When I got to the window to pay, I asked for a honey mustard to be added to my bag. I was scolded by the girl at the window, who informed me that if I needed condiments, I should have asked for them when placing my order. I was told that the money, for the difference would be added back to my card. I said that would be fine, I would like a receipt showing that it was going back into my account. For lack of a better description, she looked at me as if I were an idiot and told me that was not possible. She would have to have her manager refund the money in the store and that I would not be receiving a receipt showing that the money was going back into my account. When I looked into my bag, my order was still incorrect, I had not received the french fries I had ordered. I was given an attitude as she walked away to grab my french fries. She placed my fries in a bag, handed them out the window to me without another word spoken. When I pulled away to look the rest of my order over, my wrap had tomatoes and was not a honey mustard wrap. I have no idea if this money will actually be refunded back into my account, it has not been refunded as of now. I am Very disappointed with my customer service this evening.
