Their online tool made it easy to get an initial estimate without an in‑home visit, and Dasha (and sometimes Lilith) answered all my questions over the following weeks. A month later, when I was ready for an in‑person assessment, they honored my original quote even though my inventory had changed (many more smaller boxes, one less big piece of furniture). They visited on a Thursday and scheduled pickup for the next Tuesday. A team of three loaded everything in under two hours (right after Winter Storm Fern). I arrived in Seattle on Saturday, and the driver called 15 minutes after I had picked up my keys from the leasing office (I am not kidding). Despite my building having no loading dock, he found a workable spot, unloaded everything, and rebuilt my furniture solo in about 4.5 hours total. The original delivery window was up to two weeks, so four days was beyond anything I expected. I'm incredibly impressed and highly recommend DC Moving Inc for long‑distance moves.

As a result, I lost access to my unit, while she had full access because she broke my lock. When I regained access the following month, around 20 boxes were stolen. Most of my boxes had been opened, and many of my breakable items were thrown all over the floor. I reported this, but she kept quiet and did nothing. Another time, I had to call 911 and reported her to the BBB because she refused to allow me to pay by credit card and was making sure I could not pay so she could take over my unit. I had to call the police to stop her. It felt like highway robbery. I reported her, but she is still there, and the higher office did not take any action. She breaks locks so customers lose access while she gains full access to their belongings. She lives in the facility and is there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

i thought this location was great except tics have taken over and it's ruined my experience. I get to my unit and it's totally covered with tics. all of the other units too. it's insane. I'm guessing they are in my unit too since it has a small hole to the front where they are crawling all around and not airtight. was supposed to be leaving for a work trip and stop by for 5 minutes to grab /drop off work stuff but I have nothing in my car to spray the tics away and even stepping out of my car I feel like they're all over me. just a heads up for anyone looking to rent anytime soon it's completely covered with them
