I feel very fortunate to have found Moe and see the plentiful number of trucks available at various sizes. These trucks are parked in a paved area and get driven over to you when you're ready to check out. This neighborhood dealer location is somewhat hidden but if you turn into the bowling alley parking lot and head towards the back of the building you'll find a big U-Haul sign. There's a ramp up to the main entrance which takes you to the office area. The office is located within the bowling alley directly next to the arcade. Reservations are easy online and pick up is super simple. I provided my name, ID, that was on the reservation and Moe (owner) quickly got my contract emailed to me and confirmed the size truck and drop off location. They also had the plastic mattress protector in the exact size I needed. Made my day shorter because it was on my to-do list to purchase elsewhere. This part of moving is typically a boring errand but Moe's customer service and ease of pick up made me want to make sure everyone knows his place exists! Bonus: this location is special because you can walk down the hall and pick up delicious BBQ at Shorter's. It's a tasty reward for picking up or dropping off a truck.

I asked for a receipt, he said it will be emailed. The guy seemed shady and Im glad I took pictures of the truck. I never received an email. I called uhaul customer service inquiring about not getting my receipt the next day and found out they charged me a $20 cleaning fee. The truck wasn't dirty. U-Haul rep spoke to this location and they said I didn't fold moving blankets. I returned 12 blankets. 3 or 4 weren't other 8 or 9 were folded but charging a customer $20 for that. Have you ever heard of a customer being charged for that? I hope Uhaul stops allowing these shady unethical owners to represent uhaul.

They walked me through all the details while being respectful of my time. I also called to see if it's possible to extend my rental and the owner was a delight to work with. He checked to make sure he doesn't have anyone else waiting for the van and extended my drop off time. Plus, they have a super nice grocery store:) I will return and definitely recommend this location!
