I called the Clackamas location, and they were able to get me scheduled quickly. I brought the coach in at 7:00 AM and spoke with the shop manager to review the issue. A short time later, I returned and met with the technician, who had already started evaluating the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable about RVs, clearly explained his plan of attack, and it aligned exactly with what I believed needed to be done. He estimated the repair would be completed by lunchtime. When I checked back at lunch, the work was finished and done to my complete satisfaction. I also noticed the care they took to protect the interior--floor mats were in place and the seat was covered with plastic to keep everything clean.
