The truck rental was fairly cheap (15' truck for $29.95), but the mileage at either $0.99/mile or $1.19/mile can add rather quickly. In the long run, it might make more sense to spring for the larger truck to avoid having to make multiple trips with the mileage priced how it is. Overall, with gas, mileage and the truck rental, we were all in at around $100. We were quoted $0.99/mile, but were charged $1.19/mile, so be sure to check your billing against what you were quoted. It was fixed right away after calling to inform them of the error.

Management was incredibly rude. When I arrived at the facility, one of the employees had gotten a…read moreforklift stuck in the mulch bed near the front entrance. I immediately stepped in to help get the forklift unstuck, and I also used a pallet jack to move one of the U-Haul boxes all the way to the back of the building for her. The employee was extremely appreciative and mentioned wanting to return the favor by giving me a discount. She reached out to her manager and told me to stop by on my next visit. When I came back, the manager responded with, "Why would I give you a discount since you offered your help?" Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. A simple, "We appreciate your help, but unfortunately we can't provide a discount," would have been the respectful way to handle the situation. The way this manager spoke not only reflected poorly on the business, but also showed a lack of appreciation and respect toward both customers and employees. Very disappointing experience.

Their associates are rude, their fleet is in need of repair or replacement (e.g., the first truck they tried to send me in had over 185k miles on it, the check engine light was on, it didn't have any oil in it, and the roof had a hole in it). The 2nd truck they gave me was filled with mud on the inside and had a severe transmission problem (which I noticed as soon as I drove the truck off the lot). I went back and was told "take it or leave it". Then was charged an EXTRA $68.00 fuel charge when I returned the truck with exactly the amount of gas that was in it upon rental. Avoid the headache and rent from someone else.

We rented a big truck and we said that WE DID NOT WANT ANY INSURANCE for the truck. And still THEY CHARGED US INSURANCE plus extra miles plus extra stupid fees and in our receipt there is not anything itemized. Seriously, DO NOT RENT HERE. You'll be wasting time and a huge amount of money.

I had some very heavy,…read morebulky furniture, and they managed to make it look like they were having fun moving it (I would NOT have been able to put on that cheerful of a demeanor, had I performed the task myself!!). And they treated my cheap particleboard pieces like valuable antiques. Worth every penny. I hope this is my last move for a long while - but if that changes, I know exactly who to call! :D
