We had the best waitress I have ever had in my entire life. She anticipated anything we could possibly need without us asking for it. It was shocking it was that good I had the eggs Benedict, which were good cooked properly a real poached egg we asked for well-done potatoes and they were well done. My husband got their omelette. You'll see in the picture. It's jammed with meat and vegetables more than it could really hold. I almost forgot the pancake. The pancake that came with my husband's breakfast was amazingly light and delicious. I didn't try the coffee because what I saw on the table.was those chemical concoctions they called coffee creamer, which I don't like. The place is attractive and large . Newly opened brunch spot. Came on the weekend and was about 10-15 minute wait and another 10-15 wait on food. Service was good. Food also good but a bit heavy on the salt. Kids loved their pancake meals. Drip coffee was fair. I saw the coffee bags with their name on it so wondering if they roast their own beans or not. Price point was good. Serving size also good. A friend recommended this newer breakfast/lunch spot in Lebanon. Golden Coffee Pancake House is unexpectedly upscale, spacious and lovely inside. I was seated quickly in a booth. The restaurant was half full mid week with plenty of energy. Background music is playing lightly in the background. They offer traditional breakfast and lunch faves with a few Mexican options as well. My friend says the pancakes are huge and light, but I was craving a burger and it was lunchtime. I had the Frisco Melt with soup. I like soup on a chilly day and the broccoli cheddar cheese hit the spot. The soup was creamy without being thick. There was plenty of cheese and broccoli pieces. The sandwich had two hamburger patties covered with cheese on sour dough bread. This was a lot of food, so I took half the sandwich home. It is an understatement to say my server, Kenya, was friendly, engaging and attentive. She checked on me multiple times. While tipping is optional, the electronic tool they use automatically adds 18% tip. I probably would have tipped higher if it hadn't been automatic. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall lot. This small town breakfast spot was needed in Lebanon. Next time I will try the pancakes. read more

This was opening weekend of this restaurant, so I will come back once they have settled and do another review. The restaurant is really nice! Brand new decor and it really is pretty. It feels more like a dinner establishment instead of breakfast. The lighting is terrible. We had to use our phones to see! But some tables had lights over them and ours didn't. The one bad thing is the baby changing station. There isn't one in the men's room, only the women's. The one that is in the women's restroom is not a new one, it's older. And it isn't the best. I will recommend getting that fixed. The service. Our waitress was super nice and accommodating. She knew the menu well and that surprised me considering its opening weekend. Food. Not the best. Again, I think most of this was because they were just busy. But quality is appreciated. We waited over an hour for our food. When we received it, it wasn't great. I sent my food back because it was cold. My bacon was not done. English muffin was not toasted. So I sent mine back, and when it came back, it was worse. I think they just stuck my whole plate in the microwave. I couldn't even eat the bacon. It was awful. They put my English muffin in the toaster again and it was hard as a rock. Just redo the food. None of our food was actually cooked if that makes sense? My mom ordered a grilled cheese and chick noodle soup. The grilled cheese was not grilled. It wasn't toasted at all. The cheese was not melted. But my mom said the soup was delicious! The coffee. The coffee!!! The coffee was so good! Our server said they ground their beans and even sell it! Our server did end up giving us a discount on our food since it was not great, which we appreciated. We will be back to update this review and give it another chance. read more

I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with my first visit to Gold Coffee, Pancake House in Lebanon. The facility is absolutely gorgeous, and I was so impressed with the beautiful decor. The photo I have included does not do it justice. My server, Natalie, was incredible! Very attentive to details, and very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the menu. Also, I met the manager, Michelle. Again, she could not have been nicer and more accommodating. As to the food I was very, very pleased with my bacon and cheese omelette and hashbrowns. Got the BLT with fries option. Wife got the biscuits and gravy. Biscuits and gravy were ok, not the best. The BLT was pretty good, the fries were good but I found a piece of metal from their fryer scrubber on my them. We both had the sweet tea, and both sweet teas tasted like chlorine from their water. Thought we were going to be comped something because of the metal bit I found on the fries because the server said she was going to take it to her manager, but when we got the bill, nothing. The place was set up pretty well, had a pretty cool "tree of lights" you could sit under but we decided not to. 2/5 stars. Won't be returning. read more

Service was split, hostess was busy getting to go orders instead of seating people, the waitress was good and the food came out fast, just the eggs weren't cooked properly, the pancake was flat and tasteless! All I tasted was the butter and syrup! The gravy was weak, had hungry man skillet and was still hungry, everything tasted like it was out of a bag and not fresh but frozen. Normally not open before I go to work but I had an early appointment this morning. I'm glad I decided to give them a chance. From the minute I walked in I was promptly greeted by my server Natalie. Outstanding customer service throughout! The facility is very nice. The food is outstanding and presented with great attention to detail. Portion sizes are generous and prepared perfectly. I had the Western Omelet with hashbrowns and a pancake since it is a pancake house, not a toast house. Wonderful. The coffe is very good as well. My only disappointment is I will not be able to frequent for breakfast more often unless they start opening earlier.
