sandwiches and I though that I had a 9 inch. I told her that I still had my 1/5/26 receipt and was in fact charged for one 6 inch and one 9 inch sandwich. She said that she would give me a "credit" that could be used on my next visit. I placd an order afterwartds. One of the pastrami only sandwich did have mayo even thug I asked for it. Both of the create your own sandwiches did NOt have any cheese on them even though I asked for pepper jack cheese. Also 1 of the create sandwiches was not suppose to have lettuce, tomato or onion on it and the other one had everything minus the cheese. 4/11/2026: I purchased an order for four 10 inch sandwich: 2 pastrami only and 2 with pastrami, salami and turkey. The pastrami was not edible at all. It tasted like a net on a ham. I was also given an extra 9 inch sandwich, which was the credit give to me from the red hair. The young lady at register tried to assist me, while I was explaining to her that someome named Corey/Cory refused to come to the phone to asisst on 1/30/26. She said she was going to get "Corey/Cory". This Corey person comes ot looking confused. Then I tried explaining to him what took place and he quickly talked over me, looked in system to see the credit for another sandwich he says that the coupin is only good for 30 days. I told him that it was never explained to me that the credit was only good for 30 days plus I do NOT live in Indiana, I am coming from Illinois when I do patronize the business. Corey then asks for a yooung female, who is caucasian to assist him, but she actually helped me and he went back towards to back. I have not had any luck getting ahold of anyone at the restaurant to take corrective action. None of my family members were able to eat the sandwiches due to the bad pastrami and we tossed all of them in the trash, My bank is waiting for me to see if I can get any kind of resolve before we dispute the full April 11, 2026 transaction amount. Attached is a picture of what the pastrami looked like. I can be reached at 773-562-2354. My name is Michelle.

Stayed true and got a classic with provolone. I had one of these twenty years ago in Philadelphia proper and I will say this is the best I've had since. The Classic is a truly yummy sandwich. The melted mix of meat, cheese, and onions is outstanding. The bread was soft and held the sandwich together nicely. Excellent. The fries are really good and you absolutely need these. Next time won't be first time and I'll plan my meal and errand schedules better. I'm planning on working top to bottom on the menu.

We tried a couple sandwiches and WOW... the flavor is next level The steak is juicy, perfectly seasoned, and piled high, the bread is soft with that perfect bite, and everything just comes together so well. You can tell they really care about doing it right. Hands down one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I've had around here--no question On top of that, the owner is an awesome guy Super friendly, welcoming, and you can tell he takes pride in the place. That kind of energy makes the experience even better. Great food, great vibes, great people. Highly recommend checking this spot out

Yesterday, I decided to order the party wings after ordering them previously on Saturday the day before Father's Day which that day I was satisfied with my wings. Now Tuesday, total different experience I asked for my wings fried hard which they were not. They were chewy/gummy. The wings were huge. Not the same size as they were Saturday and this time I order 20 the first time I order 6. I called in to inform them about my previous experience compared to today. All he could tell me was this was out of his hands. They have jumbo party wings which I never heard of. I asked could I bring the wings back maybe he could fry some smaller pieces for me. Because when I order Saturday and in the past I never received such giant party wings. Which are not appetizing to me at all. Without any hesitation he quickly replied there's nothing he could do about it. It was a different box. I decided to come take a look at the reviews and I see if some ppl were not satisfied with their experience to reach out so it could be corrected. Ive been coming to big city for years since the first location and I travel a far distance so I know these party wings were not the usual. Very disappointed. And when I called I feel like he could have tried to do better than telling me it's out of his hands. Very selfish and inconsiderate. Saturday I order 2 jerk, 1salmon, 4gyro, 3 buffalo, 2steak egg rolls, 6 pieces buffalo wings fried hard everything was pretty good Tuesday 20 pieces buffalo wing, cheese steak, 1 jerk egg roll side of fries buffalo wings terrible. Everything else was ok. And to be honest that type of attitude explains why the establishment is not clean how it should be. Because it's out of your hands ??!!!

I don't remember all the names but there's the Philly cheese steak place called Big D's, a hot dog place, a taco place, a cheesecake place, and a gluten free food (they had sweet and savory) and bubble tea place. Please go there and try it... the food is so so good! We tried the spicy cowboy Philly from Big D's, the bubble tea from the adjacent business for gluten free treats, and a bunch of individual cheesecakes and everything was really good. The man working the counter at the time is one of the owners and he was patient and kind and helpful when I didn't understand why there was so many different menus. I honestly can't wait to go back. The menus for the hot dog place and the taco place looked really good and the place was clean and everything so I really can't wait to go back also I want more Phillys haha! Now you only get that basement vibe when you head to the bathroom. lol Monti's is a legit cool kid now, and I'm not mad at it at all. The cheesesteak? Still doing what it's supposed to do. I ordered one to go and demolished it later that night, like usual. I did sit in and have a few beers and bites. Somehow I've been sleeping on the onion rings and wings this whole time. Listen, listen, listen, Linda, the onion rings; Do Not Change Them!!! Don't you dare switch to those battered, frozen, chain-restaurant rings of bull-s. These are the good rings. Now, the wangzzzz. I'm not going to pretend these are the absolute best wings in the entire city, but they are absolutely in the "I will randomly crave these on a Tuesday" category. The meat could use a little marinade situation to bring more flavor inside, but that crispy coating holds up to the sauce like a champ. I like it, I like it, I like it. Extra points for a buffalo sauce that actually has some thickness to it and isn't just "here's some hot sauce, on a wing being called buffalo sauce. Now, I am going to need to try some of the other wing sauces, but if they hold up too. I would rather come here than go to some other well known wing spots. Honestly, I can see myself rolling through just for wings, rings, and vibes. And that Golden Monkey beer? Yeah, go ahead and keep that on tap forever. Please and thank you. haha
