They don't really answer the phone but you can get "an idea" of what you want to order by visiting their website and they will make an arrangement ten times prettier than what you were expecting from their "catalog". My only caveat is they do not work or deliver in weekends and that's when people are home.

I ordered what they referred to as a "blooming plant" What they sent was a green plant with no flowers on it whatsoever. It appears to be just a common green plant. I assumed that they had gotten my order mixed up and shipped the wrong thing. When I called them to ask about it they told me that they just ship what plant they have in stock and the pictures on their website is just examples of what you might get. I asked why they didn't put that on their page by the examples but got no response. All I am saying is if you order from this business it is potluck as to what you get so beware.
