I will keep this review truthful and updated until this is resolved. Original: We are still trying to get refunded for the damages that Josh's team caused during our most recent move. The first move, i withheld payment until the bill was altered to deduct the damages caused to our refrigerator. In a lapse of judgement, knowing Josh was reasonable and nice to work with the last time, i was told by his movers that images were sent to Josh with damages to several walls that needed repainted. I also had photographic evidence. I sent those and the bill for the painting repais and no response. My husband spoke to Josh (he would not pick up my calls), and Josh said he would review the documebtations and get back to us. I highly suspect he told his movers to make sure i paid before leaving, bc the mover was very assertive. I was so frazzled, that i paid in full - thinking Josh would do what was right and pay for the damages. He has not responded at all. So disappointed.
