Went on my go-to hero Yelp and looked up a town place when I found out my AAA was done until my renew date and ak so glad I decided to call. Brad came out and helped me get my car safely to a gas station/repair shop in no time. I thought my day was ruined, luckily I made the right call and Brad recommended a local place. I work in commercial truck repair and this was the saddest little rig to drive. Customer service upfront was good, but its once I had to call roadside assistance.....I dont recall a rep asking if I wanted it (if they did I wouldnt have turned down the 5 dollar charge) Anyways, so I call Roadside, woman looks up my info and says "ok cool, you are covered and therefore WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE TOW. Get picked up, they're directed to drop the truck off at a place who does ZERO REPAIRS to anything. And that morning I realized there actually was nothing wrong with the engine so I called a buddy back at my work and he was 100% confident I was right and we went on our way. Cut to the conclusion, I return the vehicle and Branch Manager Alex tells me that my tow bill will be sent out at a later date where my card will be charged. I explained what his companies employee told me (keep in mind I (NEVER) authorized or agreed to pay for a tow....that my tow was covered..so he ignores that fact and says let's wait n see. So yup, here's the $655 charge (typical cost for heavy duty local tows) and I call Alex who recalled our convo and says "theres nothing I can do about it....you'll have to just dispute the charge with your creditor"....so basically just a useless manager with no actual authority? Or he lied and just doesnt give a damn. So let's hope Discover gets their hands on the phone recording where an Enterprise Rep tells me its FREE and gets this bs charge off my statement. Because then the Cherry location is stuck flipping the bill for dropping the truck in a dead end alley filled with junkies at 3am. Thanks for nothing folks, specially you Alex

I rented a u-haul truck in San Diego to move to Long Beach. When I arranged for the truck over the…read morephone at the Sorrento Valley location, I was told I would get the address to drop off the truck near my home when I picked up the truck. When I picked up the truck, I was given NO information on where to drop off the truck. I was given a phone number and told to call the number. When I called the number, there was no answer. I was moving on the weekend. I turned in the U-haul at the location closest to where I moved to and dropped the keys into the door drop spot as directed by someone at another U-haul location in LA who answered the phone. I took photos of the clean truck. I dropped it off with gas and the correct mileage before the end of the time I reserved the truck for. I was still charged an extra $120 (what it cost to rent it!). When I complained to Discover Card about the charge, they provided me with a receipt for "miscellaneous charges." After months of arguing, sending photos, and trying to figure what the charge was even for, I am still left with this charge. All their employees seem utterly clueless to anything more than how much they should convince you that you need bubble wrap. The ten bucks cheaper than their competitors was not worth it. The trucks sizes also do not match up to the number of rooms they're supposed to fit.
