We ordered our sandwiches to go, as we had chips and drinks in the car (on a road trip). I had the warm Italian sandwich and my wife had the Reuben with 1000 Island dressing. She loved it. I have been to multiple Penn Station locations and this one by far has been the absolute greatest experience I've ever had. Not only was the food as delicious as it always is, but the workers were energetic, kind, and quick! there was roughly 6 to 7 people in front of me, waiting to get their food and mine came out five minutes or so afterwards very impressive given the circumstances. The building was absolutely packed, but still clean and well taken care of if all Penn Station locations acted like this one did it would be Penn State global subs not East Coast subs. read more

We needed to stop to charge the Tesla which was handy since it shares the same parking lot We arrived when they opened and decided to have this as an early lunch/late breakfast during our road trip. I am very glad we did. Location is clean and we were greeted by the staff whom were very friendly to us. I ordered the cheesesteak with onion, mushrooms and banana peppers with mayo. Food arrived fresh and piping hot. Bread was cooked and steaming. Flavor was amazing. Meat was tender. Overall, I am a fan of this place. Wish there was one near me. Wife and I stopped by to have lunch, we haven't been there for a while. Order our food and went to to a table and set down. We notice the floor was very slippery. Called in to place an order so that I could pick it up on my way to Indianapolis. The employee who answered put me on hold, which I assumed was to help the customer he was already working with. Instead of actually putting the call on hold, he just put the phone down and proceeded to take a new order.. all of which I heard. Mildly annoying, but not a huge deal... I wait.. it just so happened that this order was a long $50+ order... a little more annoying. They pay, and I expect the employee to pick up the phone and put in my order really quickly. He doesn't.. and proceeds to take the next order. Again after that order I expect him to pick up the phone and let me place my order. He doesn't... and once more I hear "can I take your order?".. at this point I just hang up and resolve to not waste my time with this restaurant. read more

Taste of food was good - but there was little of it. I had a 6 inch Philly beef and cheese. There was so little beef that I had my wife help me to look at the sandwich to find some in order to verify that there was any there at all. WAY too expensive for the quality. I got a small mayo soaked sub that didn't even have what I wanted on it. Not very happy with my recent trip to Penn Station. While ordering my sub the cashier doesn't even look like he's paying attention... I say "I want pretty much everything on it, banana peppers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce..." and he interrupts me and says "lettuce and tomato already comes on it" and I'm like "okay...I'm just telling you what I want" and continue... he doesn't read it back and I get home and the sub is incorrect, of course. We frequently stop at Penn Station locations when on road trips. I'm a fan of the chicken parmesan sandwich. The pizza sauce, chicken, and cheese are the perfect combination of yumminess! My daughter enjoys the pizza sub for the same reason. We typically get the sandwiches as a combo meal. Their French fries are homemade and wonderful! They also fresh squeeze the lemonade. You'll frequently see an employee slicing potatoes or squeezing lemonade. This location had very friendly employees. They chatted with us as they took our order. Then, brought it to our table with a smile. Between serving customers, they were cleaning up tables and sweeping the store. Definitely worth a stop as you are traveling I-65 to/from Indy! read more

I went to the Penn Station in Cuyahoga Falls yesterday. I had a classic Italian and shared fries with my husband. It was terrific. The sandwich had just the right amount of delicious, fresh toppings, and the fries were hot, handcut, like promised, and were the perfect balance of greasy to complement the malt vinegar. Worst customer service I have ever had. General Manager acts terrible because he knows he will not get in any trouble from Corporate. If I could give the place 1 million stars I would. Grubhub screwed me for 2 hrs lying about my order saying driver in route. Im a trucker and I couldn't get my truck over to the store so I walked. I called ahead for my order and the manager read my order back before I could even finish it. He said yeah grub hub put it an almost 2 hrs ago. I'll make you a fresh sandwich and apologized sincerely. It wasn't his fail. It was grub hub. But he took great care of me. I like Penn Station a lot, but this one is lame. There were very little meat on either of the subs we got. I got a medium fry and it was smaller than most small fries. For how much you spend compared to other sub places this place wasn't worth it. Additionally, they got our order all kinds of mixed up. Gave our sub to somebody else.
